Dirty! Dirty! Dirtiest jack in the box I've ever been to. Jack would be embarrassed. Old food bits on the trash cans. How do i know they were old? It was dried up corn. Mind you we were in at 6:45 am. Any respectable business would have cleaned the night prior, and the morning of. The tables were dirty, all of them. The parking lot was just plain gross. All outdoor trash cans were maxed out. Over flowing with trash and trash all over the parking lot. DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM! Unless you have extra hand sanitizer when you leave the place. Women just don't do it. When we walked in, the place was empty, took 5 min for the young man to come from the back somewhere and take our order. The soda machine and counter was sticky as if never wiped down. This place needs new leadership. It is in the middle of no where so I dont see how there is not enough time to clean? Jack would fire everyone working there. Hope i dont catch food poisoning. (Crossing my fingers and praying). I didnt realize how bad it was until after I ordered my food. AVOID THIS JACK IN THE BOX LOCATION IN LEBEC. Save yourself some time and eat elsewhere. After standing around for about 5 minutes, a lady finally came to take my order only to let me know that she can't take my order for another 2 or 3 minutes. This is not FAST FOOD. One of the best fast food restaurants in this area. After a long ride through the Los Padres National Forest, we usually want to take a break. We've been to all the other usual fast food chains around here, McDonald's, Carl's Jr, etc, but this one is always clean (no flies!) and a comfortable temperature. Their employees are usually chipper and efficient. This is a well managed Jack in the Box. Only downside I would say is that sometimes I don't see the some of the newer items available at other Jacks like the mini sirloin burgers. read more

This was probably the worst experience at any fast food restaurant. When we walked up to order, all the workers were looking up at the screen where the orders were placed. No one acknowledged us. We waited 5 minutes in line before someone said hold on as they were looking at the screen. Leaving our church retreat feeling good and then we went through drive through and things went south. We were waiting in drive thru for 40 mins... people in front were just driving off in front of us because it was taking to long. Then we get to the window and pay. Another lady comes to the window and asked what we ordered... we tell her and she says it's not in the system... we asked what we paid for then and she was responded oh it's right here and then we finically got out of there... they gave us the wrong drink but at that point we didn't even care we just wanted to go! Worst run location I've ever been to, zero customer service. Took over 15 minutes in line to order, gal at register just stares at you rather than any sort of communication that she's ready to take your order. Ordered curly fries and a shake. Get regular fries, mention we had ordered curly but had been punched in wrong. No attempt made to right the situation. Overheard a gentleman who had thought he had ordered an iced coffee but it hadn't been punched in. If I could I would put zero stars. My family n I just went through the drive thru and tried to order food. One of us were able to order but then the guy on the speaker said "ok thank you, pull up to the window and I'll have napkins in the bag." Donna literally had the worst customer service I've ever experienced, she was extremely rude over the speaker in the drive through. When I got to the window she did have a mask on, however it was on improperly and she kept taking it off as she walked away. My food was cold, tacos were soggy, and my chicken tater melt was not made properly. Donna continued to have an "I don't want to be here attitude" and as a life long Jack in the box fan & current employee in the LA area. This was extremely disappointing. I can help but comment in an attempt to save anyone else from making a stop at this Travelers nightmare. Don't get me wrong I do understand its a remote location. However, if you run a franchise there, you need to stand behind your product. Clearly this is not the case. On our Sunday return home for a visit to the Northern portion of the state we opted to fill up and grab a quick bite before navigating back thru the Grapevine to the SOCAL Coast. The place looked like a hurricane went thru. We were going to eat outside so I still ordered. Service was so slow, The place was under staffed, again the eating areas was filthy and un stocked, The soda machine did not work, the restrooms were beyond disgusting and I've been in some pretty bad restroom this was at the top of the list. Meal prep was as Jeff F said just plain awful. Did not finish what I ordered and did not attempt to go back into this mad house. Usually Jack is on the mark that was not the case at this location. Most people don't Yelp for places like Jack in the Box but in the event that someone does. Avoid this location at all cost. Today 6/2/17 me and my family of 6 were on a roadtrip visiting my aunt in freasno after we had such a great time with them we're on our way back home so almost 2 hrs and 30ish minutes on our way back to Orange County our behicle overheated , battery died after we stoped on the right shoulder of the 5 freeway and stayed there for a while 45 minutes later a highway patrol stoped and helped us out so shout out to this officer he gladly gave us lift and took 3/6 ppl to this Jack in the box in his behicle were very thankful that , anyways we should of siticked together as a group but god works on misterious ways anywho me ad my sister along with my lil brother tried to solved this issue with the insurance company we were going to take an uber or a taxy but keep in mid this was a big issue so our possibilities of sticking together in the towing truck were 1/10 since there were 6 ppl in total okay so this is the part were we had no clue how to get home so we were desperate and kinda hopeless then we got some food which was very tasty plus quality service ,even better service than what i had had in other restaurants, so the manager on duty she was very kind that she provided us two large drinks and her crew shift at 5 pm ish were also very profetional so shout out to them too woo woo she satyed with us for a while then lukily were still on the wait for our towing truck to pick up the behicle and us here at jack in the box , ive updated the manager that we are now okay were just waiting . To so to finish it up god bless this people that we found on our way i couldnt be more thankful she was a very nice and very profetional . We just stopped by this location to get lunch on our way back from LA. We went to use the restroom while my husband went to order. There were s$&@ on the floor in women's bathroom (in two of the bathrooms out of 3!!!!?!! ) Then I read the reviews and someone else made the same comment one month prior! My first job ever was with Jack-in-the Box in 1975. When I drove through this Jack today and after placing a simple breakfast order, with no cars behind of or in front of me, I waited to only see trash in the driveway ahead of me. When I finally reached the delivery window it was closed. The glass window was totally full of handprints and the delivery shelf itself was so dirty and dusty. We are serving food here people! The food was okay, the workers were friendly but the total experience was missing a "cleanliness" awareness. Oh....and there was someone repairing, or restoring, their car in "the middle of the Jack-in the-Box" barren parking lot. It didn't look like J-I-B was even open. As I left the drive through window, I encountered empty boxes, pallets, etc.....total trash. Come on guys! Clean up the stuff that "real people" don't need to see or smell. Ugh! read more

I had a very great experience with the in dining. This gentleman by the name of Mike took my order and made me some fresh egg rolls with a slight discount. He also gave me enough sweet and sour dipping sauce without me asking. As I sat down and waitied for my food he walked it to my table and I notice another server did the same thing. We were on a road trip to San Fran from LA, and we decided to stop here. The food was yummy and I especially loved the Oreo shake. The people who work there are nice.
