I'm not from the area. I was here for an appointment stopped in at this McDonald's, a little after 6 PM on a Thursday night. They were really busy after waiting on myself and placing my order. I finally get the order and was shocked That my fries and chicken mcnuggets we're barely warm, considering how busy they were i figured at least my food would be fresh and Apparently, I hit dirty Dr. Pepper by accident. Thinking, I was just gonna get a Dr. Pepper. And she brought it over to me, and I asked her what the white stuff on the top was, and she told me, and she said, that's a dirty Dr. Pepper, that's what you wanted. And I said, oh, I'm sorry I must have hit the wrong button. And she's like, well, if you don't want it Just let me know and then walks away. Also, the cashier didn't speak a word after i greeted him kindly... Basically, to sum it up, their staff are miserable!!! read more

McDonald's - This is a dirty Dr. Pepper didn't even know it existed thought I was just getting a regular doctor pepper, but it's okay, that was my mistak - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Warrensburg, New York

This place desperately needs help. Orders constantly wrong and 30 minute waits for 1 car. This is beyond sad. Someone needs to do their job and do something about this location. I have never seen 13 cars leave a drive thru before read more

I've never seen a restaurant with so many 1 star reviews, but as a former customer, I know they are 100% accurate. If there was a zero star option, that's where this would be. They probably survive on tourist business, because the locals know not to eat her. 3 visits, 25 minute wait. $5 minute wait and just plan crappy service when I went through the drive through. Details are on their way to corporate since I've since learned that the franchise owner just doesn't give a crap. read more

Took us over 25 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns and a coffee. Apparently the screens weren't working while I was there. Thankfully I ordered through the cashier but it still took a very long time. Very disorganized and the poor kids have no management to help guide them. Maybe if McDonald's paid more than a minimum wage they'd get proper leadership and people that care about their job to turn the place around... read more

Worse McDonald's ever! Order had missing item. Filthy restaurant. The staff and management look mad if you dare to say they screwed up! Where's the health department. read more

Stopped in here on our way from northern NY to NYC for breakfast to start our day! Easy to find with plenty of parking. Not too busy considering early morning after Christmas. Due to our roadtrip we needed to use the restrooms. Some of the more clean ones we have seen for a McDonald's. The restaurant as a whole was cleaned up well so plus there as well! We ordered from the kiosk and food/drink was delivered quickly and correctly. Food was hot and well made. Good experience for a McDonald's. If you need something quick especially for a longer drive give this location a try. No complaints from me during our stop here. read more

Absolutely disgusting. This is, without question, the worst McDonald's we've ever visited. The dining area was filthy--dirty tables, trash and paper scattered across the floors, and an overall appearance of complete neglect. The food quality was terrible and well below what anyone should expect. The restrooms were just as bad: no soap available, paper all over the floor, and clearly not being maintained. This location has serious sanitation issues and should be inspected by the Health Department. Until major improvements are made, we would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. PS: We would give Zero stars but yelp requires 1 star for us to submit our review read more

so long, food tasted alright. got my moms meal wrong. waited so long for our food. it was empty. There was flys everywhere. Also alot of yelling. Dont go here read more

Wow! This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant- 1 HOUR waiting for 3 snack wraps and two drinks. What a complete and total shit show. Management doesn't have a clue, the place is a mess, and basically everything is on fire. Do NOT stop. Just keep driving read more

45 minute wait in drive thru for breakfast. Ordered pancakes, after waiting 45 minutes we get the food and there is no syrup. Ask for syrup and are told they have none. Why don't you tell people that when they order! Worst McDonald's. read more

The only saving grace was the food. Otherwise not all the kiosk order machines were not functioning. The wait to order your food was too long. They need more staff. Once order is placed, the register receipt needed repair. Too many tables needed to be cleaned properly. Corporate needs an Undercover Boss to access and correct the problems. read more

This took too long never again going back. Food was cold and not fresh. Parking lot was dirty too. read more

This vies with the one in SGF for the "slower than death" award. Definitely not FAST food. And yet the food is still often lukewarm.

Now I know it's McDonald's who would expect great service or even maybe clean environment... Well look no further! Lmao Just messing. You may say it's the lack of training. I say as a witness to their lack of it's the management. Both managers, Red (tall blonde woman) and Pink(short brown hair plus size woman) shirted ones were too busy chit chatting with the drive through employee. Now people, this is fast food! You don't typically wait more than 7 minutes for your food considering it's fast food. Duh! However, here you wait more than 15 minutes for a darn small fries which are not salted and cold. I know it's crazy but hear me out, if you give this place a chance be prepared for a dirty ambiance to a point of garbage on the tables and floor. Over flowing trash is just the top of the sundae! No wonder you pay over $5 for their sundaes. Makes sense where that money is going. Also if you give it a shot, be ready for employees to take their time just to get your order out as well as the drive thru continues to grow. So... Management you need to do better even if I'm not a local this place sucks to stop at for a pass by. Kuddos to having all employee at a "Lazy and Don't Care" attitudes! Your Establishment is Thriving! Good luck everyone! read more

Avoid the drive through. The staff is green and overwhelmed, they will make you park and wait for it to be hand delivered 5 mins later. Quicker to go inside. read more

This is the most disgusting place I have ever been! I was so disturbed by the way the staff was talking to eachother and their failure to wear hair nets and beard nets as well as gloves. I witnessed an employee who was wearing gloves pick up a dirty receipt off of the dirty floor put it on the dirty counter and then continue making a cheeseburger. I would also like to address the fact there there were dozens of black flies both in the dining area and behind the counter! If you don't wanna have explosive diarrhea and food poisoning, please avoid this place!!! read more

So I was waiting for a while no one came up to the front they were all just staring and talking and then one girl walked up and we said a old man couldn't stand that much longer and he had to walk out because no one's coming up to the desk when to remind u no one was there nor at the drive through but anyways she said ain't my problem like wtf is wrong with u and then she was whispering with a different employee talking shit so we could see and r food took forever read more

Place needs help crumbling at the seams , no help no food help them out, I ask for sausage egg and cheese no sausage told the grill don't work this could be a busy McDonald's but they need help read more

I stopped to get breakfast at this McDonald's but instead found the employees joking about NOT waiting on the customers. One employee who seemed to be on the window for the drive through was laughing so hard because the last person who was there before me apparently went behind the counter and served himself after waiting and no one coming to the counter to wait on him. I was in the store a total of ten minutes and no one came to the counter to wait on me so I walked out without being served. I will NEVER go back to that store and it seems each and every time I go to a McDonald, I have been so disappointed anyway so I'm thinking I will probably never go back to another McDonald's ever! I don't like cold food or the kind of sarcasm McDonald's holds for their customers. BOO! Thumbs Down ! read more

Ordered six cheeseburgers and nuggets. Left store And went to eat. Two of the hamburgers had no hamburger on them just rolls pickles and catsup. Went back & told them two of the burgers had no meat. They said OK will make you some more. They did not seem shocked at all??? This did not seem surprised them at all either? Does this happen here a lot? I was shocked that no one was surprised. Left the store in bewilderment that no one seem to give a care at all. Is this something they do all the time?? This McDonald's gets a lot of travelers for Customers. People grab the food and get back on the highway. I would assume most don't turn around on the highway and go back an exit or two And get the problem resolved. We were lucky we decided to eat in the car before getting back on the highway so we can just walk back in. Just seems like this happens more often than it should buy the reaction that they staff had. . read more

Awesome experience here tonight. Great service. Friendly workers. Very fast for a McDonald's. Smoothies were good and sandwiches were yummy. Fresh flowers on all tables. Clean bathrooms. Definitely five stars! read more

Food is garbage. It's a Mc.Donald's. But worse than most. Service is pretty bad and the workers are always sitting, or on their phone's, or sulking around, etc. The Place is a dump and the ambiance is as bad as it gets for an Adirondack area restaurant. read more

We had a busy day and stopped at McDonalds in Warrensburg, both of us have never had a worse fish fillet or spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. The food at this McDonalds is inconsistent at best, and inedible more times then not. You would think the McDonalds corporation would make quality inspections on food and premises. Worst McDonalds ever. read more

Food quality was only fair and price increases have eliminated any value proposition. Disappointing.

This place is gross!! Seriously for a McDonald's I've never rated a location with 1 star but service was terrible, disorganized with my food almost given to someone else had I not said anything (attentive during my wait). What really is gross is that when I stopped off the thruway this place was loaded with flies! It wasn't until I got closer to the counter that I noticed all the flies. Why the hell did I still order? Because I had been driving a while and I was starving at 6am. I had to keep swatting at the flies so that they didn't land on my food. Then when I went to consume my food it was stone cold and tables filthy at 6am! No wonder the flies had no issue trying to land on my food, they weren't going to get burned but rather fed. read more

This is the best McDonalds in the world besides maybe the two story one in Crystal City VA. Everyone that works here is super nice and they even have a drive thru worker who wears an interesting train conductor suit. Also the food is consistently good (for McDonald's). I have yet to get bad fries here which is pretty much the standard. In my McDonald's rating, this is the only current 10/10. Much better than Queensbury McDonald's by a long shot. read more

We got there a minute late and there still cars in the drive throw get fresh food me and my family we hungry and they denied us serves over all I am not impressed with this business I would not recommend anyone go there ever and they say they are open till 11pm and did not post anything on their website read more

Been here waiting for almost 40 minutes fast food my ass. We've ordered 2 mc chickens and 2 medium fries this shouldn't take this long.

Typical McDonalds. The good: Food was fresh. Good seating area. Lots of parking. The bad: Service was very average. You wait quite a while before having your food. Bathrooms are not that great and you have one stool. It is okay for a stop off a road trip, but that's barely it. read more

Out of all the McDonald's in the area, warrensburg is by far the worst. I'm not really sure how hard it is to ensure fresh food is being handed out to your customers when it's all set to grill and go. An assembly line, if you will. This is not my first time being extremely disappointed. Tonight I got fries that were probably made at 3pm when I ordered at 9pm. God forbid you get the sauces you ask for. And why were my nuggets stale and cold?! There has been many times I've received burgers with NO beef patties on them. NONE!! How do you forget that. Oh and their customer service? Try not to get stoned at work and maybe, just maybe, you can have happy customers. read more

Friendly manager and staff, clean (flowers on the tables), and super conscientious about food allergies!

As McDonald's goes this is a typical McDonald's that's always clean but is always very crowded. The good thing is the food is very fresh, the bad thing is you will be waiting as this is the last McDonald's for quite a way once you enter the Adirondack Park. read more

This was one of the worst McDonald's I have been in. As a former employee at other franchisees, I was extremely disappointed. The young man at the register did not speak English as his primary language and there for messed up our order. When we received our order the food was lukewarm at best and we noticed that the order was wrong. The new electronic menu board does not show all options at one time, making it difficult to see options. The bathroom was filthy. It smelled of urine and toilet paper was on the floor and the toilets didn't flush properly. The worst offense was that the handicap spots all had orange cones in front of them preventing me from parking in a spot for my legally blind nephew. My nephew wanted to give them 0 stars, but you have to put in a rating. read more

My husband and I eat at this McDonald's a few times a week. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because they have successfully debunked chaos theory. Chaos theory would tell us that at some point they would get an order correct, even if by mistake. From not putting the order in correctly, to the sandwiches coming out with the tomatoes in the box, not on the sandwich, I have never recieved a meal that wasn't somehow messed up. The only reason I have kept going there is it's close to home and I'm hoping by pure chance they get it right someday. They do have some TVs with photos that appear to be taken both locally and around the world. My suggestion to the owner is maybe take a few less trips for pictures around the world and pay attention to your store. I'm sure the employees are sick of constantly saying "sorry". We are close ,but not in Canada for Christ's sake. I also appreciate that they hire foreign workers during the busy summer months, but if they have difficulty understanding and speaking English, please don't put them on the front register. I can only recommend this place if you are looking for a place to get a meal that is totally screwed up. read more
