Not exactly easy on and off but close to the freeway, with a huge area to park, ample room at the pumps, and spotlessly clean top to bottom. I understand it was Labor Day and they may have been really busy or short-staffed, so I don't want to be too harsh on the employees. But this was beyond the normal mess you'd expect during a rush. It was hard to sit down and enjoy a meal when both the dining area and bathrooms were in that condition. Hopefully this was just an unusually bad day.

Lori who owns and runs this cafe and bakery near my house, personally brought me by some of her goodies- completely free of charge. Just because she's a saint. Lori is a "salt of the earth" type of woman. She works incredibly hard to create a space filled with homemade, "like Mom's cooking" items, which she successfully has done because they truly are phenomenal, but also an atmosphere of small town love and with a whole lot of care and kindness. Besides all the goodness that flows from her kitchen, it's also the heart that sets her apart. The thoughtfulness of bringing me something during one of the hardest and most stressful times of my life, was not something I took for granted. That seemly small gesture to others was a bright light and reminded me that good and loving people, like Lori, DO exist. I would love to see everyone stop by, support or just have a chat with her. See what she brings each week! Sometimes it's new items and sometimes it's reimagined familiar comfort foods we all know and love. It takes a village, and Lori has exemplified a good and true villager. May all her love come back to her x10!

This is a very small stop at the top of the Grapevine, There are only four gas stations altogether. I instead fueled up further down the road, near Magic Mountain, with more competition and better prices. There are three restrooms altogether, one on the inside, and two on the outside of the building. The restroom I went to on the outside, it definitely needed a lot of work, cleanliness wise... It was definitely an older store, but was relatively clean on the inside, and it was your typical AM/PM. Snacks, sundries, beer, soda, etc..... I got a jalapeño/cheese corn dog off of the hot section. I like those It was OK, but it's pretty hard to screw up a corn dog. I also got a fountain soda. There were signs all over that said one dollar for a fountain soda. The guy scanned my app, but then still charged me $1.85. I tried to point out the signs, he wasn't having any of it. He just kept on insisting on the price, and he was very rude about it. I just paid it. I was thirsty, and I'm not gonna get into a giant argument over a lousy $.85.
