For our entree we had the signature burgers served on farmhouse bread that was soft on the outside and perfectly toasted. Easily the best burgers we've had in Lake George. The atmosphere is exactly what you want in the Adirondacks. It's warm, welcoming, and full of character. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the owner, Todd, took the time to chat with us and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. His personable attitude and great conversation really added to the experience. Amazing food, great service, and the perfect Adirondack vibe. We'll definitely be back!

They were really busy after waiting on myself and placing my order. I finally get the order and was shocked That my fries and chicken mcnuggets we're barely warm, considering how busy they were i figured at least my food would be fresh and Apparently, I hit dirty Dr. Pepper by accident. Thinking, I was just gonna get a Dr. Pepper. And she brought it over to me, and I asked her what the white stuff on the top was, and she told me, and she said, that's a dirty Dr. Pepper, that's what you wanted. And I said, oh, I'm sorry I must have hit the wrong button. And she's like, well, if you don't want it Just let me know and then walks away. Luckily, I was able to find the secret entrance to the service area without having to get on thruway. While, I was so happy and lucky to find the secret passage was not so happy with my meal and the service received at this location. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of any of the locations on the thruway as they tend to be sub par. Location was not busy but staff took quite awhile to take and fulfill orders. Like all non freestanding locations they do not use the chick fil an app to take orders, earn points, and pay through app. Additionally, they do not offer chicken strips. Food tasted like it had refrigerator burn and had been reheated and did not taste fresh. Service was slow and had to wait a considerable amount of time for service. While it is a great fast food, food choice on thruway it is really not worth it given cost and quality of food.

The burgers were solid and the root beer was as good as expected -- those are clearly the strengths here. One small note: only the Papa Burger is listed explicitly on the menu. There are other burgers available, but you can't just order a "Teen" Burger or similar by the classic names. The kids' chicken fingers were a major miss. They were those mass-produced, spear-shaped, pressed chicken pieces that taste pretty gross. Disappointing, especially for the kids. It also felt kind of expensive -- about $60 for a family of four. Overall, if you stick to the burgers and root beer you'll be happy. Veer from that and be prepared for disappointment. Fine for a quick burger run, just manage your expectations on the sides and kids' options.

When she asked if everything with our order was ok, I let her know that the cucumbers in the plastic cup of veggies that constituted the veg part of veggies and dip were spoiled due to the heat, and she responded with a fresh cup stuffed with celery sticks since my daughter said she would like some more of those.
