The girl that was making my families subs made a mistake, which she realized. I asked her to remake it. They argued with me, and I compromised. I agreed to their solution. Once I agreed, then his back handed comment came out. So, I said Thats not how you talk to a customer, he kept Running his mouth so said never mind, keep them all, we don't want these subs anymore and we are leaving. Then all the kids behind the counter piled on with the attitude. And they kept their mouths running our entire way out the door, even giving attitude to my wife who wasn't involved at all on her way out the door.

I drove around the building to eat in my car. The fish was warm, with grease running off. The waffle fries were cold, greasy, and "soggy". No condiments, no napkins, etc. There were no outdoor trash cans, so I went to the window and asked the girl to throw the box away. Except for a bite or two, the box was full. I did NOT ask for money back. She was so rude and refused to do as I asked. I drove to the front, got my walker out and went inside to throw the box away. I asked for the manager and was told the girl at the counter was the "floor manager". I asked her to throw it away, and she refused. I explained to her I didn't want money back, but the food was not edible. A younger, very big man jumped up from a table and told me to shut up and don't talk to her like that. I tried to explain (turns out he was the manager). I left because he was screaming at me and coming toward me. I'm 79 years old and obviously crippled. I was afraid he was going to hit me. There were only two customers in the restaurant (I understand why). I have eaten in LJS restaurants many times, and never had a complaint. I should have called the police, but then he'd have my address and I live alone. The food was cold, but the employees were not only rude, but threatening. I will never go there again, and I've warned others against it too.
