I went to Panera. I ordered 3 sandwiches and only got 1. Since it was a to go order I asked for utensils and didn't get them either. Tell me how I'm supposed to eat Mac and cheese and a salad without a fork?I also ordered a brownie and a cookie and did not get Thoses either. My order was also expensive so I would think you would read what u got on my order and put the stuff in the bag that I ordered. Do better Panera

I got to stay at the hotel nearby and unfortunately the place ran out of their continental breakfast. So I had the pleasure of going to Panera to get my breakfast. I loved their ham and egg breakfast croissant. It came out hot and on a soft croissant. For my coffee, I ordered latte for one day and mocha with vanilla syrup the other day. I loved them both. Their cinnamon bun and cheese danish were great and satisfied my sweet tooth! I bookmarked this place so next time I can come back

Truly stunned. This Panera Bread is ON-POINT with their customer service. They deliver your order to your table, they are attentive to cleaning tables after guests leave, the staff is friendly and actually cheerful, wishing guests a Merry Christmas. The manager is present and checking in with guests. Where am I? Panera Bread in Rutland....thank you for raising your game to levels never before seen in a fast food restaurant.

    Caesar salad. Always good.

Love Panera Bread restaurants for what it is; fresh food, quick service, good choice of beverages, nice atmosphere and tempting pastries. If I am looking for lunch and I see one, I'll stop by. Definitely better then all those greasy copy-cat burger places full of yelling kids. And where you have a good chance of slipping on someone's lost French fry. I recognize that you might think they are pricey, but the food is fresher and the atmosphere is better than most.

We were ignored for five minutes and we left. They seem to be really understaffed but there was also zero customer service.

Forgot one of our soups. Small portioned salads, no flavor, and stale croutons. Very complicated drive thru line.

I only assume she ran the kitchen- and she was NOT happy with the staff. One person even told her he wouldn't be talked to that way anymore. It was extremely tense and we were all uncomfortable. Her screaming orders and belittling staff was louder than any music or conversation. Waitresses were cringing taking orders trying to hear over her. We were there on a Saturday night at 6pm and they ran out of small pizzas and calzones as we sat down. One person got poutine that was ice cold, and the gravy was sour with no taste and cold. Chicken wings were just large breaded chicken tenders with some sauce drizzled over the top of them. Not great atmosphere with the incredible demeaning kitchen staff and food was not good.

We were seated without waiting, and I ordered from the extensive beer menu after a tasting. I had the rhubarb rumble (something like that) and it was great! We both ordered brick oven pizzas. Hubs got his ushe, pepperoni and onion. I had the white pizza--garlic mozzarella. We both really enjoyed our pizzas and the atmosphere. Our server was very attentive and it really didn't take long for our order. We'd come back!

To the point where the hanger steak I ordered developed that glazed like look. We returned last night with some family from out of town hoping to show them a good place to eat. We arrived at 6pm We were seated as a party of 7 by 620 due to a canceled reservation. The problems started with our drinks. We ordered three sprite. All three came back without a LICK of syrup in them. No big deal that happens right. So after waiting about 25 minutes after getting our drinks we are finally blessed with presence from wait staff, who took BOTH OUR ENTREE AND APP ORDERS. The apps were great although we waited WAY TOO LONG. When the waiter arrived he stated the "kitchen was backed up". We were sat at 620 and was not severed our entrees until 813! The wait makes since as it was evident the host was not seating sections right. And wait staff were putting in 5 tickets at a time. But the wait can only be justified if the food is good and the service is on point. My brother who I was treating while home from out of state ordered the bone in ribeye which retails at $56. Not only did we wait forever for our food, when it arrived it was not prepared. He ordered a MEDIUM COOK. THE WAITER CONFIRMED "SO WARM PINK CENTER". This steak was brought out seared only. You could see the white fat striation on the meat still and the center WAS BARLEY WARM TO TOUCH. As it's such an expensive cut and amazing steak we asked it be sent back and PREPARED PROPERLY. At this point the waiter states "I'll have him throw it back on the grill for a few minutes." I told him it would need far longer to go from RAW to medium. About 4 minutes later he brings this steak out. It's been microwaved, something obvious by the shrinkage of the steak and the greying of the sear. Then had to gull to PUSH THE BONE UP TO THE STEAK TO HIDE THE STILL RAW MEAT. We got it back and it was still RAW. Through all of this the waiter was doing nothing to accommodate us. WE had to tell him to take it off the bill and all he did was offer us a shitty "wagyu" burger. My brother took him on the offer because at this point we're 2hrs in and he's starving. The burger was sent out UNDERCOOKED. HE ORDERED WELL AND GOT MEDIUM. The lettuce was BROWN and they BURNT THE BUN. I can't help but think this was done solely out of retaliation for sending back the chefs TERRIBLE WORK. I've attached photos. If there were more (that weren't pizzerias), then I didn't see them. Looking at the menu and knowing my kids' tastes (12 and 9), Nonna's was right up their alley. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and a welcoming introduction. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. It was a quiet and cozy restaurant, with impeccable service from beginning to end. The fresh bread, butter, and garlic with olive oil started off our meal. We followed it up with fried provolone, a chunk of breaded and fried provolone melted to a gooey temperature on a bed of red sauce and served with crostini. I don't know what the green dollop on it was, but I assumed it was something like pesto (possibly). This is where I first tasted the house-made red sauce. It is seriously a wonderful sauce--thick and hearty, robust with intense flavor. We devoured it within minutes. My kids wanted pasta, and at $9 for a gigantic plate with a huge Italian meatball, you can't beat it. My daughter said it was the second-best spaghetti she's ever had in her life. It came with the red sauce that was featured in the fried provolone. I agreed it was one of the best, and it was 100% the sauce. My Chicken Piccata was superb. It had all the flavors I was looking for--savory, delicious, tender slices of chicken with fresh veggies in a light and tangy lemon-white wine sauce. There were absolutely no leftovers when all was said and done. This is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. Run, don't walk when it comes to visiting Nonna's.
