I had ordered some on sales hair products online, and saw that there is a cosmo credit card which if you spend over $200, you would have $50 off. So I did tried to apply the credit card which I don't need; But for the extra discount. I got approved instantly. But didn't provide me with the information to pay for the items in bags! Waited several days, still not received the credit card; try to call the store, and they told me I can only use the credit card on the same day I applied for it. What???? That's mean I could not have the discount any more? I called the cosmoprof credit card supervisor, Diego and explained the situation to him. Instead of helping as customers service supposed to help their customers to resolve issues arrived; he just told me that I had to wait for another week for the credit card to arrive to be able to use it. And by then, the discount items will not be available and the $50 discount of applying the credit card would not be able to use as the store had told me - I need to use on the same day I applied for the credit card. read more

Cosmoprof is the go-to if you have the accreditation to shop for professional salon products at a discount price. I've been accustomed to Maly's, but prefer Cosmoprof overall. Great samples, gift sets, and daily specials. This store is very organized and clean. Brian, one of the staff members, always greets me with a friendly smile and "Hey! How are you?!" Nevertheless, whoever is working is very helpful and accurately assists me with all of my questions and needs. In the same shopping center as my tanning salon, that darn automatic door opens every time I walk by... and so b/c I cannot help myself, I always find myself drawn to the OPI nail color racks to pick up the newest in--season shade(s). read more

Bought a Babyliss Pro outline trimmer...... When I finally open the box to cut my son's hair, I notice there's a lot of hair residue on the handle.... Then I check the power cord box and there's hair everywhere inside..... this device is like $120 and they sold it with a bunch of strangers hair in it..... that's so gross selling it used... refurbish or used should of been labeled or sold as a discounted price... very disappointed.... read more

I've been to this location several times and the products are well organized and service is good. I like to call ahead if I know some colors like ones in Guy Tang's #mydentity line are scarcely in stock and the women who pick up the phone are always very helpful and honest. I went in today to pick up a few colors and though I didn't find everything I was looking for, I found good substitutes and was in and out in no time. Protip: Make sure you have a Cosmoprof account and card with you when looking to purchase products here. Came into take a look around ..Didn't know that you are not allowed in the store if you don't have a hair stylist card. The two women were super rude. Especially the young girl with brown hair. She told me me that I couldn't be in the store and that I had to leave. Can't even take a look around ? Anyways... Just an FYI to management..You need to hire people with better costumer service. They are extremely rude and unfriendly. You can expect to get good business if your employees are bringing their personal problems to work. Both girls need major attitude adjustments. First time visiting this location a few days ago, upon entering the store I was quite impressed with how organized and well stocked they are! There are a lot of different lines and products to choose from so I felt like I could spend hours there, too bad I didn't have time and just needed to grab a few quick products. The girls there was nice, but wasn't very knowledgeable about the products, I needed some suggestions since I didn't have time to browse around and just got really vague answers from them, hence one star off. Yes that's right, Eek! Me thinks NOT ! I haven been going to this location over the past 3 years and so far the last three times I have been there, their customer service has been horrific! The first time, I pretty much ignored the fact that the lady that looks like a character from "The Walking Dead" was being rude. I thought, "Maybe she's just having a bad day!" Wrong! I went a second time and same thing. Yesterday I walked in to purchase hair color and there was two new employees, one was slim with green hair and the other was chubby with black hair and had bangs. I passed behind the one with green hair and as she was re-stocking the color products, she says " BE CAREFUL WITH THE COLORS", ummm, to my understanding you are suppose to serve your clientele and not vise versa!!! I think, she could of said " Go ahead, let me get this out of your way". Anyways, that happened and then... I go to the lady with the black hair and ask her what type of activator was appropriate for my hair? Her response, " ARE YOU A MEMBER?" At that point, I was furious and answered her in a rude manner as well!!! All of a sudden, she started acting nice after that, WTF !!!!! I guess part of the requirement to hire COSMOPROF employees is to be ABSOLUTELY RUDE A.F, because honestly my daughter 7 year old has more manners than the employees here! I went in yesterday around 5:00pm with my aunt and a friend and we received terrible customer service. I had to chase an employee down the isle because she didn't know what the word excuse me meant. I asked her for help and all she did was point. Also my friend asked an employee what the cost of a product was in spanish and she replied very rude to her in English knowing she only spoke spanish but as soon as we were going to pay and I showed her my card she knew Spanish...you could tell these girls were unhappy. The manager at this location I want to say Alexander (female) is amazing!!! She literally went above and beyond to help me. I went in for some product as I was completely out and as we know working in aesthetics you always have to look presentable. It was 5:30pm, she was out of my product and stated she could call another store, asked which direction I was headed in and suggested the most convenient option for me. She started calling as I was loading on my gps and she asked how long it would take and it would take me too long to get there then she hung up and said wait I think I have promotional boxes. I won't get in to full details as I don't want anyone getting in trouble but long story short she found my product in the store and I was able to purchase it and not have to worry about looking like a hot mess tomorrow. I'd rate this store a lot higher if it weren't for the older frail lady that helped me. This was my first trip here and I specifically went in to buy a flat iron. Once I had made my selection I put the merchandise on the counter and the lady just stood there and looked at me like an idiot for what seemed like an eternity. I said hi to her to break the awkward silence and then she asked me if I was going to purchase the flat iron. I said yes and then she told me that they don't sell to the public. I said yes, I know. And then she still looked at me like an idiot and then finally asked if I had my license. After I replied yes, her whole demeanor changed in a snap and was completely polite to me. Just because I looked like a hobo with plain blk hair doesn't mean she has the right to judge me! She needs more customer service and social skills! After completing my registration with her she then proceeded to ask me if I could help out a lady who was also looking for a flat iron! Really?! Why is she even working there?
