When you have kids you find yourself stopping a lot on road trips, as such you get to know the good stops from the less than favorable ones. In the days before the outlet mall this was a mini-mart, but it remains as good of a snack/restroom stop today as it was then. :) The service at the register is fine, but the fact that the restrooms are almost always immaculate when we stop is the real important point! Before it became GOASIS, this location was a Mini-Mart, and even earlier, this gas station was a Union 76 before transitioning from Chevron. Over the years, I've made it a tradition to stop by here whenever I'm on a BART (Bay Area Road Trip). While you're there, take a few minutes to grab a bite at the main restaurant or the Harris Ranch Express BBQ located at the Shell Gas Station. If you time your visit right, you might catch a delivery of fresh donuts early in the morning. I have fond memories of picking up unique items during my stops here--a cool walking stick for my father and a cow-patterned neck pillow. I liked the walking stick so much I even got one for myself on another trip! Not all memories are sweet, though. Here for a potty stop lol. Road trip to Disney. We gassed up at 76 and the bathrooms were closed for cleaning, looked small and gross anyway. So, super glad this is right across. Bathroom has atkeast 7 stalls, they were clean! Hallelujah! It's also connected to an IHOP, Wendy's, Baskin Robbins, and a convenience store. [Review #483] 2019 Yelp 100 Challenge (142/100) Goasis is located just north-west of the The Grapevine... while the convenience store has changed names a couple of times, service has always been great! I have always stopped here for snacks & pit stops whenever I'm traveling north to visit my relatives in central CA or up to the Bay Area for leisure, or south on my way home. My husband loves the licorice varieties & often gets more than 2 bags to hold him over until our return trip, then he grabs a few more for the trip home. Goasis has consistently clean, well-ventilated, & stocked restrooms. During the holidays, they're even decorated accordingly. Love their festive spirit! =) We also like this location because it's well-lit & it feels safer than its counterpart on the east side, which is somewhat dingier, & the restrooms are not always stocked with funky odors. :-X This Goasis is our go-to for snacks, restroom breaks, gas, & a quick stretch of the legs. Nice little gas station on the way to Bakersfield from SoCal. Clean bathrooms and welcoming cashiers. Only gripes are the gas pump would not working with credit cards because it kept asking for a pin so I had to go inside to pay, then after paying $35, the pump shut itself off at $18 & some change, while my car was at a half tank. Overall, solid place to stop, but if you can make it further any way, the gas will be a bit cheaper. read more

Just your average gasoline station. It is a Goasis with Shell pumps. The location is new so everything is top notch. The people working were friendly. It is very open, inside and out. My family and I always stop here right before the grapevine. This station is huge and has plenty of pumps available. The convenient also has a lot to offer; plenty of snacks, toiletries, knick-knacks, etc. Their bathrooms are fairly clean and they have lots of stalls. I like that the workers don't hound you about using their restrooms. This station is also pretty festive. We've driven through during Christmas time, Valentine's Day and now during October for Halloween; they always have decorations up! Love the holiday spirit. Came through for gas exhausted and spent. Great, fantastic customer service all the way around! I paid at the pump and went inside to wash my hands and there were three employees working and the bathroom was immaculate as was the rest of the store. I wasn't sure if I wanted coffee yet so I asked the attendant cleaning outside how far to the next station northbound and she suggested about 30 minutes. I decided to go back in for a cup of coffee after all. When I got to the front to pay, the attendant I had spoken to outside was in line behind me and paid for my coffee then with a warm smile urged me to drive safely. I had a few hundred miles ahead of me yet and none of the employees knew it but this particular stop was a blessing just because of the ladies running the station tonight. Today, however, I guess they were having issues with the plumbing. Only one sink was available in the ladies restroom and the men had to wash their hands using the sink up by the cashier. Cleanest convenience store I've ever been in. It looks brand new and is pretty big with a lot of variety (snacks, drinks, toys, gear, etc). It's next to the Shell gas station next to Starbucks. This is definitely a good pit stop if you're roadripping. The restrooms and SUPER clean and with cute decor.
