The brisket was cooked to absolute perfection, the fat cap appeared to be trimmed to perfection and had a beautiful deep bark with a light smoke ring. The mashed potatoes were made fresh as was the gravy (albeit a bit greasy for me) it was still phenomenal. The Mushrooms and onions were a great addition and well caramelized. The only real thing to note is when you think of this dish as BBQ, You would expect sauce rather than gravy, albeit it was greasy, it was still good and tied the dish together well. I would suggest getting BBQ sauce and asking to have the gravy kept from the dish if possible or placed on the side to have a feel for what I am talking about and make your own decision! Overall I would definitely say for a NE establishment this was still a solid BBQ choice!
