I would give this 0 stars if possible. Placed online order for $50+. Received confirmation email. Credit card charged. When arrived there was no order. The people behind counter said they didn't receive the order and they couldn't give me the sandwiches because not showing up on their computer system. I showed them my email Confirmation and the receipt that my credit card had been charged, but they just kept repeating that it didn't show up on their system so they couldn't help me. The girl even called her owner who just basically repeated the same thing and would not fulfilled the order I had actually paid for. I plan to call their franchiser and report them after I get my $55 back. Don't order from here online. They take your money and don't fulfill the order. read more

I have tried all the Subways nearby my residence and work, and this location by the intersection of Northampton & Diamond Springs is HANDS DOWN the BEST in this area! The bread and vegetables are always fresh and tasty. They toast your sandwich just the right amount so it's warm and delicious, not stiff or chewy like cardboard. They are always fully stocked with many chips and bottled drink choices. The staff get to know customers and they meticulously follow any special requests you may have for assembling your sandwich! I always take out, but if you're eating in, the floor and tables are spotlessly clean. If you haven't tried this Subway, stop by and see for yourself! read more

Subways around where I live are always a hit and a miss, but I just tried the Diamond Springs location in Norfolk and they are by far my most favorite! I went around 3:30 in the afternoon, so it was after the lunch rush and they still had such a clean lobby and sandwich line. The bathrooms were also clean, which is hard to find around here! The woman who made me and my boyfriend's sandwiches was super sweet and helpful, as well as the girl cleaning the floors! Also the subs we ate were super delicious all around! Definitely would recommend 100%! read more

The staff was happy and polite, all the ingredients were fresh, and most importantly they kept all of he classic items like sweet and red pepper spread. Convenience should not out weigh quality. In the case of this store it's been more downs than up. I love my Independence store and should have driven out of my way. Today's order a Subway Melt on white and a roast beef on wheat. The staff prepared both sandwiches correctly. Neither were toasted. Checkout with my to go order was flawless. When arriving home my the Subway Melt tasted ok to my son. My roast beef was awful. The bread was rock hard, I had to throw it out. Staff's fault as the bread had obviously been sitting too long. This location has been one that I try to rotate in for convenience and I got burned to the time of $8. Never again! read more

This Subway off NorthHampton & located at 1270 Diamond Springs Road is Magnificent. My favorite cold cut trio was perfect and I even used the APP to order. I am difficult when it comes to toppings and they provided a perfect sandwich. The store's team were friendly and quick to provide our sandwiches. It is great to walk into this Subway and it is so clean and neat. We will be ordering again soon. read more

I came into Subway by my old job today and what a surprise, it was clean and there were no flies flying over the food contentments. The staff was very friendly and inviting. I got tuna melt which was prepared correctly and in a timely manner. The bread was fresh the content of my sandwich were also. I also had two chocolate chip cookies which didn't seem to be so fresh but I asked for them to be warmed and they had no problem with it. The restaurant is full of glass windows if you like natural lighting, this is the perfect place to enjoy your sandwich if you choose the dine in. The women's bathroom was moderately clean and fresh smelling. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat and love subway this is a great location! read more

Subway runs franchises. Corporate had demonstrated they aren't very good at quality control. Therefore you get what you get. This store was A-OK. No problems. In and out quickly with a special request (cut my foot-long into four pieces) honored. The veg could have been fresher but was okay. Bread was fine. This store doesn't have spicy mustard for some reason which was a mild disappointment. I was in town for a client call and just wanted to get home a four hour drive away. Subway was a fast and easy way to eat on the road. This store is just fine. I'll use them the next time I roll through Little Creek. read more

The establishment always has great customer service and is always clean. They always have a great selection of sides, drinks, and cookies that are very neatly displayed. Staff wears gloves and masks, and they are always so pleasant. They wrap my food nice and tight so it stays warm for the ride home, and they always remind me to scan my app. My only complaint is that they don't carry regular mozzarella cheese. read more

This is your typical Subway shop. The family and I stopped here on the way through during a road trip. The location was convenient to the highway, and the prices were reasonable. The staff was quick...maybe a little too quick, because they put what they thought they heard on the subs, not what was actually said. For Example: "I'll take oil, mayo, salt and pepper, and that should do it" What they put...Oil and Vinegar "Could you put mayo and salt and pepper too please?" What they still put...Mayo...Still no Salt and Pepper... Well I guess they knew me better than I know me LOL...You get what you pay for at Subway. Great service, friendly and fast. I was surprised they were open past nine on a Sunday. Both personnel greeted me upon coming in and both worked together to ensure that all customers were getting served instead of one person just standing at the register. The lady that helped me actually asked if I was ok with the amount of veggies and sauce on the sub and double toasted the sub for me. When I was a young man, I lost my father to the war. It was a challenging time for myself and my family, the loss of the model of what men should be in my eyes. It shook my faith, and I lost what I had believed in to the Lord Xenu. I was thirteen when I lost my father and my comforting faith. Ten years later, I entered this subway. The aroma of fresh bread reminded me of the bakery my father and I used to visit. The semi-liquid state of cheese burned to my nostrils, warming me to my core. The scent of cured meat brought tears to my eyes with salt nearly as pure as that keeping the meat young eternally; unlike my father. TJ's kind, boyish smile made me feel as if I had met the younger brother I had never had, but had always wanted before my father's demise. Sam's wise eyes and gentle grin brought me back the memories of my uncle, the closest thing I had to a father since my own's passing in the war. The taste though. The taste made me see Lord Xenu again. That first bite of flavorful chicken tender pieces bathed in ranch, provolone, and the Xenu given truth of bacon, it was like experiencing his cold light first hand. It was the first thing that had brought my peace in a decade of torment and emptiness, and I can never thank these people enough. This Subway is a shining beacon of comfort in an ocean of misery.
