Best Jack in the Box! I eat jack in the box regularly and drive up and down the state, this is my favorite. Every location differs in how they make their tacos and this location always delivers. Stopped in for a late lunch. The restaurant was not busy, just some people here and there, mostly doing take out. The food is pretty much the same as any other Jack in the Box. Prices of food has gone up quite a bit since the new minimum wage increase. The biggest shock was the 5 mini churros for $3.59, however it was very tasty. They add up to about 1 Costco or Sam's Club churro. The new Smashed Jack Burger was underwhelming as it did not have much flavor and was way smaller than expected for the price ($8.59) for the burger by itself. The restaurant was very clean overall for a fast food restaurant. The best thing about this restaurant was the lady (Kaitlin, from the receipt) who took our order. She was very nice and was constantly on the move, either taking orders, delivering people's orders to them or clean/wiping the tables. I hope she will someday soon be promoted to assistant manager or manager as she is the kind of employee to keep around! The parking lot has 2 EV chargers (I don't believe they are free). This road to this restaurant is a little funky as it doesn't look like a road and is not paved well, so it's a little deceiving. It's more like an easement between the Speedway gas station and the Frazier Mountain Park Rd., so it's easy to miss. read more

Stopped here on our way north for some breakfast...It was breakfast time - BUT - Jack in the Box is the HOME of Fast Food Breakfast served all day Giselle was at the counter and assisted us. She was very friendly, and took our order. I had the sausage croissants, and my wife had some tacos. she asked for extra salsa for her tacos and got it - no charge. I went up to get a little more for her and they gave it to me. OH - AND they have the soda fountain that you can mix your own today drinks with Coca-Cola products. This time I had Diet Vanilla Ginger Ale - WOOHOO!! Food was good and hot, service was good, place was clean. I would definitely eat here again. read more

I was in the drive thru line around 8:30pm and after waiting a while. A lady came on the speaker and said she was too busy to take my order and that if I wanted to eat, I'd have to come inside to order. I understand the dinner time rush, but it's unacceptable to make customers wait and not value the drive thru line. Stopped by on our way back home. We ordered the Snoop Dog munchie box. Me personally will not spend $14 on it... the taco was the only part that was good. The chicken strip sandwich came apart because they added to much sauce. And we didn't even get our air fresheners. The even used profanity while we were waiting for our meals. Walked in for breakfast with my kids super rude Morning manager, she had us waiting to take our order and not even greeted us, got our order wrong and gave me a huge attitude like if it was my fault. Actually one of the better fast food experiences I've had in a while. The parking lot was clean and the exterior of the building looked new and modern. The drive-thru 'answered' when I pulled up in seconds, the voice was clear through the speaker, and they have the LED screens to confirm your order... which I LOVE. Thirty seconds later I was at the window, the cashier was pleasant and fast, and I was on my way quick (as is supposed to happen in fast food). My fries and sandwich were hot and fresh, they didn't go crazy with the mayo (which is always a challenge when eating and driving), and everything tasted as it should. 4 instead of 5 stars only because getting to the place from the highway is a lot of zig-zagging and it's hard to find the entrance on your first try. Also, there are some potholes on the street outside of the restaurant that could totally swallow a Mini Cooper whole read more

I love when fast food restaurants--just when I'm about to go soft--give me reason to walk the other way. Like today, for example, at this very location, I thought to maybe jump off the 5 Freeway and get a small fry and a Coke. But this Jack's thought differently. Well, the timing couldn't have been more perfect. (Instead of writing a poor review, I should be thanking Jack's staff. After all, they saved me some money...and some regret.) Located on the corner of a road, this Jack in the Box, while fairly recently remodeled and owned by private owner, does not have one of the chain's new automated ordering kiosks and holds the dubious distinction of being the only restaurant where I have ever witnessed a patron jump the counter pursued shortly thereafter by a pair of cops. That said, it's one of the only late-night fast-food joints , so it fills a niche. If you have a choice, use the drive-through. read more

Like many people, if I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm not sure I could leave enough characters to explain all of the things wrong with this restaurant and it's employees. So I'll sum up the most heinous things. I suppose I can start with the fact that they don't know how to listen to their customers and their orders. After each item that you order in the drive-thru the employee will ask you "is that it" like they want you to be done. Sometimes you have to completely start over the whole order. Not to mention one time I ordered a jr. bacon cheeseburger for my daughter and when I got the order home it had no meat patty in it. I REPEAT IT WAS A BUN, TWO CROSSED PIECES OF DRY BACON AND THAT IS ALL LADIES & GENTLEMAN. When I called to tell them what had happened they told me that I would have to bring it back in to get it replaced. No offer of a refund. I worked at this very location back in 2013 and I can say that most of the food safety regulations are not followed. None of the employees wear gloves when preparing the food and they don't often change the fryer oil. I have witnessed a cook dropping food on the floor, picking it up and still continuing to use it in the current order. One of the last times that they messed up and order was when we ordered chicken strips and we got tiny chicken nuggets like pieces that were literally just the breading with no meat in them. We went in and told them that we would like them replaced because we didn't pay six dollars for bread, to which the store manager replied "that's how they come" Actually no, it isn't. We get them quite often. They wouldn't replace them and gave us a refund. I'm pretty sure the Lebec Jack-in-the-Box takes the cake for the worst Jack-in-the-Box I've ever been to. One of the better JIB's I've been too. They were very professional and the store was clean. I think this is because they are one of the only fast food places around, so they take a tiny amount of pride in their work. They lose 2 stars because they forgot a burger with the order. It was a 12 meal order for a film set up on the mountain side 20 minutes away so someone didn't get lunch because of their mistake. They did give the fries and drink for the order so the person didn't go completely hungry. As always, try the churros. Best churros in the world are at Jack in the Box read more

Dirty! Dirty! Dirtiest jack in the box I've ever been to. Jack would be embarrassed. Old food bits on the trash cans. How do i know they were old? It was dried up corn. Mind you we were in at 6:45 am. Any respectable business would have cleaned the night prior, and the morning of. The tables were dirty, all of them. The parking lot was just plain gross. All outdoor trash cans were maxed out. Over flowing with trash and trash all over the parking lot. DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM! Unless you have extra hand sanitizer when you leave the place. Women just don't do it. When we walked in, the place was empty, took 5 min for the young man to come from the back somewhere and take our order. The soda machine and counter was sticky as if never wiped down. This place needs new leadership. It is in the middle of no where so I dont see how there is not enough time to clean? Got to the speaker box they could not hear me for some reason so she was shouting at me being super rude.....get to the window it was two managers working in the drive-through one of the managers at the cashier was rude and snarly towards me when I asked him if they could hear me or not.
