This is quite possibly the slowest drive through I have ever encountered. I think there is 1 person running this whole McDonald's. Worse than waiting at the DMV.

Worst and most unprofessional McDonald's I've ever been to. My quarter pounder was raw and cold in the middle.

So my go to McDonald's meal is a Filet 'O Fish with fries and a water or a medium Coke if I feel like I need a hit of sugar and caffeine

It was packaged in their own hand stamped classy gift bag with a wooden serving spoon attached! What a wonderful concept....artisan made caramel sourced with goat's milk in the following flavors: Original, Vanilla Bean, Vermont Maple, Cold Brew Coffee, Spicy Dark Chocolate, Irish Whiskey Cream, Salted Bourbon, and Cinnamon. What I LOVE: That a Vermont Family raises their own goats, harvests the goats milk, teams up with other locally sourced entrepreneurs to create a variety of caramel flavors! They also offer locally sourced honey from a small batch raw honey apiary called Hera's Bees. Which sustainably harvests honey from their hives while allowing enough for each harvested hive to sustain itself through the cold Vermont winters! We were greeted by Judith's 3 dogs, what a welcoming! They wanted their ball to be thrown. One of the last reviews stated they were generally there 10-4 on weekends so we took a chance, and I am glad we did. Judith shared their story, invited us to check out the production facility just over the ridge and even go see the goats a few miles away at the goat creamery / dairy. I have always been a fan of caramel, but had no idea you could take it to this level of flavor. We bought the 2oz jar sampler packs to return home to Pennsylvania. The salted bourbon and Vermont maple caramels were my favorite, my wife enjoyed the cold brew caramel and cinnamon. We plan to cut up some fresh apples when we get home to enjoy of new found heaven and remember just how nice Judith was and how she shared a piece of her life with us. Vermont is a beautiful place!

Made with love, the donuts are hand-crafted from organic flour nearby in Charlotte, VT. My wife and I enjoy the churro donuts, which are an amazing treat. The donut is the inspiration for the business name. It's a French crueler donut twisted into a textured halo (see pic), expertly fried and then lightly dusted with cinnamon and sugar. The first bite is heavenly. The crisp texture of the exterior and the light custard interior make for one of the most flavorful and euphoria inducing experiences. The light strands of the interior dough and the texture of the crisp fried exterior are a wonderful mouth-feel and "Mmmmm" inducing delight. The selection from behind the barista bar is more than just coffee. Selections range from espresso, to latte, to chai, as well as herbal teas for the "not coffee" inclined. I ordered an Americano (see pic), which Tay prepared with perfection. I added a shot of maple syrup for sweetness and sipped in satisfaction. The interior is still in need of decoration but for an opening day, that in no way detracts from the experience. The fanbase is strong with Twisted Halo. They sold out within the first hour and continued to bake to keep up with demand. It was great to see friends connecting with friends as they arrived, conversed, and parted ways, making this the ultimate social spot for a morning or post lunch coffee and donut. I would highly recommend a visit and to take a moment to savor the flavors of Twisted Halo.

I got the Snack Shack iced (Maple Custard latte) all 3 times and it was amazing. I love trying fun flavored coffees and this was one of the best I have had. Sweet enough, but not overpowering. My husband tried the cold brew and a Cherry Dream pour over (iced) and he thought both were great as well (he is also much more knowledgeable and particular about coffee). I also loved that all the food and baked goods were gluten free! The biscuits used for the egg sandwiches were awesome (my husband is not gf and he even enjoyed). We also tried a maple cream cheese cookie, chocolate chip cookie, s'mores biscuit, pb and jelly cookie and all were amazing for being gf (we took a banana biscuit and double chocolate chip cookie home to try later). Everything had a good texture (which is rare for gf) and everything was super fresh as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful and while the place is small, it had a very cool vibe where you could enjoy your coffee inside or sit outside at the picnic tables on a nice day. We will definitely be back next time we come to Stowe!

More akin to a breakfast panini, the gooey fluffy egg and cheese, crunchy bacon, and bright onions were perfectly supported by two slices of crunchy, crusty toasted sourdough. Such great flavor! It's always been busy when I've gone, but wait times aren't very long and the staff is pleasant. Needless to say, I got home and inhaled my turkey on a baguette. The only thing I think is a little bit of a bummer is the lack of more "traditional" topping options. I like my sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and onion. The cafe does not offer tomatoes and only has pickled onions. Would be nice to have a little more choice when building your own sandwich. That said, I'm still a big fan and would get food from there again in a heartbeat.
