We stopped at this location while traveling across New York toward Niagara Falls. This restaurant is located in the Lake George area. There were restrooms readily available but in need of an update. The speaker was very loud inside! Ordering was smooth but my order was not accurately prepared. I needed to pick up my own cup and prepare the tea which was fine. My bagel was sliced and toasted but not cream cheese was applied as ordered. None was provided in the bag nor was a knife. I had to ask at the counter. The server was apologetic and helpful. I was provided with the cream cheese to apply myself. I grabbed a coffee stirrer to apply. read more

My mom & I wanted to try the stuffed salads specials as advertised on tv. I brought my own Gluten- Free chips and zero Mountain Dew since I am on a special diet. We expected the salad to be hot- that was not the case. Plus the price you pay, you can get more for your money elsewhere. At least we tried it. read more

Another amazing Panera experience. The food is consistently good, especially for the price. I always order the same chicken panini and it is repeatedly delicious. The restaurant itself is always clean and the staff is SO nice. read more

I ordered three items: stuffed salad baguette and two bags of chips. Delivery. Only the sandwich was correct. I got two baguette sides instead. Literally 2/3 of my order was incorrect. The receipt was correct and yet the contents of the bag were not. A baguette sandwich with bread as the side? Really? And I was so looking forward to chips. Really ruined it. I contacted the website and it gave me $2 off my next order. But they ruined THIS one. Sadly this is the norm for this Panera. read more

Onion soup was delicious as always. Ordered the French onion ciabatta sandwich. It was good but a bit stingy with the meat‍ Food was ready on time promised and the service was great. Just could have put a little more meat on the sandwich read more

Ordered at 1215. I was told my "rapid" pickup would be ready at 12:40, then later updated to 12:55. I left my house at 12:55. I was waiting there until 1:15. Not only had they not started my order at that point but it appeared that people were jumping me in the queue. I started out as fourth in the online queue and was down to tenth by the time I left. Even though I canceled, I got an email that my "rapid" pickup was ready at 1:25, a full 65 minutes after I ordered and half an hour after it was "supposed" to be ready. In my experience as a customer and a Doordasher, this is quite typical of this location. The employees there are always working very hard to get food out. But it's obvious they are either understaffed or other systems are badly inadequate. Ownership should be ashamed. read more

The food is great and the staff is greater. Big shout out to Emily and Brandon. Yesterday I was having my soda sitting by a window. I was lost in thought and feeling blue. Emily brought me over a chocolate chip cookie. I swear it turned my day around!! Everyone in Panera is extremely professional and kind. It's always clean and warm. Emily thank you again for bringing sunshine yesterday!!! read more

Food was not presented well when the tomato was on the side and bread looked like it had a bite taken out. Food took 20 minutes from the time I ordered from kiosk and it was not very busy. It will be my pleasure to not patronize this place again. read more

Just very basic, no service, and the food is just meh. It seemed like a lot of money for a basic sandwich and small bag of chips. (or small piece of baget-why?) read more

Out of all the Panera's I have ever been to, this one has to take the cake of the worst one. Placed my order on the app at 1:45 and didn't get my food until nearly a half an hour after the pickup time. There were multiple staff members standing around doing nothing while numerous people waited for their food. Not to mention other staff making food for themselves during the rush. read more

I've never been much of a fan of this place except in the fall when the squash soup is available. I was in recently and was not disappointed because the soup is the same. If I had ordered takeout instead of eating in the shop the rating would have been 4 stars. read more

I stopped in to redeem my monthly Verizon coupon yesterday; I don't usually patronize Panera. What a pleasure it was! How nice to enjoy good ol fashion hospitality from Perry and the crew. Good customer service, which by the way seems to be a long lost art, was on point during my visit. From Perry's smile and kind conversation in helping me with my phone coupon to the line crew who made a perfect dark toasted bagel and a lovely woman who made my day with a kind gesture will have me coming back again and again. Way to go everyone, keep on spreading the joy! You all really made my day with your kindness! read more

This Panera has SO much potential. It is one of the most beautiful locations I have eaten in. The effort in the design and layout was well thought-out. Being new to the area, we have dined here frequently, and have always encountered a problem with our order. One example, got our order to go. Heading to the car, realized that the chicken was not in our salads. Went back and they gave us the chicken separately. Anther example, we dinned in, and so many people who ordered after us received their food prior to us. When I kindly asked the employee, she was more than helpful in touching base with the people making the food- the lady making the food was beyond disrespect to the employee helping me. I mean how can someone like that work in such a place of business. To me, this was beyond unprofessional. I will say, management was nothing more than friendly and accommodating. However, I think employees need more guidance and supervision- and attitude and unprofessional employees need to be addressed. read more

I don't know why I keep going to this panera. Salad only filled about 1/3 of bowl!!! Portions getting smaller and smaller every time I go!!! So many other choices in the area that are 1000 times better. read more

This is the garbage can of all Paneras. I love Panera's food (especially their bread, pastries, soups and salads) and have visited many. The service is usually great and of course so is the food. Unfortunately the Queensbury Panera is a mess. The food was good ONCE WE ACTUALLY GOT IT. This is the first Panera where we had to wait almost half an hour to be served, even though the restaurant wasn't very crowded (see photo). There were long lineups at the cash because only one was open and the cashier there (Samantha) was a dunce. There were other staff milling about and chatting, but not working. Attaching a photo of the waste bins so full of garbage that they were overflowing onto the floor. All while staff members had a lovely chat. Avoid this Panera like the plague! read more

Me and my mom wanted to DoorDash some Panera bread so we did. I got Mac and cheese for $9 when it arrived that was the most expensive Mac and cheese for that size ever. At other places that $9 mac and cheese is considered a $5.99 snack. Overall we spent $40 dollars on a snack size tomato soup and Mac and cheese with one half of a grilled cheese sandwich. Never ordering from here again due to the prices which is a shame because there food is tasty. There service took 55 minutes to get here. Overall I'm very disappointed with Panera bread. read more

The food always good here but today and a few days ago I had a dinner and a lunch there and the place is filthy. The tables are cleared probably thanks to the pAtrons. However, the service is slower then usual The restaurant is filthy ! The amount of food bits on the floor and under the tables and in the booth seating is alarming. My thought is if the front of house is filthy then what does the kitchen look like?!?!? I'm disappointed because the remodel is probably around a year and the place looks it hasn't been cleaned for .... gross. The manager needs to be reminded that this a restaurant Nd needs to comply to code or be relieved of his position so someone who cares can kick ass! read more

Horrible service. It sucks. Do not recommend it sucksssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. Food was dry. The ambience was bad too.

Panera has simplified ordering and delivery or pick up options to meet any individuals preference. You can sit, order online and the food comes to your table. You can preorder and pick up from a neat organized shelf, you can stand in line and sit where you like with your tracker in the table. It's pure magic. But better, at this location a gentleman named "Perry" is running the food with sunshine oozing out if him, by far the best customer service I've ever experienced and /or witnessed. Good job Panera, I'll be back. read more

Never left a review before, but this made me angry. UberEats came back with the wrong order and told me to call the Panera Bread to get it sorted out. I called them and they told me to wait a second, then they didn't say a word for over 15 minutes. Finally, UberEats cancelled the order, without a word over the phone. Absolutely terrible service. read more

Waited 15 minutes for literally a bowl of Mac n cheese. Paid almost $10 for it to be half full? Wasn't given a receipt. There was a gentleman cleaning in the dining area and he almost ran me over twice while I waited for my food and once when I first walked in the door. The girl that gave me the Mac n cheese seemed very nice and I felt bad she was the only one serving orders (hence the 15 minute wait). I tried giving this location another chance tonight but every time I've gone it has either been the wrong order and/or not so pleasant employees. read more

Panera Bread - Half full...full price? - Sandwiches Near Me - Queensbury, New York

Generally crappyish...dirty floors, mostly teenagers working and clueless 40 and 50 something year olds that can't get a job anywhere else. Expect to wait in a line awhile as most cashiers seem inept. You've been to Panera before so you know what food they have and how it tastes. You arent reading this review for that. This is your generally overpriced Panera that offers little value, yet it's always busy with lots of customers...mostly because Queensbury and Lake George are lame as hell and don't offer anything much better. read more

Absolutely horrible. The assistant manager doesn't know her ass from a hole in the ground. I never got a confirmation email saying my order was ready when I finally got my order after an hour and a half from the pick up it was so cold it wasn't funny I ended up throwing it away. I highly recommend never to go to this Panera. read more

Usually I don't go to Panera for breakfast. When they first introduced it I tried one of their sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on ciabatta and wasn't impressed. But being that I was out of the area, and I had a gift card I decided to give it another shot. This time I got one of the signature sandwiches. Bacon, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel and a side order of hashbrowns. The bagel really made the sandwich a lot better. Not as good as a homemade breakfast sandwich but a step above DD. The hashbrowns however are about equal to DD, which is disappointing. I think if they had a deep fryer or at least cooked them longer they would be crispy and enjoyable because they have a decent flavor to them. They should also invest in some smaller plates because they really make the food look chintzy. (see photo) read more

This Panera used to be good. For the last several years it has steadily gone downhill in every aspect there is. The customer service is rude. Orders are never correct. Often out of stock on items. Employees eat where they prepare food for customers. The list goes on and on. This is a bad representation of Panera. It's shameful. read more

Panera's is what it is - the same decor and food in over 1000 locations. It's the attitude of management and employees that make or break a particular location. The management of the Queensbury location must be doing something right. We stopped in on a Sunday morning on our way up to the Adirondacks. Food was okay, and our service was good. What makes this location superior was how the staff took care of the customers around us. A group of elderly gentlemen came in, as far as I could tell they were regulars. As soon as they sat down an employee came over with their coffees, and seemed to be taking good care of them. A young man realized after his breakfast was made that he'd ordered the wrong thing. The manager quickly made him what he intended to order in the first place and refused payment for it. Everyone seemed to have a smile on their face, a pleasant demeanor and a good attitude. Kudos to the management for creating a good working environment. read more

Panera Bread - Last night by the beverage station. The rest of the restaurant didn't look any better. - Sandwiches Near Me - Queensbury, New York

With a big, national chain like Panera, you should expect consistency--a similar product and experience across locations. This location surely felt short. My friend and I each ordered meals to go. Our orders were ready on time, but they were not correct. Before leaving the store, I checked my order, and I was missing salad dressing. I informed the associate who got me a side of dressing. Then my friend's order came out, and hers was also missing salad dressing. (If you already noticed one mistake, wouldn't you be more conscious and check the following orders too?) Then we drove off, we ate our food, and I realized my sandwich was missing a spread. Yet another ingredient missing from my order. To management: spend some time to reinforce training and implement quality measures to double check orders. Other Panera stores have done it, so can you. read more

We walked into the restaurant at 10:19 to have breakfast. No one mentioned that breakfast was almost over. No signs stating when breakfast is over. No employees to take our order. We started to order through the automated system, which only offered breakfast. When we finished the order and tried to pay it gave us an error message. We finally found a employee at 10:32. She informed us that breakfast is over 2 minutes ago regardless of how long we were trying to order it and they were not willing to offer us anything. Very frustrating. I suggested that some signage or communication with potential customers would be appreciated. That suggestion was returned with a shoulder shrug. read more

Well this is about the worst experience I've had long time what happens when you use a gift card given to you by Panera's for a botched corporate catering event which I do hundreds a year and you go in to order one sandwich and a cinnamon roll and 45 minutes later you have neither. You say no thank you to anymore ordering from Panera nor do you use Panera any Panera for your catering events in fact you tell other people not to order from it is a complete ridiculous event and so many events by them using unqualified staff and managers which used to be a great place to go and get Good food read more
