They couldn't get one simple turkey sandwich right and made me pay full price even though it's smothered in sauces I didn't want.

A great option at this highway stop, especially if you want to grab food but eat it a little later and meals from the other restaurants nearby would get cold. It's a small section of a gas station mini mart but was well stocked and well staffed, and workers were very helpful and friendly. We travel this route frequently and choose this exit because there's a charger for our PHEV (by the nearby Jack in the Box). We will definitely come to this Subway again. read more

A stop was a must as my car needed some refueling. Well... so did I. There wasn't a lot to choose from, but Subway won out from all the other choices. Located inside a Shell station. There was no wait. I have to applaud the ladies working behind the counter. They were extra friendly and made sure I was given all options. Got the cold cut combo. There was nothing spectacular about the sandwich, but it was good and cost effective. But I really want to point out the workers were what made that stop pleasant. Avoid at all costs!!!!!! What a piece of work the employees here are. I asked for a kids sandwich which we just got a couple days ago and they refused to do it ! They said they don't do it anymore , but yet the employees from literally a couple days ago were able to . I got a kids size sandwich and a cookie and drink. So it's funny how magically these employees are too lazy to make a smaller sandwich! Then I asked for a B.M.T and they pointed at their sign saying they didn't have it but the only thing listed on their sign was turkey, ham, roast beef so you want to have a attitude pointing at your stupid sign that doesn't list any of the meats I was asking for. When I travel thru due to my work I am always make a point to stop and eat at this Subway. I know there is one in Castaic and also one on the Bakersfield side. This is the one that has always given me the best service around. The food seams always fresh I have never had a bad sandwich. read more

Waited over 10 minutes for a couple sandwiches to be done for the people ahead of me and a couple that must have been ordered online, the people ahead of me leave and both employees work on the online order, glance over to me I am like well, at this point I just left the wait was uncalled for they really not to get their act together I was the only customer and I continued waiting. This was some of the slowest fast food I've had. I guess our server was new, but surely Subway gives some training to the newly hired? We had to repeat our preferences multiple times, per sandwich (and I still never got pickles, despite asking 3 times). They also seemed to be freshly out of every main ingredient we requested, which required an additional wait. It took at least 20 minutes to get 4 sandwiches made. Which is maybe fine if you're not on a road trip with 4-year old twins that want lunch RIGHT NOW, or maybe need to be somewhere by a certain time. read more

This is a good Subway store and they make a good sandwich and pile on the veggies. They have many 12 inch sandwiches for $5. If you have them pile on the veggies, it is the equivalent of having a salad with some bread and meat. The new 9 gain breads are very good. read more

Just had a subway experience of our lives!! To start with i like subway sandwiches and eat them regularly, 1-2 times a months. And i am used to normal lingo "pick the bread, pick size, cheese-no-cheese etc". This time we walked in with the same expectations and received the WOW experience and glorified customer service from Nathan. 9pm on a Friday night this young man is more than welcoming. He is bringing to my attention that footlong would only cost me a dollar or two more, so i could split half with my husband. Catering to our wish to have no cheese on one side and offering double cheese on my side. He is even willing to toast only one half of the sub. Nathan is taking time to understand our tastes!! So instead of just a transactional visit we've had an exceptional and memorable experience! read more

Staff is full of amazing people I am currently disabled and have been for the last 5 years I've lived here for the last 2 years and I have to be honest with you the staff at this Subway are amazing people they are caring charismatic loving people I don't remember the exact names of the employees but there's no need for that because all of their employees are great loving people good-hearted just loving people and they will help you make a sandwich anyway you want all you have to do is ask and they will make it amazing it will taste great!!! read more

This subway got a B from the health department. That says enough, if you can't even get an A in keeping the food place clean that speaks volumes. The older woman that works there is unfriendly and makes the experience absolutely miserable. They need to fire her. read more
