Spring Rolls are always fresh and never soggy or gummy. Service is the friendliness and it's fast. I normally come right after work so it's never really busy at 4pm but they do offer quite a bit of seating and it's pretty spacious if you were to have a large party. Parking lot is shared with Starbucks and Ross so it can definitely get congested.

She even walked away from the little rice and eggs on her dish. This platter consisted mostly of rice- that was generous so 2 nd star given but it was cold. I like their tiny pancakes breakfast more. I looked at the Portuguese sausage and there was a yellowish film- evidently paper was fried on the sausage as I had to peel it off. That made me lose my appetite fast. Not sure why but the eggs were cold and bland too. Is it cuz the weather is cold today? Different cook? Even with ketchup, it was inedible. I offered it to hubs, he refused saying throw it away. I give the third star because at least they were open and their employees had to wake up early and show up on a Sunday. Looking for a silver lining: At least I have the iced coffee to enjoy.
