I have been to many Jersey Mikes Locations. This one is not recommended. Attitude form the shaggy blond kid behind the counter. The girl that was making my families subs made a mistake, which she realized. I asked her to remake it. They argued with me, and I compromised. I agreed to their solution. Once I agreed, then his back handed comment came out. So, I said Thats not how you talk to a customer, he kept Running his mouth so said never mind, keep them all, we don't want these subs anymore and we are leaving. Then all the kids behind the counter piled on with the attitude. And they kept their mouths running our entire way out the door, even giving attitude to my wife who wasn't involved at all on her way out the door. read more

First time customer, I just ordered a #44 buffalo chicken sub in giant size. I didn't like the texture of the shredded chicken, sauce was super light almost non existent. They did put a lot of blue cheese and the bread was toasted to perfection. The prices are quite high compared to other sub shops. You do get a lot of food for the price so it balances it out. Customer service was good, wait time was 20 mins for a sub! I'd definitely give them another shot, can't base my opinions on one occasion. I'll update on my next visit. read more

Super busy location since it just opened recently. Well staffed with plenty of employees, but definitley some hiccups at the register as they overcharged one customer and then had to get another dude to help with my coupon. It's Jersey Mike's so the food here is the same as can be found at any location and like other locations too, the floor plan is wonky with those waiting to order getting in the way of customers needing to use bathrooms or getting refills. It also has a super narrow hallway to the bathrooms themselves; barely wide enough for two people to walk side by side. My sub was hot and I finished it...but for a regular sub and small soda it was $11.71 before my coupon. DANG!!!!! pricey for fast food. read more

When this place opened, it was amazing. The subs tasted far better than the sum of their seemingly already great ingredients, and the orders were consistently made and correct 100% of the time. Now, unfortunately, it's a total crap shoot as to how your sub will taste. At least 50% of the time when I order extra bacon or meat on the phone app (for a considerable up-charge!) it is not even put on the sub. This is infuriating when you pick up your food, get where you're going and then open it up to find something that you ordered extra of isn't there at all! In the random cases where it is there, it's DEFINITELY not the 'extra' that was ordered and charged for. What's more disgruntling is how their checkout process (like Moe's) basically shoves tipping down your throat when checking out. This is super un-classy and in my opinion embarrassing for them when they aren't making good sandwiches to DESERVE that tip in the first place! They had a literal gold mine with this place, but a 3-4 times a week customer will now never go back. If you do go - make sure you go in person and WATCH them make your sub so you can correct the process. read more

I give this 1 star because there isn't an option for lower than that. I just had the worst customer service experience I've ever had anywhere in the queensbury NY location! On Friday I got to the shop @ 8:45 in the evening and ordered 3 subs...2 were regular sized 1 was large. The girl behind the counter seemed rushed and asked me what I wanted on them...I told her how I wanted my subs and when I went to correct her on one of the subs she was rude and short and told me "what's the difference they are both the same" I corrected her and said they weren't the same as they were both different sizes and both had different cheeses. She finished my order and wrapped them up. I got home and the subs were terrible! They were tasteless, didn't have the bacon I had requested and they were dry. I called them on Saturday morning and was told I'd have to speak to a manager in Monday. Today being Monday I called and spoke to a young man by the name of Oscar who became very combative in tone with me...arguing with me saying it's not their fault my subs were tasteless...telling me I shouldn't of walked out with my subs if I didn't like them...to which I said I didn't know how they were till I got home. Then told me it was my fault for not watching the girl construct my subs. He let refusing to switch me to the manager and by this point I asked his name and told him I was calling corporate and I ended the call.i spent $40 that evening at that store...we know that Jersey Mike's subs are a bit pricey but really always enjoyed them and wanted to treat ourselves that Friday. I never expected to be treated like that nor less did I expect to get such a crappy sandwich from Jersey Mike's. I will not be going back ever ! Looks like the staff there needs to be retrained in both how they make the subs to how to treat their customers! Really disappointed. Sub was not bad but I lowered my mask to give my order, standing not only well further than 6 feet from the guy behind the counter (no one else was in the entire store) and he HAD to tell me after I placed my order that we need to keep the mask on. Very rarely eat lunch out if I do I will go to Subway for foot long. Decided to try Jersey mikes and must say disappointed. TOO PRICEY for what you get. A regular sub(maybe around 6inches) was almost $10.00. Taste was ok but for 1/2 the price a Subway foot long will feed 2 people. read more

First of all, the food is pretty good. However, I won't be eating it anymore because the service is awful. They have 6-7 people behind the counter doing a job that could more efficiently be done with 3-4. No one seems to know what specific job they should be doing, everyone appears to be confused. The wait time is longer than it takes to actually eat your food. For example, the last time I was there I ordered a hot wrap and asked for no lettuce . The rest of my party ordered, was served, paid and was halfway done with their sandwiches before I received my wrap... which had lettuce and was about the size a Snickers bar. I returned it to the counter to be remade. It came back, this time with no lettuce and was twice the size it was before. I was baffled. I had to take my food to go since the rest of my party had finished eating. I gave them another chance because the food is really great. The last time I was there, someone took our order, then someone else took it again. The person making sandwiches would stop in the middle of a sandwich to hop on the register (gross). Again, there were six people behind the counter. They were all confused. One was simply standing around doing nothing, the others were clearly confused at to what they were supposed to be doing. read more

We were hesitant to try after reading the reviews but decided those were older and during Covid. Glad we ordered online, as it was busy at lunchtime. The sub was fantastic! Bread was fresh, meat was lean and bacon was crisp. We split a regular size sub which was plenty. read more

my girlfriend and I had lunch at this location today. Its a new chain in my area and we have never been. As we walk in we notice this place is super busy, as its still new to the area. The line did seem to move pretty quick though which was cool. Jersey Mikes offers hot /cold subs and wraps primarily, Pepsi products and miss Vickies chips. The subs come in 3 different sizes "mini , regular and giant." Mini seems to be like a child portion 5 inch. regular is basically 7-8 inches maybe and giant is 15 inches. I do like the fact that they cut your meat and cheese on the slicer for every order like at a deli and not just grabbing from a tray like subway. I do have to say these subs seem pretty PRICEY for the area. I know of better quality cheaper subs in the area such as "Sorrentino's" just a few minutes down the road in south Glens falls. We both got roast beef which tends to be more expensive than other deli meats. the prices where like $6 and change for the mini. the regular which we both ordered was $8 and change. the Giant was $14 and change. I got a medium soft drink, she got a medium drink and chips. Our bill for 2 subs, two sodas and 1 bag of chips was just about $26. I was thinking "Dang, could of sat down at 99 restaurant for for that or got 2 12' inch subs a full bag of chips and a couple sodas at Sorrentino's for $20 or less". Although the price was steep, the quality was pretty decent. My sub had plenty of meat and veggies. I did notice they only offer lettuce,tomato, onion and condiments for their cold subs unlike subway that offers more veggies. I got pepper relish on my sub. That stuff was the bomb. The only other thing aside from price that I didn't care for was the drink station was at the front of the line, as was the hallway to the rest rooms. So after you cashed out and got your cup for a soft drink, you had to excuse your way back to the drink fountain to get your drink which is awkward. Same thing with the bathroom, having to excuse your way to the bathroom is awkward and and a pain in the butt. The layout of the restaurant is not favorable. I did enjoy my sub but I probably wont be back here anytime soon just because I feel there are better subs in the area for less money. Just my honest opinion. read more

We had an issue with the Saratoga location not putting any bacon on my wife's BLT. On top of that, they also missed the missed the Mayo and instead put oil and vinegar on it. When we got home (we live in Glens Falls) we discovered the issue and attempted to call the location in Saratoga twice. There was no answer either time. I called the one in Queensbury and Chester answered the phone and was immediately willing to help us correct the error the other location made. He said to come in and he would take care of the issue personally. When I got there he recognized me from my previous visits and got to work making my wife's replacement sub. Chester was an amazing employee that took the initiative to make sure a customer was satisfied even though the error didn't occur at his location. They gave us food we couldn't eat. I placed an order online for mayonaise on both sides on the number 7. There was so much mayonaise no one could eat it. The amount they put on was gross. My husband and daughter tried scraping off the mayo still to gross for anyone to eat. They were so disappointed. We will have to stick with the Wilton shop. read more

Stay Away!! So this place recently opened and I decided to pay it visit as I know it's a growing chain. They offer three sizes of subs; mini, regular and giant. A regular is about six inches and a giant is a footlong...just some clever marketing techniques to make you think you are getting more for your money...wrong. A regular Italian cost me over $9 and when I went to the register to pay, they make you select how much you would like to tip the staff as it pulls up on your total...at a fast food joint,lol (has it really come to that..we have to tip everyone these days). This may be the most expensive restaurant in the area considering the mark-up...what's it cost to make a 6-inch Italian...maybe $1-2, then they charge you over $9! Stay away, total rip off and the gratuity policy is ridiculous. read more

Still new so line and wait is long. As another wrote they are adequately staffed. Food was a little pricer than most comparable places, but the philly steak subs we ordered were fantastic. Will be coming back because my husband likes it. I personally prefer the subs across the street at dirt dogs (New way Lunch). Seems like their should be a system for ordering hot food (other than an app) otherwise you wait for a ton of people to get cold subs before they can even start cooking yours. My first time at any Jersey Mikes. They took over the location at the former Dickies BBQ, which had a terrible lay out, and oddly kept the same layout exactly. Soda fountains right next to service line, not good. It was around noon so it was not crowded, the line was still a bit sluggish. I order a giant cheesesteak, which took about 10 minutes to make and heat up ( it very fast for a fast food establishment). Their order/food prep/pay process seemed somewhat clunky and disorganized. I like that the cold cuts are freshly sliced upon ordering. The pricess were a bit high for the sort of food they were selling (over $15+ for a sandwich, med drink cup and small bag of chips). They have pickle jars at the register, but unlike the former Dickies, they are not free. Upon paying, the display screen asked me if I wanted to tip the staff 10 20 30% etc, I didnt care for this as it made me feel slightly pressured. My sandwich was excellent though, a good amount of fill to it, which is why I give them 3 stars, but imo a bit over priced, the service could have been faster, and they should consider changing the interior layout to be more efficient. I might go back, but for the process they charge, I can go to an actual chain restaurant where I can sit down and get served. read more

Ordered online for 5:30 pm pickup and they confirmed w/ a text said ready at 4:01pm. Very disappointed- over priced for 1/2 a sub. Paid $12. 00 for a half a sub, even though they call it a whole sub that would feed 2 people. Tried calling to correct the pick up time and got busy signal for 15 minutes. Got there and there were 5 employees, and no customers- asked why phone busy and they said they were swamped?? Average sub at best, definitely overpriced. Will NOT be going there again. read more

Food is way overpriced for the quality (seriously, use better quality turkey than the 5$ a pound processes stuff at the deli). For the price you would think you'd get more of something on the sub, but no, it's maybe a little more meat than subway. Requested to get a sub roll toasted, never happened. As a first time customer I was looking forward to coming here and after the worst experience of my life I will never be back and I also do not Recommend this place either to others . people I observed a dirty tables that were NOT wiped down and also the food prep area that they would make the sub orders was NOT cleaned NOT at all and furthermore the soda area was not cleaned as well and very dirty . 2nd., the floods in the back of the of the kitchen were also dirty and not maintained people and also I over heard one of the worker's talking about HOW "he tossed the chipotle mayo in the trash and bragged about using the same bottle that he tossed in the garbage with to do a to-go sub order that he was working on ." Readers I also saw that they did not have on the proper name tags on while working there as well and did not change their food service plastic gloves in between sub orders as well . people enclosing , they were not that busy at all and the place was still a mess people and I also got food poisoning there as well with the sub order that I paid well more than it should of been people and I do NOT 100% recommend this sub shop because it is very over priced and they DO not follow to what the food policy's are about the handling of product and failing to maintain and clean front of the house area that people can sit and eat the subs that they have got from this Sub shop people . Been here 5 times. Either bad food or bad service 3 ot the times. Staff severely undertrained. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with no onions. Get it home, 1 half of wrap has no chicken, the other half is loaded with onions. The last time I ordered a buffalo chicken sub, they didn't cook it in hot sauce, tried to pour it on at the end. They are just another example of a national chain that comes to this area and isn't good. Been to Jersey Mikes in other states and they're great. read more
