This is the best place to stop going into Orange County or going to Sacramento. The store is great. It allows you to get out stretch your legs. They have many dining options, ice cream, and , but the gift shop is really cool for snacks, coffee and souvenirs. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean, snacks galore and the service was spectacular super friendly cashier in the gift shop. Love coming here. This is my pitstop. It's in the Tejon Ranch Center.

Great place to pit stop, stretch your legs, use the restroom, grab a bite, and use the restroom. This little area has a restaurants (Wendy's, Arby's and Iron Skillet), a Baskin Robins, Mobil gas station, clean restrooms, rest area w coin op massage chairs, and a cute store with a variety of items from warm food, drinks, and snacks; knives; to stuffed animals. I found the store to be fun to walk around. For a quick stop, this place rates 4 stars.

I found the most powerful shower in the country! If you have a tattoo you don't like just put it under the water pressure from shower stall #4 and it will be gone!

Lebec is the halfway point to home up in the Central Valley. It's convenient to stop here and refuel - gas and food. The stopping center is always clean and organized. This particular Thanksgiving the Starbucks had a line a mile long inside and out. I didn't feel like standing in line and at the time I was on the phone with my Mom and she happened to mention that the Petro Stopping Center had decent coffee that would give me enough of a caffeine boost for 2 hours. So I took her advice. After all, she did raise me so she knows a thing or two about a thing or two and what do you know? The coffee's not bad. I don't particularly like the lid but I was able to manage. The stopping center wasn't crowded and as I was leaving I noticed the people I left in line back at Starbucks were still in line. Go figure. If you're stopping to refuel, the coffee here isn't bad. There's also a McDonalds, In-n-Out, Subway, Baskin Robbins, Pizza Hut, and Wendy's in the same complex. Down the road, you'll find the TA Travel Centers and a Taco Bell.

    Super clean and family friendly!!

Very very clean. Good selection of random goodies and grub. Nice staff and did I mention super clean?! Holy crap the restrooms were sparkling! I know, I know, but I'm reviewing a rest stop, off the gross Hwy 99, I swear it's the cleanest place on your long trip into the nasty Central Valley (or escaping it) and it's worth stopping to stretch the legs, get some snacks and let the kiddos get outta your hair for a few before you snap.

Worst breakfast I've ever had here!

My husband and I have been coming to the Petro truck stop for probably 14 years or longer. He's a transport driver. We have always looked forward to stopping here, whether for the chicken fried chicken, the awesome breakfast buffet, or to be serenaded by Kenny on the graveyard shift. So you can imagine our disappointment this morning seeing a generic breakfast buffet and a less then appealing chicken fried chicken breakfast. The buffet feels like a Days Inn buffet, nothing exciting to it. The eggs and hash browns were horrible. The only thing that was good was the ice tea and the excellent service which Iron Skillet has always had. Moving on, not sure who handled the remodel, but not warm and inviting. My husband made the comment that it has nothing to do with the region. This is ranch country and this place once represented it well. The drivers seating does nothing to honor the driver like it once did. At one point that was our area and we felt special to have it. It was a place to either have some quiet from the truck or visit with another professional like yourself. The only thing that seems to remain consistent and made up for the lack of quality was the service. As long as we can remember, we've had great service, but we've also watched a lot of those people go. So if you're looking for a great meal, this is no longer the place sorry to say!

While my family and I were on our way home, we made a quick detour to fuel up the car, grab some snacks, and to use the restrooms. I am pretty confident in saying you will be able to find whatever you are in need of, here. Bonus points for having delicious eats all under one roof- Burger King, Popeyes, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and Subway. TA Travel Center is grand in size, the establishment is extremely roomy, things were organized, and while most shelves and aisles were stocked, the chips department was bare as a bone. Snacks are plentiful whether you are in need of just deliciously processed foods or healthier options. The restrooms are tidy and have restrooms on both ends of the building- that leaves for less wait times and quicker visits going in and out. The sales clerk was friendly, prompt, and the pricing is fair. 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

OVERVIEW: After or before making the Grapevine mountain run,…read morethis is a good place to take a pit stop. But it's far from ideal, and could be A LOT BETTER. CONS: Hands down, Love's & Flying J Gas / Truck stops are far superior to TA Travel Centers any day of the week. TA simply feels old and outdated. The bathrooms are old, the coffee machines are old, and the corporate owners are not doing anything to upgrade the facilities. There have been times when the Men's / Women's bathrooms have been closed for cleaning maintenance DURING PEAK BUSINESS HOURS. Even though there are additional bathrooms, (albeit much smaller) on the premises, if a charter bus unloads a large group of passengers at this location during a peak hour maintenance break, YOU HAVE A DISASTER. C'mon management, it's a 24 HOUR FACILITY !!! Do the cleaning maintenance during slow traffic periods !!! There are many other gas stations at the East & West Laval Road Exits. (With TA Travel being on the East side.). But for some inexplicable reason, there seems to be a lot of flies at this location. So if you open your car or truck door for an extended period of time, you're sure to get flies in your cabin. I have never experienced this problem at other locations at Laval Road. There must be some sanitation issues there that are causing the flies to congregate there in force. PROS: HUGE parking lot. So if you want to walk your dog, or simply relax in your car for awhile, you're sure to find a spot which is quiet and no one will bother you. There is security on the property. (Although the same security company covers other establishments on Laval Road.) There are several food options ri. (Burger Thing, Taco Belly, Pizza the Hutt and Papi Eyes Louisiana Chicken, not mention the make it yourself hot dogs inside the TA facility.)

There are many gas pumps so you rarely ever have to wait for gas. The food nearby makes this the perfect pit stop. The employees are always very friendly. PERFECT place for letting your dogs out for a quick meal/potty break. So much grass!! The whole center on the South Bound side has grass by every business. But there is a large patch of grass on the backside of the 76 station. Beware of bottle caps, cigarette butts, and anything else you don't want your dog eating.. but that's not the business's fault. Some people just suck and don't clean up after themselves even tho there are garbage bins nearby making it super easy to clean up after yourself / picking up after your dog. I feel lame saying I love this gas station haha. but it's genuinely my favorite stop along I-5. I feel safe, clean, comfortable at this well maintained, busy stop. I HIGHLY recommend this stop & send the location to all my friends/family doing the drive. Drive safe!!

Being public restroom phobic I never attempt to go to public restrooms. My motto hold it until you burst, but the grapevine I thought better not chance it we still had over and hours drive home. So we stopped here and let me just say it's the rolls Royce of public bathrooms. It was nicely decorated with a Hawaiian theme, everything was clean, every stall was clean and the smell was amazing. This station deserves a 5 star public restroom rating. I will now make this my place to stop whenever we head up north or come home. Thank you for such a great experience...
