After this, I gave the french fries a try and they were average. The fries were crispy, but a bit bland and flavorless. Finally, I was ready for the fried fish. Now, this fish is greasy and unhealthy, but it is absolutely scrumptious. The coating is crumbly and extremely crispy. In addition, the coating is unbelievably flavorful and it had great sapidity. Likewise, the fish itself was juicy, moist, and tasted much better than I expected. In the final analysis, Long John Silver's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and has really tasty fried fish.

I'm a person who has a lot of food allergies so chipotle is one place I can actually eat at without tummy issues. However my last trip 7/2/24 around 3:30pm, left me a bit upset and not really wanting to go to the only chipotle in my area. I ordered through the app because I'm recovering from surgery. I had a free drink coupon that wouldn't add on to the order for a reason I couldn't figure out. My main concern was understanding why it didn't attach to the order and that coming in was an issue for me. The first time I called I asked if my order could be brought to my car due to my surgery and asked about the coupon. I was not given an explanation as to why it wouldn't attach to the order and was told I had to come into scan the coupon. I said ok and waited for the food to be brought out. Someone was pleasant and brought me the order. It did have everything I asked in the order however the portion was very tiny. The second time I called I asked for a manager off the bat to avoid issues and cut to the chase but the operator said it would be a 30 minute wait to talk to a manager and I said that doesn't really work because I'm outside in the burrito loading section and asked if there was a way for the coupon to be typed in with the letters it provided, I asked if my phone could be brought inside, and I was about to provide a third solution to take a picture of my phone coupon to scan it but the phone operator was clearly annoyed with me, explained their policy of why they wouldn't take in my phone, understandable. However the operator clearly was messing up the line and disconnected the call after I asked for their name. It was only because of the employees complete lack of problem solving or positive attitude that I felt I should actually be annoying and bring their name to their manager. So after they hung up on me. I did get my crutches out and got myself inside. When I got to the register I asked who was answering their phones, the front desk person went and grabbed a manager. The manager introduced herself and asked what I'd like. I said the free drink and if someone could help me bring it out to my car. I briefly explained how their phone operator was not willing to work with me and hung up on me, out of frustration I did exaggerate that they hung up on me three times and I realized in the car after that I had said three times because the operator kept doing the cshhhh cshhh can't hear you thing twice and then hung up so it was a three time dismissal in one conversation in my opinion. I explained that I had explained to the operator mobility was an issue for me and it was not easy for me to come in and that if I didn't have to it would've been awesome for their support. However I was faced with dismissive customer service, left without the operators name and without the managers name. I was not apologized to and the manager suggested that I should've mentioned I was on crutches to deflect the responsibility of poor communication on to me. However I did mention multiple times I was on crutches and couldn't walk. I was not given the space to share my experience. I was helped out to my car with the drink by another associate who was very nice but kept repeating "I just got here I don't know anything" to me thanking her. I was thankful the food and drink was brought to my car but I do not appreciate the unnecessarily stressful experience I received due to my current mobility issues. Chipotle recommended on here that I share my experience to their website. So I did. They apologized and said they would talk to the store team and asked me if there was anything I wanted. I asked for a gift card. They promised a bogo promo code on my app. I provided evidence the promo code was not attached to my ap and I haven't heard back from them. I was lied to and dismissed. So I won't be spending my money at chipotle anymore. A bogo promo code that doesn't work is not a gift card to acknowledge what was done poorly to take accountability for treating this customer poorly. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered my usual -- chicken and rice -- but this time the quality was absolutely unacceptable. The rice was severely undercooked, hard as rocks, and nearly impossible to chew or swallow. It was honestly painful to eat. To make matters worse, some pieces of the chicken were undercooked, which is not only disgusting but a serious health risk. I ordered three meals, and all of them had the same issue. I've been a regular customer, but this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I won't be ordering again unless I know the quality and safety are taken seriously. Unacceptable! read more
