My family went for supper at this Arby's in Tomah, WI. on October 18, 2024. What we saw was disgusting for a place that serves food and should be investigated by the local health department. This Arby's doesn't want you to have good hygiene and they discourage you from washing your hands in the bathroom or being clean. As I was using the urinal an Arby's manager guy came out the the bathroom stall after he just went number 2 and flushed the toilet. He walked out of the bathroom stall and right out the door without washing his hands, which is gross by it self. Then I seen this manager guy helping to prepare fries, drinks and putting the food on the trays. Then my wife pointed out the sign on the bathroom door. It says No Personal Hygiene in The Restrooms (Personal Hygiene Includes washing hands and face). Now I know why this manager guy did not wash his hands, this Arby's doesn't want you to wash your hands and doesn't want you using good hygiene in their bathroom. For a food establishment to post a sign on the bathroom door telling their customers not to be hygiene is just asking for germs, disease, contaminate the food and make the customers ill. I hope that no one that eat there tonight gets really sick. That should be a lawsuit waiting to happen and the health department should be looking into this. I glad our family already had our food and were already done eating. Won't be going back to this Arby's ever again. Please look at the attached photos, this is not expectable from a food establishment in any way, they seriously need to be investigated. I have video but this site doesn't let me post it. Other issues we had while eating here that night: The wait staff talks to much and doesn't pay attention to the lobby being clean, numerous tables not cleaned off. While ordering our food, a customer (who must have also been an off duty employee) where fighting about the customer (employee) still being there because his shift was done, the customer (employee) told the other employee he would call management if she kept saying stuff to him like that, not sure what it was all about, but seemed like us as customers did not need to hear their argument. The bathroom was dirt, with toilet paper all over the floor in the stall, garbage over flowing and need to be taken out, this with the fact that numerous tables not cleaned off, yet employees had time to talk and fight. I went back outside got in the drive-through lane and they're pulling people over to wait for a roast beef sandwich I left and I will never go back and don't recommend anybody to go back read more

Arby's fast food strikes again. So tired of these new sandwiches and their great looking photos of a delicious new sandwich, only to get a mashed up garbage turd. We ordered it thru door dash so service was no issue. Just the sandwich. Garlic ribeye sandwich. There won't be a time I order this again. read more

Normally I would not think of eating at Arby's, however we were stopping off the highway and wanted a quick bite to eat. The restaurant was clean, the wait staff was very nice. The food came out quickly. The helpful information on calories aided in me choosy good food. The only issues were with the women's bathroom. Other than that the Arby's was very convenient to the highway which was nice. read more

Lots of options, all very tasty. ALMOST always friendly, eager staff, usually pretty clean, and fast service. If they miss their cues, remember it's fast food, the labor market is challenging and the manager is probably hoping to make it right so you will return. Signature roast beef sandwiches are unforgettable. Try their Reuben, although they don't grill-toast the rye, but that's okay. Don't miss out on a chance to try their Jamocha shakes. Their spicy sandwich challenge is intriguing, and I would try it but I don't want that app on my phone. read more

Typical fast food joint pin the way back from the Dells. They were really quick in getting our order out but seemed to busy chatting with one another to clean up their dining room. It had over flowing ketchup, napkins on the floor and several tables that needed to be wiped down. Food was hot & fresh, restaurant was not so much. read more

It another Arby's. It is what it is. I stayed in the hotel right next door for 2 1/2 weeks so I naturally ate here a couple times. The staff as always friendly. The food was fine. I only had two small issues. First, the employees smoking and then coming back inside. One girl was smoking outside and walked back in at the same time of exhaling here smoke. It could be smelled in the whole dining room. The second being that one time I went in, one of the tables had a huge mess on it with papers, a computer, food, drinks and trash. It looked like someone was camping out in the booth, seriously had so much stuff just everywhere. read more

Yes, it's Arby's, but this has to be one of the best and cleanest Arby's I've ever been to. Was passing through on Thanksgiving and luckily for us this Arby's was open. The lady taking orders was the friendliest employee I have ever seen on Thanksgiving no less. She wasn't bitter that she had to work and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Fries were hot which is rare when it comes to my experience. Place was immacuately clean probably one of the cleanest ones I've ever been to. Sandwiches were fresh and hit the spot. Rung the bell on the way out for stellar service which this place deserves! read more

This is the second time I went too Arbys an received a bad meal. The first time I waited 15 mins an got the wrong meal. Tonight I give them another chance an I waited 19 minutes for them too cook me some boneless wings. One meal had the bottom of the bag of boneless wings. It's was all the crumbs. We were surprised to see this place open on Easter Sunday, but it was a great business decision. They were super busy with hungry travelers returning home from their Easter Holiday adventures. Even with all this they quickly handled our large drive-thru order. Everything was hot, fresh and perfectly prepared. Whenever we have excursions that take us through the Tomah area this Arby's will be our fast food choice! read more

I typically give a 2 star for fast food but this Arby's pretty cool. Why? The people who work here are really nice. You get some kind of discount or extra turnover or whatever for being military. And there's a bell by the door that you can ring if you felt you got great service. I rang it for sure! Everyone in the place stared at me but the people behind the counter thanked me. Unfortunately Arby's food is still just Arby's food but everything else is on point! read more

We have the meats yeah right there was a salad on the menu I ordered it, it was soggy. I was expecting it to be a pile of meat with dressing but no just soggy lettuce, I think the dressing was hand sanitizer. My sister ordered a sandwich it had dry lettuce and lotion on it she liked it. Yet Arby's where's the meat ~ you fellow vegetarian friend! read more
