Quick order, quick food, and good service. Especially from the lady that's from Florida. She was very kind.

Firstly I was unaware that when you place an online order it does not get made until you arive at the window. I accidentally arrived 5 mins past 10:30 (end of breakfast) and was told I could no longer recieve my breakfast order as they had transferred to lunch. We were then offered to get our coffees still, and we accepted. As we got to the second window we were again confronted they couldnt do our order, which we stated we were only supposed to get our coffees. The young blonde looked confused, so we just said we will take the whole refund instead since we had already planned to get breakfast elsewhere. The girl then looked at us blankly and stated "then bye" and told us the whole thing would be refunded. Proceeded to slam the drive thru window closed and turn to complain and be frustrated throwing her hands up with her coworkers standing beside her. Very rude and unprofessional, not a good experience after already being told we could recieve our whole order. I also question why the full order was proceeded through the system, if we were only to recieve the coffees. Makes me question if they were trying to collect the money of the whole order but only giving us the coffees. Makes me uncomfortable and makes them see untrustworthy and not nice people. normally i don't have a issue unless this old girl in the morning is on shift, im not sure if she has mental issues im seriously thinking early dementia because i work with dementia patients and she fits every category, but she was insanely rude, messed up every single thing we ordered, then when we asked for it to get fixed she yelled at us that it was correct until someone else came and saw that it was all messed up, and they fixed it without a issue, which for them i'm so greatful but that older girl really should not be working there, she's incompetent to a different level. we ordered AND paid for two large drinks, one Carmel frap, one orange juice, both came in a small, i ordered a ham sandwich, i got sausage, and nothing was wrapped it was all thrown in the bag, i understand mistakes are okay, but her snapping and yelling is not. read more

I grew up in the 1960s and 1970s. Back then, you were practically assured a FRESH AND HOT meal from McDonald's. How has time changed? Two days ago, I had not eaten at McDonald s for over six years because it was one shit show after another. I have NO complaints about the crew because they were very friendly. I blame ALL of this on management. Go to Wendy's, for instance...NEVER would you be served food like this. I am not a big-time Wendy's fan, but at least when you get food there, it is halfway hot and fresh!!! This McDonald's would be somewhat different because it is out in the hills of Vermont. It's McDonalds. What can I say, on vacation and wanted a quick easy bite. They have a special running now with a guac chicken sandwich. I happy to like this sandwich I leaned today. The roll, you have a choice of their regular bun or an artisan roll, wasn't great and I didn't eat it. But the chicken, salsa and guac were a nice combo. This is a standalone McD with a drive thru. I went inside and think this is a new location or newly remodeled. Either way, clean and shiny. They have a variety of seating options, looking sort of like a "Starbucks lite" somehow. Ample parking. This is the place to come for breakfast before heading up to the mountain. I believe this place is open since 6am (or it is open 24hrs). And it is also great to come for snack or filler after a tiring day skiing/snowboarding in the mountain. Like any other McD, they offer 20 nuggets for $5, but the offer cannot be found anywhere in the display. You have to mention to the cashier to get them. read more

There's a lady who takes the money at the first window. She was there today January 24th at 12:30. White hair in a ponytail, glasses I believe they were red. GIVE THIS WOMEN A RAISE!!!! She deserves it. She is always over the top kind even when other people aren't being the nicest to her: she's always willing to help you with anything. I go to McDonald's and ever expect much just with them being fast food. It doesn't matter if she is swamped. I haven't even eaten my food and I have to write this review. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!! She needs something!!! I come here often and when I see her I know it's going to be a good day. Work places need to start showing their appreciation for the workers that keep their businesses alive and she is one of those people. Best fast food worker around, she deserves a raise and so much more. I hope someone important sees this from this McDonald's! Service - 5 -- I came here with someone who can be an absolute handful. When he walked up to order, the questions he asked were just trivial, but Assistant Manager John got through it all with a smile and pleasant attitude. Weaker people would have crumbled and gave some attitude back, but John was great. He even came over to our table later on and chatted with us. I love the food at the main st mc Donald's but they seem to forget atleast one meal everytime. The only way to get what you want is to check your food when they hand it to you and tell them what they forgot. Its really unfortunate because it's no good when it comes to using door dash. I highly suggest not ordering from McDonald's unless you are getting the food yourself and can ask them to fix their mistake while there. Definitely don't go through a 3rd party to get your food delivered as the 3rd party is not responsible and it's very likely mc Donald's won't get the order right. Then you have to break it to one of the kids that they forgot their happy meal unless you want to pay for a second delivery charge. (this is very unlikely door dashes fault as McDonald's always messes up orders even when I get it myself). I really wish McDonald's would do better with the orders so people can take advantage of 3rd party deliveries that can't check the order/touch the food. This place is a joke. I'm standing in line for almost 13 minutes for one cheese burger and to watch how this place is run makes me sick. A manager who is getting off the clock at 4 is no help to this crew switching over and he should be fired. Dropped food and told her to serve it. Walked out when clearly someone didn't show and left them hanging. Poor staff this place is horrible and he should not be management at all. Also the fact that this poor older man in front of me has been waiting for 21 minutes for a chicken nugget is just awful. Get your shit together!!!! read more

Pulled up to the drive through at about 8pm. The line was almost to the street. Waited in the drive through so long that I put my car into neutral so I wouldn't stress my transmission. They have 2 order windows but only one was open . I placed my order and waited to pay because only one window was open there as well. They made the car in front of me pull up to wait for their order. Then they gave me my sundae and told me to pull up to wait for the rest of my order. I waited and waited while my sundae melted. No receipt so no ability to post on their site or get a coupon for free food. read more

My husband and I go to this location often. I got an ice cream cone not too long ago and as the server handed it to me, it fell over because it was so hot out. The lady went to make me another cone and I asked her if she could put it in a sundae cup so that I could have the cone but it wouldn't topple over. She laughed and said that that was a great idea, especially on really hot days, and that she'd never thought of it. She handed me a spoon, and my ice cream cone in a cup. read more

This is the only franchise out there that I cannot get my kindle to hook up to so I can use Google,I can hook up at Jiffy Mart,The Hospital, any other public place I have tried. Someone connected to McDonalds said it was the cheap equipment that they have,routers,etc. I believe it as I have checked in numerous locations,Claremont,Rutland,Springfield,etc and they don't allow it to hook up. read more

Super awesome McDonalds. It's one of the older one's so they have very cool retro vintage posters inside. The staff is incredibly friendly and even delivered our food to our table. There is an old-style working jukebox inside and the restaurant is very clean. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be stopping in for a quick lunch. read more
