I paid a premium price to get my food delivered. Then, they didn't give me what I paid for. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I called them. But after paying that premium price for delivery, they expected me to get in my car, waste my time and my gas to get what I paid for. Why would I pay out the nose for delivery in the first place? Why can't you just give me what I ordered? Why do I then waste my time trying to get it, only to not be apologized to for messing up, but to be told I have to waste more of my time and money? They just don't care. When I called the manger the next day, she told me how problematic those workers are and apologized, but instead of making it right, she also expected me to waste more of my time and money to drive to get the food I paid for. None of their employees wanted to own the problem THEY created. It was all going to me my responsibility, more of my time, more of my money. Even the District Manger's didnt' care they ripped me off. None of them owned this. None of them offered to even just give me my money back, or make this mess right. read more

It's as good as a Subway will get! It's right off the Interstate, so it's super convenient to get to. There's also quite a few other fast food locations, so I guess you have options. We decided on here. Service was quick. We did not have to wait very long for the sandwich artist (are they still called that?) to take our order. He was very enthusiastic, which is refreshing for a change. I ordered a 6" Spicy Italian. No complaints. My sub didn't fall apart when eating it and it was toasted the correct amount. The dining area is pretty clean and so were the restrooms. Oh, there's a drive-thru self-order thing. It looked cool. The sandwiches were good because the manager didn't make them. The other employees were courteous and professional but the manager was a raging bully. Ambiance is terrible, as usual at this store, because it is run down and it always has raunchy "music" on the speakers. If you can hear yourself think, the only thing you can think about is getting out of the building as quickly as possible, but none of them seem to know how to make a sandwich for the drive through. I don't expect five-star employees because Subway generally scrapes them up from the bottom of the barrel and convinces them they can make customers happy. Some do, some don't. These were good on this day, except the manager. Our group wanted to use coupons, which said one PER PERSON, not one PER GROUP. The manager rudely, angrily, UNPROFESSIONALLY (can't overstate that) interrupted the transaction and tried to deny the use of the coupons, which were all valid and part of a local distribution, just because the group arrived together and all ordered together. Some of them didn't speak English and needed translation. The manager carried out a shouting match with the customers in front of a packed lobby until she finally realized she needed to allow the customers to buy their orders. The corporate offices were made aware of the incident and have done nothing about it. Obviously we and our families and friends will NOT be patronizing Subway any time in the near future, perhaps not ever. We've been eating there for decades. We used to visit weekly. The food's good, and it's well-prepared on a good day. The ambience stinks because it's poorly managed and maintained. The worst thing they ever did was take down the second line. BIG mistake. Now when the troops roll in they have to wait in line out the door and around the building, so they just go somewhere else. The service is usually okay until the manager gets on a power trip. And neither the franchisee nor Corporate could possibly care less. read more

Below is my original review. I was pretty pissed off so I called the store. The lady who answered quickly said.....we show you ordered a BLT, with lettuce etc etc. It was my order. I guess I hit the wrong button on the kiosk and ordered a BLT instead of a BMT. My fault....I owe the staff there an apology. Good customer service when I called. She explained the order and offered a free sub, which I declined (was my own fault). -------- OK, it was late and I was hungry. I've had subway so many times and have always been happy. It's subway....you know what you're getting. It was cold and I made the mistake of going through the drive-thru. I ordered a BMT. Everyone knows the BMT! I drove home and took out my sandwich. The lazy SOBs simply threw some old bacon in the sandwich with the veggies I ordered. NOT A BMT. You always get screwed at the drive-thru! They proved that tonight! read more

The staff at this subway are more concerned with their conversations than customers. I was not thanked, in fact she was barely polite. I thanked her when she handed me my credit card and she said here ya go when pushing my sandwich toward me. Nothing wrong with the food once they get it right. 3rd time I've used their drive thru and 3rd time they messed up. If I'm paying for upgrades I expect to get them. They don't give a receipt so probably why they screw the order up because they have nothing to verify it to when you use the kiosk. When I went back I had to google the phone number because no receipt to tell the kid I'm at the window and would like what was forgotten. He tells me when he's done with customers he will be right over. He doesn't apologize for forgetting it or even for the inconvenience of having to drive back and call. Then he counts out the extras and puts them in a cookie bag. Sorry but the service is crap for a restaurant I really like the food at. I shouldn't have to go in to babysit while my food is being made - not a fan of smelling like subway. read more

The current staff at this Subway where extremely RUDE!!!! I walked in the little girl behind the counter didn't make eye contact "What do you Want". I gave her my order and she still got it wrong. I paid for my sandwich. I just wanted out of there. When paying for my sandwich she shoved it at me and walked away. I will never return to that place again. read more

My wife used the drive thru. When she got home and we ate, we were surprised on how much they had skimped on the ingredients. Our subs were pretty thin compared to the subways we've been to in the past. Don't know if it was just a certain employee or if this is standard practice at this place. read more
