Waiting in line and several employees just ignored me for over 10 minutes. Out of frustration i left. It appears good management lacks here. Reurned the next day and drive trough was quick. Double cheeseburger was tasteless, fries not great either. No catsup, not enough napkins. Window employess would not dump my water cup. I needed toom for my large cup. What a clieless bunch here. Overall, this Wendy's and gas station has a weird vibe, their are many strange people that enter the place. I ordered the new chicken strips at the Wendy's and it was TERRIBLE. The chicken strips had a weird texture and the fries tasted old. The chicken was weirdly chewy like it was fake or something. I thought I was just overthinking it and I offered some to my brother and he spat it out. Even the rest of my family thought this place was NASTY AND WEIRD. Although, their customer service was fine and the apple pecan salad is the best thing here. I do not recommend eating here and the saying "Quality Is Our Recipe" does not live up to this specific Wendy's location. read more

Googled to find a 24 hours place to eat at 2am and this Wendy's was said to be 24 hours saw 2 employees inside and at the drive thru they said something about not able to take our order through the drive thru due to maintenance? They seem to constantly run out of eggs for their breakfast sandwiches. The employees are kind but the managers can be very rude for no reason. When going through their drive thru they sometimes take their time answering you. read more

12/28/21 Well, my kid's 2yrs old and he hasn't ever had a Happy Meal yet, so when I walked in after driving 100mi and saw they had a Happy Meal I was like HEEEELLLLS YES!--this will cheer my kid up after being tied up in a child seat for hours.... and be one the first great experiences of childhood for the first time. A while later my # was called and I went up............, "Excuse me, where's the Happy Meal?" The cashier/manager? pointed to the tiny burger and fries. "Um, that's not a Happy Meal." She says, "We're out." Yeah, at that point not only was the sorrow so deep my heart dropped to my feet and pushed my toes out new holes in the sole, I was like, "Why didn't you tell me this when I ordered it? I don't want that little crappy burger, kid could have eaten a few bites of mine (seriously, I never order separate for him). I ordered this cause it's a f'in HAPPY MEAL with a toy!" "Do you want an ice cream? What flavor?" "Um, I ordered one actually... and it's not here either." (that's right--they forgot the one I ordered too.) "I know, I'm offering you one more for this not being a Happy Meal." Small Wendy's located inside the Flying J truck stop. Employees were friendly and our order came out piping hot and fresh. Wished the seating area could be cleaned better though. Most of the tables had crumbs or grease on it. I had to clean off our table with a napkin. read more

It is fine. Easy on and off the freeway if you are driving over the grapevine. If you like Wendy's you should like this one. If you don't there is nothing here to change your mind. If you don't have an opinion, they are... well... burgers and other fast food. You get more produce on the burger than McD or Burger King, similar to what CJr puts on it. These chicks in here are soooooooo slow. They have no idea what fast food means. They are thee worse. Do not go here unless you are thirsty. I ordered a chocolate frosty at the drive thru. There was only a single car in front of us. We waited half-an-hour behind that one car as it took forever for the staff to hand them their food. I used to love to come to this Wendy's for a baked potato. I'd recommend not to visit this location. Better workers are needed at this location due to unprofessionalism. There's a worker named Amber who always claims that the grill and frosty machine are down. It doesn't matter what time of night I visit. The machine is down whenever I try to make an order because of lazy workers like Amber not doing her job. She needs to be fired due to negligence and horrible customer service. This is a 24 hour establishment, so the frosty machine doesn't need to be down all night. Last time I was in, I asked how long it takes to clean a frosty machine and I was told an hour and a half, this was at 3 in the morning. The machine starts to be cleaned around 11 pm and isn't functioning until 12 hours later. The day shift is amazing, I always get what I need. The night shift is horrible read more

So I'm never one to complain but for this place it's 100% within reason. I regularly attempt to stop here on my way to work because it's convenient when I get gas. The breakfast tastes good but I think out of the 10 times I've ordered they've only got my order right once. This last Thursday I was parked in the drive thru for 10 minutes without an explanation. My carpool buddy got out and knocked on the window at which point I was told it would be 10 minutes due to them "baking" the sausage. All the meanwhile I saw sandwiches going out on the inside. I asked them to just refund my money, they didn't say sorry nor explain themselves before I wasted time on my way to work. The girl at the window was rude and really could give a crap about her job from what I can tell. The management here is young, bogus, and lack any sort of customer service skill. A simple explanation in advance of waiting would have made me happy. I just can't deal with incorrect orders (never big or complicated) and now this customer service failure. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste money on high priced fast food without one iota of customer service. read more
