and this is just one of the nice people told me they will not give me a fork
Ray B.

I just went and bought pretzels and got cheese and I asked for a fork and they told me the only the four come for the Oreo whatever crap they make and when I ask, they told me I can't get one but when you reaching in a cup, you get your hand full of oil and everything and they told me it's not. Therefore it's the owner's fault Auto managers real j off place can't get a for. you spent $10 to get for pretzels in a cup and you're supposed to dig in it and get your hand full of oil or grease or whatever stuff they use. The pretzels are good. The staff is rude and the company is cheap. They can't even give you a fork total one of one.

Anne's was crackin' last weekend. Line around the corner, 2 behind the register, 2 on pretzel rolling and 2 on drinks and toppings. Love it. The energy was great. Pretzels were hot and customers were happy. That's what mall food is all about. Auntie Anne's is a great mall snack.

Considering it's been probably a decade, or more since my last experience at this chain I would say it was strong. If your looking for something smaller than a meal to take the edge off and forge ahead with more shopping this should be considered. Location is a bit bizarre in the Macy's corridor instead of the food court. They also have a kiosk location on the other side of the mall. I can't help but think this location would be better served closer, or better yet in the food court. But they have been there for a long time, so one can assume customers know where there at. It's nice that they have five to six tables in front. Directly in front of the store was free of debris. Unsure what my daughter wanted, she had never been to one it took a survey of their menu. Of course the traditional in-house made pretzels was an option. They even have them with pepperoni now. But it was the pretzel dog that won us over after a brief discussion with the male staffer. The area in back appeared clean as were the counters. At check out the clerk was friendly. It was on to dipping sauces, for which they have over a half dozen. Hard choice, but the sweet mustard won out and ended up being yum! My daughter wanted tap water instead of the bottled soda and water you can purchase. They have no courtesy cups, but only charge 22 cents for a large cup of tap. Check out was a breeze. We sat at at a table and saw a steady amount of customers. The eating area was pretty clean, a few tables needed wiped down and before we left a mall custodial staff begin cleaning them. The pretzel dogs were hot and yum dipped in my sauce. I was pretty surprised. Pricing is a tad expensive, a little under $3 per. I could eaten three, there not that big. I plan on a return trip because my daughter still wants a pretzel. Nice little operation and may very well need to upgrade if they can duplicate today's one off experience.

NOT WEARING GLOVES. WHILE EVERYONE ELSE IS. OMG. GROSS.

I was in line buying a pretzel and what do I see? First I was watching a girl making and twisting pretzels wearing gloves. Then another worker named "Rey" walk over and started kneading and making pretzels without gloves. After that he coughed!!! I've never run from food so fast in my life. I even took a picture, go check it out.

I have been coming to this Auntie Anne's since I was in high school. They have never disappointed me. I stop by Auntie Anne's when I want something to eat but not a full meal. The pretzel dog and pretzel dog bites are my absolute faves! They have really good lemonades as well. It can be a little bit pricey but it's worth the splurge. Sometimes the line can be a little ridiculous so you have to be sure that you catch them at the right

Cinnamon sticks, almost pretzel, caramel dip, and lemonade YUM

Go to the one near Macy's, the one near H&M always runs out. I always get either the cinnamon or almond pretzel/sticks/bites (doesn't really matter, but prefer the sticks) with caramel dip. So good! Their piña colada slush is the best. Lemonade as well. I also have tired their pepperoni pretzel, pretty much a pretzel w/ pepperonis on it. Nothing really special but get it with the marina sauce.

Delicious. Tasty. Yummy. "Can I have some moooore?" Are all words and phrases that you will say and think when you get a pretzel from Auntie Anne's. Actually you may wish that Anne is your Auntie after tasting these mouth watering pretzels. I have had the pretzel nuggets, pretzel dog, pretzel sticks, almond, cinnamon and regular pretzels and yes they were all amazing. They are soft pretzels not the "supposed to be soft but just a step above crunchy." I do not see the need to add anything else to them, but they offer different dips if you fancy such a thing. This location has a couple of tables for you and a couple of people to sit at while you enjoy your pretzel. The lines are a little long but moves quick enough for not to feel the need to rock from side to side of the line to figure out what the hold up or to give the cashier the stare down of death because they do not know how to count. So if your're in the mall and are not worried about your carbs for the day, it will behove you to pick up a pretzel.

My personal favorite is the Float On which is root beer float inspired with vanilla icecream and it's seriously amazing. They put vanilla ice cream in the middle, shaved ice packed with flavor, and then top it with their house-made whipped cream. It just makes it perfect. The ice cream is delicious, the syrups are flavorful, and you can tell everything is made with care. As far as seating, it's a small spot. Inside where you order, there's only a tiny bit of seating so it's not really somewhere you go to sit for a long time. Most people order at the walk-up window and wait for their name to be called. They do have picnic tables outside if you want to sit out on a nice sunny day. And right beside it, there's an attached space with additional seating if you want to be somewhere a little more covered or out of the weather. It's perfect in the summer, but I also love that they stay open in the winter. They usually do buy-one-get-one free Fridays during the winter, which is such a nice bonus. And the customer service is always really good too friendly and welcoming every time I go. Definitely recommend if you're in Virginia Beach and craving something sweet and refreshing!

It was raining and dreary earlier. Despite the weather, we came out to get some shaved ice. The sun shining with a cool breeze was a welcome reprieve from the rain. I ordered the Shaka Colada. Back in town for JeepFest & our hotel's breakfast wasn't all that so when I mentioned to bestie…read morethat I would be hunting down a pastry while her and my godson were on their first beach cruise Saturday morning she asked me to wait so they could join me. I already knew this was my destination as I had been following them since they opened in VB. Upon our arrival we found the Cafe about a 1/4th of the way full so I had hopes for breakfast in a quiet setting. Even though there was a steady flow of traffic, we were able to dine in a relaxed setting without feeling rushed. I mention this because with it being a holiday weekend full of Jeepers, I fully expected them to be packed. The wait to order was too long as it left me staring at the pastry window so long I almost ordered one of everything however; I refrained from doing so but still bought 4 pastries, French toast & seasoned potatoes. Yes yes, alot of food for 1 person but I still had 2 days left in my visit and well, I have a thing for pastries. The pastries were: mango & passion fruit eclair, a pineapple muffin, lemon raspberry cake & profiteroles. I loved everything with the exception of the eclair. It wasn't anything against the eclair, it's just the mango/passionfruit mixture was just too passionate for my tastes. The muffin reminded me of my own homemade upside pineapple cake without all the brown sugar. It was light and buttery. The Lemon raspberry slice was delightful & not the least bit tart or too sweet. A mixture of both flavors without either one overpowering the other. The cake was super moist, perfect. The profiteroles were my favorite. They reminded me of that feeling I had the 1st time I tasted them while living in Italy. The choux perfectly baked and so delightfully light. The French toast was good enough without the side of syrup. The star for me of the breakfast items were the potatoes. I LOVED them. They were served HOT, seasoned just right with their insides softer that a baby bottom. I coulda just ordered 2 servings of those & bypassed the toast. All in all, well worth the wait. The folks were friendly, the Cafe clean and the seating plentiful and comfortable. I would recommend this place for both pastries & French toast & spuds.

We arrived within 10 minutes from leaving the restaurant and the parking lot was pretty much empty even though we visited during Friday in January I didn't expect it to be too busy but not a single car in a parking lot was definitely unexpected, we should have left... Nevertheless, we walked up to the service window the service was pretty quick and straight to the point the ambience not much going on ... This is mainly an outdoor Eatery as a result due to the cold temperatures around 30° we were not going to sit outside to enjoy the ambience but it seems like it's a cute atmosphere when the weather is permitting. Overall our visit was just blah. I had the mint chip ice cream my daughter had vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and my husband the chocolate milkshake and we all were disappointed I guess we've tried other ice cream parlors and based on this location and reviews our expectations were a bit higher and we were all disappointed. Nevertheless I will more than likely stick to what we know but you can definitely try at your own risk again looking at some of the reviews some people do enjoy coming here but have fun and enjoy life
