Wow! Just, wow. This is legit a unique soft serve experience. Such inventive and delicious flavors. We had the opportunity to sample all the flavors and we were close to getting the non-diary because it was so good. Ultimately we ordered the pandan coconut, swirl of lemon buttermilk and blueberry cobbler and a swirl of pandan coconut and key lime pie. We wanted to try a cone and they were kind enough to provide one on top of our cup. Flavors were all on point and some were surprisingly delicious. Were creamy, sweet, but not overly sweet and could appease most palates. Customer service is superb! Here's the bad - they have very limited operating hours in comparison to other ice cream or boba shops. We've tried a couple times to make it out to sadly notice it was closed. This place has really amazing ice cream! It's kind of in hidden plaza if you're not looking for the place. We walked in and were greeted by a very sweet lady. They change up their ice cream frequently so there's always a different flavor. Our group had a hard time deciding so she let us sample all the flavors. When we stopped by she had butterbeer, chocolate hazelnut, grape, honey rose, and 2 other flavors available. Each were so creamy and delicious! It wasn't overly sweet either. Found a favorite ice cream shop! I tried the tomato strawberry, which is dairy free. Before I tried I was a little nervous but afterwards OMG yummy!! Just a hint pf tomato after the burst of strawberry. My youngest tried the lychee cheesecake. SO decadent! Really doesn't need anything else but SO cute with galaxy sprinkles! My oldest got the clementine kiwi. Again! Really yummy!! I love the fresh clementine flavor with a taste of kiwi at the end. So fresh! They do new flavors every 2 weeks. Finally got to check out this cute little soft serve ice cream place, yay! My friend got a cup with Spiced Hot Chocolate on the bottom and the Shirley Temple soft serve on top with cookie crumbs and the waffle cookies for toppings. I got a cup with Mascarpone and Panettone with fairy floss, vanilla cookie crumble, and pocky sticks as my toppings. We both loved what we got, everything was beyond delicious. This place has easily become one of my favorite dessert spots in Plano and I honestly can't wait to go back. Most recently, I came by and got a cone that was a swirl of apple cider and butterbeer -- the two week period's non-dairy option -- and it was perfect and light and lovely. I like that they have different cone flavors, but the red velvet tasted very similar to a regular cone in my opinion. The soft serve was incredibly delicious and I loved the blue color! I loved how light the soft serve felt as opposed to thick, creamy ice cream. I could have easily eaten another cone haha. The shop itself is very cute and the staff was very friendly! The machines are built so you can only get swirls for pre-chosen combinations. If you want two flavors in the same cup that aren't a pre-chosen combination, they'll just stack one flavor on top of the other. You also get one complimentary topping. Watermelon sugar/Passion orange guata (4.5/5): Delicious, refreshing, fruity summertime sorbet! My boyfriend who doesn't usually like sorbets enjoyed this combo as well. Lemon buttermilk/Blueberry cobbler (4/5): Lemon buttermilk was a light flavor, but the blueberry cobbler flavor was strong. It felt more rich and thick, although I think it's just because it was a hearty pie flavor. Pandan coconut (5/5): One of my favorites!! Tastes exactly like panda coconut jelly but in ice cream form. Light and refreshing. Lychee cheesecake/Purple yam ube (4.5/5): I loved this flavor combination so much!!! The lychee cheesecake was a unique flavor, with strong presence of lychee. I love this place because the flavors change weekly. Although it is a bummer if you like a flavor it does take forever for it to come back and that's a big 'if' it comes back too. Ice cream was good. I recommend their lychee cheesecake. But the rest of the flavors were your basic red bean, green tea, and ube. Service was ok. My 6 year old daughter went rogue and said she wanted a particular icecream. The person gave it to her without asking for my permission first. The inside is very clean and neat with a simple menu I ended up getting a twist of taro and mascarpone and my friends got a grape soft serve in a cone and some matcha marshmallow one which I thought was too sweet and tasted like lucky charms marshmallow. I really liked my taro and mascarpone one and thought it wasnt too sweet. What else can I say that 119 reviewers have not already said? This is not just hype, there is no hype.. it's just legit good ice cream. The ice cream is made in house by the owner. It's just her. She rotates unique ice cream flavors every 2 weeks. Unique meaning it's not just plain chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry. She includes at least 2 non dairy options. The first time we went in the flavors were dragon fruit calamansi, kiwi, grape, apple, root beer, toasted marshmallow, cardamon pistachio, and violet creme brulee. I got to sample every flavor and loved every flavor. You can swirl the flavors, get multiple flavors, or just one flavor. Before I knew you can just get one, I swirled the kiwi, grape, apple with the dragon fruit. It was so good. When some places do multiple flavors, one flavor is usually more powerful than the other. Not here, you can clearly make out the dragon fruit, kiwi, apple, and grape. We came the last day of those flavors. The following Sunday we came in for the new flavors, which where Honey lemon chamomille, easter candy, chili chocolate, citrus hibiscus, and pandan jasmine. Today is the last day for those, so there will be new flavors next week. I got the pandan jasmine last visit and I loved the two together. Also has milk teas and fruit teas. I've had or tasted the black sugar milk tea, thai milk tea, lychee tea, passion fruit tea, and the guava tea. All delicious. Seriously. Stop by here and give it a try. I tried a spoonful of my friend's genmaicha marshmallow soft serve and didn't really like it.
