This Taco Bell is in an out parcel of Lake Shores Plaza, where I stopped for a grocery store visit. Seeing the Taco Bell at a time so near dinner made me have a strong urge for Tacos. I'm a Taco purist, preferring the regular Crunchy Hard Beef Tacos. Please no sour cream & other additives on my Tacos. Also don't give me that type of Taco with a soggy bottom that falls apart. Therefore Taco Bell's Tacos are the perfect choice for me. Service was good at the drive through window. My question about a multipack that they offered in the past was answered. I would have to order the Tacos individually. It did seem odd that my total came out to be an even $13. My Tacos were ready quickly and I drove away completely satisfied, It was only after I got home that I saw the reason for the $13 charge. The receipt has a line item that read "Donate Round Up" in the amount of 97 cents. Never once was I asked if I wanted to make a donation. What was the donation for? Even though it was only 97 cents, I feel cheated. My previous plan was to give this location a 4 Star review because of location and the fact that they offer Tacos that remain crunchy and don't fall apart. That all changed when I saw the "Donation Roundup" that I didn't approve. What's up Taco Bell? An explanation would certainly be appreciated. read more

Went through drive thru to get Tacos for dinner. Have not had them in a while and just couldn't resist. Tacos were good and crunchy, not soggy. Speaker for ordering needs to be fixed or the person on the other end needs to talk louder. We had to ask her to repeat what she was saying a couple of times. All in all it was a successful trip. read more

Went here for lunch and was told AFTER ordering that they have no sauce available. Literally none. I wouldn't have eaten here if they had said or put a sign on the door saying they don't have sauce. read more

I recently got a delivery order from this store. Originally a dasher was assigned and arrived at the store, no problem. The dasher then left, without my order with no update from the app or store. Eventually 2 hours later o received my order, which had obviously been made an hour an half earlier, cold and missing items. I requested a full refund. Don't waste you're money here. read more

Burritos wrapped by toddlers and messy inside. They seemed very unorganized and very nonchalant.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I didn't even complete my order, the woman acted like me being there, placing my order, at her place of employment was inconveniencing her. My only regret was not being a Karen and asking for her name. Go to Arby's instead, they're always nice. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Virginia Beach, Virginia

Ugh... why did I decide to come here? I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in years. Well my bank is right across the parking lot and I was ready to get food and go home. I pulled up to the drive thru and the person who took my order sounded like he was hosting a damn auction. I mean..sheesh slow down! I guess the good thing is that the line wasn't long and it didn't take long to get my order but they probably weren't very busy inside. Not surprised. My food was pretty mediocre as well. I will not be in a hurry to come back to this place. read more

Received an online order from this location at my doorstep and my food was half eaten. Contacted the location and the person I spoke to thought it was hilarious. The bag my food was delivered in was sealed when the driver picked it up and remained sealed when it was delivered. After speaking to him he was just as disgusted as I was. This is ridiculous..stay away from this location read more

Taco Bell - Oh snap they have kick start as a fountain drink. - Fast Food Near Me - Virginia Beach, Virginia

Food was okay. The workers were very friendly and polite and their speed was fine for a busy lunch rush. They are conservative with the filing, so this isn't one of those taco bell's that really stuffs the tacos. Your items will be light. On the positive side, They remembered to give me a fork for my potatoes, which is routinely forgotten at other locations. read more

They have good work ethics. But if you can not understand what I'm ordering you should ask if that is what I'm asking for. Don't assume!!! And since it wasn't what I asked for they wanted to charge me again. I wouldn't go here again, if it was my last resort! read more

Terrible service, lack of common sense, cant review the food cause they can't finish an order

If I could give this place lower than one star I would. Service was terrible when I rolled up the other night I had to say "hello" three times. After the last one the lady said "Stop yell!" after I apologized and explained to her why I had to raise my voice a little she ignored it and just said " what will you order?". Keep in mind i asked her if I could get a handful of hot sauce. So when i received my order I checked real quick to see if they added it and no surprise they didn't add any. So when I asked again if I could get some hot sauce the woman rolled her eyes and left to go grab some. read more

Order a 7 layer burrito but clearly it looks like a 2 layer burrito might as well just got two bean and cheese burritos. The bag of chips I got isn't even a 1/2 bag and what is in there are crumbs. I called spoke to Don and she wouldn't refund my $$ but sarcastically said she'd make my order again personally. Took down my name and hung up. What a sad establishment. You handle food that people pay for with their hard working money as simple as Taco Bell is and how someone there can't even get that order correct is mind blowing read more

I went to this Taco Bell earlier today and it was great. But tonight, I went late at night. This was a complete 180. We pulled up and walked in but the workers turned us away. They said we could only go through the drive though. We tried to walk through the drive through since we had gotten dropped off here by our Uber. Luckily, we ran into some extremely nice people in a Car going through the drive though. They agreed to order our food for us. Thank goodness they were there. When our new friends pulled up to the order box, no one answered and it was dead silent for almost 2 minutes. Our friends said "hello?" And then the workers said "please don't yell hello into the speaker what do u want?". I personally think that is rude. Finally, our new friends ordered our food and we paid them and were on our way. We went home and ate after all of the inconvenience. read more

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. They give you mostly taco shell/soft vs the other ingredients. And when you ask whats up with it, they look at you with a snotty look and pissy response. Never coming to this taco bell agian. I'd give 0 stars if I could read more

I've never EVER given a Taco Bell a bad review but this is the 4th time this has happened to me. Their tacos, mini chicken quesadillas and cheesy rollups have almost NO FILLING. I figured I would give this Taco Bell a couple chances considering maybe they were just busy but four times is enough. read more

Nasty got tacos from here a couple weeks ago and the meat was old it was disgusting. My husband and I have tried eating here a few times and we've decided we're going to give it one more try but after that we will just go to Arby's because their food is always awesome. read more

WTH???? A review for Taco Bell? Really? Now, be honest. Which among us hasn't made an ill advised run South of the Border late at night when the munchies demons won't leave us alone? The infamous 4th Meal! Full confession: I stopped in here in broad daylight without influence of any chemical substance. I stopped of my own free will, kind of an experiment to see if this place had any attraction while not subject to impaired judgement. Nope, it doesn't. Stay away. It is fast food steamed up Quesadillas served in strange paper and plastic containers. For some bizarre reason, one is required to rip off a plastic window in order to get to the steak(?) quesadilla. In retrospect, that is probably where I went wrong, I should have just taken it home as is and put it on my dining room table. An ersatz hipster conversation piece of yet another wasted evening.... One star for the fact that the lady behind the counter took my order and shook her head knowingly.... read more

Worst location. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with extra nacho cheese & sour cream, as well as a loaded potato griller. My crunch wrap wasn't even warm, there was barely any filling & it fell apart in the bag before I even took it out because it wasn't pressed long enough. Also, you guessed it, no extra nacho cheese or sour cream. My loaded potato griller was far from loaded. It had maybe 7 potatoes in it. It too, was cold. I love paying for things, as well as paying for extras, & not getting it. It's a personal fav. read more

I usually come here whenever I get off work or on lunch break and it's usually pretty good and the presentation isn't half bad. But today was just terrible. I ordered 2 Doritos Locos Tacos supremes and the Chalupa Combo. The tacos were poorly put together, nothing was spread out, the sour cream was all over the outside of the taco, there was little to no lettuce or tomato and just a little table spoon of beef. The Chalupas shell was undercooked, it was stale and chew, the sour cream was on one side of the chalupa, and there was once again little to no lettuce or tomato. The crunchy taco that came with it was terrible. Stale shell, teaspoon of ground beef, little to no cheese, lettuce, or tomato. With that whole order I only received 3 sauce packets. I'm always polite and kind going through any drive through, always saying please and thank you. The female who was working the window today 07Aug20 at around 8:45pm wasn't very polite, I was rushed through, handed the food and wasn't very interactive with me. read more

I visited this Taco Bell a couple of days ago with a friend through the drive thru and am less than pleased with my experience. I was placing my first order when the cashier cut me off and asked was that it and I said no I have another order and with attitude she said go head so I was placing my second order and before I could get out my a la Carter item she cut me off again and asked what did I want a drink with that? Awful. I've come here 3 times since moving here and every single time the drive through takes forever. Let me elaborate. 15,20,20 minutes each time. Unacceptable. There is zero sense of urgency. Can't stand lazy service. read more

This is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations. They are right outside of Gate 5 at the Little Creek Navy base so anyone who works on the base has easy access. They are not skimpy with the meat and the food is always tasty. I have had some problems with the drive through but that seems to be expected at almost any drive through I go to. Whenever I have had problems with the drive through and called they always take care of me on my next trip in so I give them credit for that. If you like Taco Bell and want to make a run for the border, this location produces good food. read more

hit and miss. tonight i got the new nacho fries and they were old and soggy. Other items in the box were good but the dorito taco was old and soggy were the meat was sitting in the taco. My husband got 3 grillers and we asked for mild sauce for the both of us and the guy at the window literally gave us 3 packets of milds sauce. oh yeah we got no straw so luckily we had some at home... Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I live less than 2 minutes from this location and have given them multiple attempts to satisfy me and each time they fail. Never had any issues with the employees, all that i have came across seem nice but the food is pathetic. The first time i ordered a chicken quesarito the chicken was dry and poorly wrapped, the second time the chips and cheese were terribly stale and greasy, the final attempt for redemption i get a crunch wrap and there was 10x the amount of tortilla vs meat. At this point i am fed up and decide to go to the Independence Blvd. location and WOW what a difference, the crunch wrap i received was the best i had ever ate. I would highly recommend a re evaluation of whomever the general manager is at the Shore Drive location. I will for now on take the extra time to drive to the Independence location and will no longer return to the Shore Dr. location! read more
