I think they rotate flavors every week. They had six very unique flavors, lots of topping and syrup choices, and even a drink selection with its own unique flavors as well (okinawa, taro, etc.). Some of the soft serve flavors can come swirled, but if you wanted two flavors that can't be swirled, you have the option to just put the second flavor on top. We ended up sharing a regular cup with the chocolate hazelnut almond and cherry blossom mochi top (not swirled) and adding oreo crumbs. The chocolate hazelnut almond did not overpower the fruitiness of the cherry blossom. And the cherry blossom had a nice fruity hint to it that was so subtle and perfect. I've been here 3 times. It's OK. They make unique flavors weekly, but sometimes the flavors are hit or miss (for me). One downside is if there is a flavor you like, it may not come back for a while - said the worker. Very small seating area inside. Not good for groups larger than 3. There's a handful of tables in the main area that can seat 2-4 ppl, and there's bench/2-seater tables along the wall to the bathroom. Not much room for a stroller. Added a star for the service... he let us try all the flavors (unfortunately this week it was bland). I would call them to check what flavor are up when you go. (The ice cream are very thick and extremely sweet though.) Maybe we came here during the worst flavors, but the ice cream flavors were mediocre and mainly super sweet. We ended up getting "hazelnut mocha" because everything else was meh (banana... spice... toothpaste). The hazelnut mocha tasted like straight up chocolate ice cream from grocery stores, except it's swirled. This would've been better also if the topping was not limited to 1; they're not that expensive anyway (marshmallow, almonds, sprinkles; 0.50$ each). Maybe we had our expectation lined up with other Asian swirl ice cream shops like Somi or Houston's. All we could taste was sugar and thick cream. With the cones, you can choose 1 topping and 1 sauce. I added the star sprinkles and sweet milk. He got the caviar floss and chocolate sauce. The ice cream was by far the best I've had. It was light and creamy and had just the right amount of sweetness. The cones were crispy and flavorful. The blue corn one was different but so good.
