The guy taking our order over the drive thru got our order wrong, took forever to get sorted out even though we only ordered 4 small items. If you want a quick coffee or coke and decide to stop here be prepared. This place sucks. I went in and all I wanted was a large coke and large coffee. No problem right? Should be back on the road in 5 minutes max? NOT! OK they had me two cups got the coke no problem went for my coffee and the pot was empty. Tried to get someones attention took me about 2 or 3 minutes before someone would actually make eye contact and a couple of minutes before anyone actually makes the coffee. Waiting patiently (and I must admit this is not a strong suit of mine but i bit my tongue and chill) UNTILL some employee finds There's not coffee and the other one is still brewing, what does he do because his customer is drive thru and cant wait takes the coffee (still brewing so he puts a pan under it, HUH? so it wont drip) and pours one for his customer. Notice I didn't say anything about me getting my coffee? THATS BECAUSE I DIDN'T!!! Now nobody will even acknowledge me finally I almost jump the counter and then they get me the coffee! Parking lot big and not crowded. Counter help friendly and on the ball. Restaurant dining room clean. Jumbo Jack good, as usual. Side salad good, but croutons stale- like rocks. Iced tea was horrible- cloudy, bitter, old. Probably made same time as the croutons, last week. Yuk. read more

Oh my!! This is the filthiest, worst run establishment that I have ever walked into. The front counter and drink area were mayhem and none of the employees seemed to care at all. I actually stood there and thought that "if this was where humanity was going, then it was time to end it!! With large, powerful nuclear weapons" (or a fiscal cliff!!) Pretty radical, right - but truly, if I were the Jack in the Box people and I were holding a secret inspection tour, I would have immediately shut down this place, fired the manager and turned it into a McDonalds!! Even though there was no phone information for myself they called a number on a business card found in the purse of someone who was able to contact me and let me know that the purse had been found. This place needs new management or more staff. First impression wasn't very good first thing we noticed was that it was really dirty. The garbage cans inside and out side were overflowing. When we aproched the counter and we're ready to order we stood there for 10 min as the manager stood in the back staring at us while very slowly filling fry orders. When we finally did order it took 15 min to get our food, and of course when we did get our food we were missing fries. This place is either under staffed or the staff is just really lazy. read more

We have given this location many chances. Yet every time they disappoint. From the extremely long wait in the drive through. To the flat out rudeness of its employees. I have never gone through the drive through spending less that 35 min in wait from the time I order to the time I get my food. Whether its 1 cars or 3.Even in and out made to order is faster. This last visit sent me over the edge. Where once again they forgot part of the order. When I had yo turn around go back in and get it, the employees ignored me. When I said excuse me I was rudely told that someone will be with me shortly. As to say wait my turn. When after some time still no one acknowledged me, I said o it loud that I need my chicken nuggets you forgot in the drive thru. To which they conversed to themselves not to me. No apology. I went to the Jack in the Box in Lebec Cal. last evening. when I got home The meat was very dry and tasteless. The burger was a buttery Jack which I had before at other stores and are very good. Not at the Lebec store! The cook does not use enough butter if any and the patty had been sitting out for hours. Restaurant floor was disgusting: catsup and mayo pkts stomped under three tables; orders taken quickly but cooking/producing food super slow. Only one hussling was woman in front who took orders, cleaned tables and was super professional. Rest of restaurant miserable looking. This is by far the worst jack in the box I have ever visited. I live in the area so I've been here on multiple occasions. It seemed fine at first, maybe a little slow with their service but nothing that was a deal breaker. Then within the span of a couple of months, this place went down hill. My fiance had stopped by for breakfast one morning and the cashier was obviously very ill. I don't believe it safe or sanitary for a person who is that ill to handling food. On separate occasions I stopped by for breakfast and they were closed, despite the huge lit sign advertising they were open 24 hours. Despite all of this, we kept returning because it's one of the only fast food places in the area. The deal breaker for us was that one morning while stopping by for breakfast, I ordered a new item that they were advertising and and the manager told me they didn't have anything like that. I informed her there was a sign advertising it and she bluntly told me to "hold on". Apparently they had a different version of the item. The MANAGER, knew nothing about it. Finally after arguing my way through my order, I pulled around to the window only to notice the manger was bleeding from her finger and she was quite aware of that fact. I should have pulled away but I was caught off guard and had never experienced anything like that. She proceeded to clean her finger right there at the register. Although another employee handled my food, I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I tossed the food and have not been back since. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple more miles and have a meal somewhere safe and sanitary. read more

Usually, jack in the box is a very outstanding restaurant with great choices to choose from and sanitary, but this place was literally the nastiest jack I've ever entered. When we first entered, the floors were disgusting. It looked as if they didn't even bother clean it. Then the cashier. Her expression was the first thing I noticed, and to be honest, it was as if she hated her life and everything she did. Her attitude was rude also. Then they got our order wrong. We went up and got our food, but we ordered it for here and when we said that we did, the cashier didn't even attempt to grab us a plate. She just stood there and said "oh, well, there's a plate right there". Later on, there was a spill and the took about 20 minutes to clean it up. At this rate, we were fed up and ready to go. I got up to use the restroom and the stench was horrific. It smelled of urine and a smell I couldn't really explain. My sister went to use the restroom and she said they closed it because they were so unsanitary. For them to get a call from a customer and have to close the restroom is the perfect example of how bad this restaurant was. I can assure myself that that would be the last time i would ever step foot in that establishment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until the increase their standards. read more
