We just left the HardRock Casino Tejon driving back home from SanDiego. It's been a long drive so we were excited to finally stop by this new casino for some lunch & play! First, the staff are very nice, friendly & attentive! Secondly, the margarita flatbread and legendary burger was excellent! Sadly the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was our first impression when we walked into the entrance. The smoking section is the first area we had to walk through. The HR Cafe was not much better. We quickly ordered our lunch, ate and left. As we were leaving we noticed the signs signifying the non-smoking or "Smoke Free" area. Ironically, the slot machine adjacent to that sign had an ashtray on it. We are disappointed that the casino chose a layout with the smoking area so close to the front entrance and how it is right next to the HR Cafe and to Deep Cut Restaurant. As I write this review I can still smell the cigarette smoke. My One (1) Star rating is based on the above smoking area location, terrible air quality & smoke filtration system. It was our first time at the casino and we were desperately hungry for lunch. Probably one of the best places you could be if you're super hungry. Their portions are ginormous. If you have been to other hard rock cafés, you know how it is. The pictures speak for themselves. I ordered steak fajitas and all of the ingredients were very fresh and flavorful. My mom got babyback ribs, and she was surprised by the portions. She loved them. Fiance got a ribeye which we both thought was delish. The whole time we were eating, there was live music playing. Tried the Hard Rock Cafe at the Hard Rock Tejon. The hosting staff were very friendly and sent me right away. I went on a Monday late afternoon for an early dinner. The menu has some good options, there is a good variety of food options from appetizers to steaks, including soups and salads. I ordered an iced tea, chicken tenders, and the tomato bisque with the grilled cheese on grilled sourdough. The restaurant itself is very nice. There are a ton of tables and booths that can accommodate large parties so that is nice. The server I had was OK. She was clearly in over her head and had too many tables and was liking and everything. During my meal, she was no longer present and another male server came, so I asked him what happened to the original server and he said that she had gone home. I thought it was strange that she didn't mention anything. The food took a long time to come out and I'm not really sure why because it was not busy so I have to attribute it to poor management of the server not going in and checking on her orders in the kitchen. It took 15 minutes for someone to finally bring me a sugar caddy for my iced tea. The chicken tenders came out first and they were good. The tomato bisque and grilled cheese on grilled sourdough took about 45 minutes to arrive and it was disappointing at best. The soup was lukewarm so that tells me it had been sitting under some fan while they were grilling the grilled cheese. I'm not sure why it took so long again it was on Monday early before the dinner rush so they were not busy. I would like to go back to the café to try other things. For example, I was very interested in the potato skins, but was informed by my server that they had sold out of the potato skins for the day. I hope next time I go, the server is more attentive and on top of orders. I'm sorry but when you're not busy, they're just isn't an excuse for poor service unless you don't really want to be there or you don't want to serve the people seated in your section. We were hungry, so we got on the waitlist to eat at Hard Rock Cafe. Nice area, good amount of seating and a nice bar. The drinks were good , water was always refilled. We tried ordering wings, however our waitress notified us , they were sold out. Crazy they were sold out on wings during the day on a weekday, what a bummer. We ordered an original double smash burger with fries, it was good, but we were craving them wings though . We ordered one night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp, it was okay. This spot is beautiful and totally lures you in with its looks. But the food is all pre-made and honestly... nothing was really calling my name. I did order a lavender London tea and that was absolutely delicious; the lady that made it was friendly and had a huge smile. However, this stop might not be for everyone, there was an older couple trying to order a meal, but once they realized it was a self-order kiosk, they opted out. This is a new casino that I couldn't wait to try. I was interested in the Hard Rock Cafe and decided to try it out for lunch. I ordered their classic burger. The service was a bit slow. I was able to have my lunch mid-afternoon so it was quiet and only had a few patrons in the restaurant at the time. The restaurant is located near the steakhouse which doesn't open till much later. Once I was able to order my burger quickly came and it was delicious. The Smashburger was not as thin as I like but they used very good quality ingredients which made the burger very tasty. They allow you to have dipping sauce for your fries at an additional cost. Not bad for the price and very filling. read more

This is the second time coming to the Hard Rock Cafe. We had an excellent server named Rick. We got our drinks pretty quick. And our food came out shortly after. I know there's a lot of reviews saying that it took long, but this didn't take long at all and we were there on a Saturday night around 7 PM. Before you look at the picture of my nachos, I just wanna say that I requested to have tons of the "creama" on it. I also ordered extra beans. The ambiance was on fire with big screens that was showing FIFA2026 (Morocco 1 and Scotland 0). We ordered New York Strip for $35.95 and classic burger $17.95 & $8 for D-Voodoo IPA. Pretty great menu with so many options available for any diet and taste but the best part was watching the game....The service was 5/5. The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly...We talked about the different type of IPA and It was fun to feel like a local...Overall, it wasnt casino style vibes that you are just numbers! Decided to take a drive to the casino and have lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. The casino is beautiful, has a great vibe, and is an exciting place to chill or try your luck. The decor in the Hard Rock Cafe is really nice too. The Cafe is one of several restaurant loptions available inside the casino. There's a nice steakhouse, a cool looking Asian style restaurant, a deli with an array of sandwiches, including mouth watering bakery items and desserts, and there's also a "street taco" styled restaurant. Since we were there for lunch, the Asian restaurant and steakhouse were closed until 5:00 pm We were seated right away in the HR Cafe. Our server came to take our order soon after being seated. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu and answered questions about substituting items. I decided on the salmon cesar salad and my husband ordered the hamburger with fries. For starters we had the dry rubbed chicken wings with a side of blue cheese dressing. For drinks my husband had the Long Island ice tea and I had a glass of wine. The chicken wings were delicious. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The salmon was excellent! Seasoned perfectly, cooked just right, and was not fishy tasting at all! I would rate this among some of the best salmon I've had. The salad was fresh with just the right amount of cesar dressing. My husband's hamburger was okay. It was good, but needed more seasoning on the beef. The fries were really good. Perfectly seasoned, fresh and prepared just right. The Long Island and wine were both very good. The ambiance was nice, loved all the TVs and music. The staff was attentive and kind. I had the ribeye, mashed potatoes and green beans. So the green beans needed to be a little more sautéed and the steak and potatoes just needed more seasoning but believe me overall it was still great. I just added some table salt and black pepper and it was perfect. I like the compound butter it oozes on your steak, so I put some of that in my potatoes. Stopped by Hard Rock Café today and had a really great experience overall! I ordered a Bloody Mary and it was actually really good well-balanced and flavorful. My husband got an Old Fashioned and loved it. It had great flavor and was surprisingly cheaper than most places around town, which was a nice bonus. For appetizers, we shared the "One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp," and it was hands-down our favorite dish of the day. Not overly spicy, perfectly crispy, and the sauce was so good. We also tried the gochujang wings. They were a fun twist kind of like an Asian zing, spicy, sticky-sweet, but I probably wouldn't order them again. I'd stick with classic buffalo. The onion rings, however, were delicious and super crispy. Service was very friendly, but the only downside was that our drinks came out after the food because the bar was backed up. Came in on a Monday afternoon for the slot tournament, after earning my tier points needed I decided to have a bite to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe. It was not busy at all. I went up to the desk, asked if I could put my name on the list and had a rude encounter with the cafe manager name Tiffany. Her demeanor and just overall greeting with customers was very noticeable. I'm no stranger to eating at different businesses everywhere, and this visit was horrible. We got seated with no wait, no server ever came by after 15 mins I finally got up and told the hostess that no one came by and we will just eat at the bar. Me and my wife both ordered a burger and fries. The bartender Ryan was a nice guy and was working hard. When our bill came, I told them I had a birthday credit on my members card and would like to use it. The bartender had a hard time doing it, which is understandable since it's new for everyone. So he said, he will get the manager, anyways Tiffany comes and right away with her rudeness she says, "just to let you know if it doesn't work then I can't use it." The correct approach should have been, "I can try and if we can't get it to work I can look more into it." Long story short it went through fine and I was on my way. Substitutions don't exist. If you want a side salad instead of fries, that's a charge. I had the Messi chicken sandwich. It was salty when I bit into it. I thought it would be good. Argula...fancy.
