I ordered two breakfast biscuits! They had a bad taste and could not be eaten, I am not sure if it was the egg, cheese or the biscuit but it was really bad, Also, the cinnamon rolls we dry and as bad. I would seriously consider closing this location for breakfast It was beyond terrible and went right into the garbage. read more

Food was disgusting! The woman cooking the home fries reached into the bag grabbed some out (Without Gloves) and threw them into the fryer, Proceeded to open the freezer with the same hand and put the bag in. The counters where they made food and their appliances looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks! We were literally the only people in there and no one at the drive thru and yet it took 15 minutes to get our food. The coffee was so strong I put 8 sugar packets and cream in and I still couldn't drink it. Our English muffins were so hard it was tough to even bite them. $14.00 later we threw everything out and went across the street to Dunkin Donuts. Now we know why the place was empty! My family and I enjoy this place. The kids like there food over McDonald's I'm amazed that they pick this over McDonald's. I also like there food better . My only complaint is they had the air conditioner on and it was very cold in the restaurant. We are going into cold weather they need to put the heat on. I enjoy sitting in the restaurant. they just need to turn the heat up. They also need more restaurants in the area. They are always busy the drive-through always has a wraparound. read more

This location rocks! At lunch time the drive thru line usually runs into the street, but it moves really fast. Be a little patience being this is the only location in the area, and plenty of big offices in the area. The service is outstanding! They always give you what you ordered and the food is always fresh and hot. Management should be proud of their staff and performance they produce. I needed quick, affordable meals for 90 teenagers as we came through on two big buses. I called several days in advance and spoke with Kayleigh and we agreed that I could email her and they would fill the order. When we arrived they had 90 bags with each kids meal with the names clearly printed on each one! Fries were hot, frosties were cold. All the orders were just right. The team was happy to help us carry everything to the buses and very kind. I have rarely received this level of professionalism for a group this size. Very unpleasant with the perfesionalism of this establishment. My coworkers and I ordered some chicken nuggets, burgers and fries for our lunchtime. When we went to pick up our order by the time we got back we had opened it up and were shocked. We found about a half inch corse black hair similar to a peubic hair. Ofcorse we immediately called and told them we will not be eating this and want a full refund. They were sorry and told us to come back with the card used to pay. Upon getting there they had no recollection of the call we made about 15 minutes prior. The woman working the window was nice and tried to get here manager over to conduct the refund. The manager on duty was slamming stuff and through what appeared to be a tantrum. Reducing to refund the entirety of the meal. I'm really clmfused but if you ordered food in a restaurant and found a hair would you eat any of the other food? In short we were refunded $5 for a $27 purchase after she told us to bring the card used to purchase but recieved 1/5th of it in cash. We will not be returning and we are considering reporting this to a health code regulator. Do not order from this astonishment. I really really, wish I had taken a picture but I was so discussed I immediately rmthrew the nuggets into the trash. read more

If I was a Wendy's corporate quality person, I would analyze this store to death. They have the fastest, most accurate drive through of any fast food joint I've seen anywhere. They run at double the pace of places that spent big money on three windows, multiple lanes, etc. Many of the employees have been there for years. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it very right. Because they are so fast, they are a go to choice for a quick lunch in town. The food is always fresh and hot. read more

I was starving and completely broke the day before payday and so I ordered a #4 thinking it would be the most nutritious thing for the least price and it came to over $11 but I only had $7 on me. So I asked fir a small but that was still $9 so I just asked for the sandwich which luckily was just under $7. I could tell I was stressing out the sweet girl in the window who had to keep changing the order and her manager had to help her change the order twice. I was thinking at least I could eat today while being on the road but I was also really thirsty but didn't ask for a drink at that point cause I couldn't afford it, but the caring manager gave me the drink anyway. I was like wow, kindness still exists in the general population and I found it at Wendy's in Glens Falls, NY today. I will definitely come here after pay day and tip those two lovely ladies generously and continue to pay that kindness forward!!! read more

Just had Wendy's for the first time in a decade - and I'm thinking of buying stock in the company. They're clearly staking out a "premium" fast food niche, and I think it works. Price point is about $10 person, or 25% more than McD / BK. For the higher price you get bigger portions, fresh ingredients and nice touches like a brioche bun on your sandwich or hot grilled chicken on your salad. Decor is nice too -- wood tones, slate, lounge seating, electric fireplace, etc. If you gotta eat fast food, the "new" Wendy's is your most civilized choice. read more

I could do without the Fox news propaganda on the TV all the time but the food is good and quick. Not a fan of the design of the renovated building though. You can only see the full menu if you're actually in front of the cashier, not while you're waiting in line like you can everywhere else. Otherwise pretty good for what it is. read more

I love the drive thru because it moves so fast! The employees are always professional and courteous. My order is consistently correct, fresh, and tasty. A minor criticism is that the inside is always too chilly in the summer due to excessive air conditioning. Overall, a most enjoyable, consistent, tasty experience. read more
