Cleaning guy came out and pointed other men"s restroom down end of hallway. Much appreciated. Reasonable gas price., $4.99 for 87 but big jump on 89 @ 5.35.9 & $5.84.9 for 91. In house subway, Popeyes, Burger King and Taco Bell (still closed at time of visit (4:30 am). Has shower stalls too being a truck stop. Good few minutes break for gas and fresh brewed coffee on 4 more hours drive to San Francisco. read more

Definitely a busy stopping grounds location spot for many to stretch and gas up t the same time. We just gassed up coming back from the LA area, so for what is was worth the stop was decent. The restrooms on the other hand. Need some true TLC. I can't say that they are cleaned every hour. But they probably should be. All in all. As mentioned we did what we needed to do here. read more

Simply a great place to gas up, stretch out, and maybe even get a bite. The store is supremely well stocked. Restrooms are clean. Prices for gas and food could be lower, but . . . My first gas stop driving north from San Diego. I want to hit the Central Valley with a full tank, a full belly and an empty bladder. read more

Never have to wait for a pump, 20 pumps total and its a great place to fill up and stretch your legs if you are doing a long drive. The bathrooms are clean and the convenience store is very well stocked. The lines at mcdonalds and starbucks are crazy at this exit, just get everything at this convenience store. The most surprising thing is a very large selection of Mexican snacks and candies, I think its better stocked than some Mexican markets I've been to. Get that De La Rosa to give you a super sugar boost or the Vero Manga to wake you up with its spicy mango flavor. They have cali-legal assisted-open knives with SKULLS and 'MURICA FLAGS, haha. Stopped here with a youth group on our way up north. The kids enjoyed the big selection of drinks and food. Plenty of variety for snacks! Gas pumps are spacious. Restrooms are in good condition, although all three towel dispensers were empty. Overall, good place to stop along your journey up or down the 5 Freeway. read more

Another day another gas station. Golly am I hard up for things to review! Although it could be worse, at least this is a Shell I haven't been to before right? The lanes are spacious and everything went easy. They have what looks like an epic convenience store. I didn't go in because the lure of salty snacks would have been too great. I like that it's near some food options and isn't too bunched together. I like my space while I fuel up otherwise I get anxious. In my anxiety I have been known to drive off with the pump still attached to my car. More than once actually... so I value some peace! read more

Thursday, August 29th at 4 pm -- the guy that works here is so friendly! Had a great, quick, mind stimulating conversation in between asking for the air to be turned on, and if I could fill my cup with ice. Lol -- he had great energy! Bathrooms were clean. this is now Shell gas station. But still under TA Wheeler Ridge East Travel Center . Great selections on drinks, snacks and some alcohol beverages. Tons of great snacks to choose from , well stocked by the likes , Beef Jerkys, nuts, candies and fresh fruits and salads are up front by the register. It seems like this Chevron/pit stop/fast food travelers center is perfect right after the Tejon Pass for a stop. Chevron gas...my go to gas for my cars. Burger King, Taco Bell, and 2 other fast food joints inside this TA for your hunger needs. Clean and plentiful restrooms that are always available. Plus a Chevron mini mart for all your sodas, chips, beef jerky and Red Bulls for your road trip needs. Lotto available too. A must stop for me! Worst customer service ever And I never write reviews! I stopped in on my way driving up north never been to this gas station and the cashier guy was so rude and passive aggressive. He was taking his sweet A** was time counting money so when I was trying to pay him cash he told me it was $15 and I was getting my cash counting it all he was doing was telling me to "hurry up come on come on." Who the f**k says that!? I also needed a bag and the motherfucker wanted to overcharge me for a bag I was short a few cents and he said "too bad." I had to walk out carrying all these items. Fuck that guy, eat shit! And the Burger King attached to it was open and had me standing waiting while they completely ignored me ! Fuck this town! read more

The best place to stop once you get through the Angeles forest coming from Los Angeles. Always feels safe and has multiple fast food joints. The bathrooms are super clean and has many stalls for the times when level of travelers are high. They also have showers for truckers and those that are traveling a long way. A great place to stop if you need to rest. A lot of lighting and a safe place. read more

One-Stop to fill several needs! the gas station prices are high....you'd see waaaaaaaaaay more truckers using it if it were cheaper. I say that with confidence because they have EVERYTHING! including meals that Heat Themselves!!!! (ew- wrong) Do NOT let your kids go inside if they have a habit of pestering you to buy them everything in sight! ;) ;) they have DVD's& music, books, toys, souveniers, tons of snacky-junk food, as well as clothes and all your automotive needs covered. the bathrooms are huge and clean 99% of the time. the line hardly ever has anymore than a 1 minute wait.....sometimes it takes longer to pull into the parking lot as some of the tourOns have No Clue how to follow street signs and speed limits! The slow pokes & scaredy cats really anger those looking to get off the freeway & in n'out of the gas station as they have Places To Go!!! The staff at the fast food places arent always perfect. I strongly advise everyone to announce to the workers when you are going to use the restroom. It was 2am when we were driving back to LA from the Bay Area and when I left the restroom I was surprised to find myself locked inside the store!! The employee returned after a while and let me out and basically tried to blame the whole thing on me because I didn't tell him I was going to use the restroom... Worst experience ever! read more

Huge gas station stop as you are leaving the grapevine. Had to stop here after spilling a whole entire soda in the car. Whoops. Thankfully they had plenty of paper towels to spare. Was on our way back from SoCal and stopped to get gas, food, and use the facilities but thought the gas station across the overpass on the southbound side of the freeway would be cheaper. Man was I glad I noticed the horrible traffic bottleneck in the parking lot intersection on that side and made a quick u-turn but was not fast enough to avoid being not let into the long congo line of cars by a small white compact Honda. This was a random stop that my family and I took while heading back home from Los Angeles. It was quite nice as when we took other stops, the bathrooms weren't so great and clean at all. This place was amazingly clean, and I didn't expect much at all. As random as it is, there are quite a lot of restaurants in this stop and most of them are all interconnected to each other. I totally didn't expect it to have a Popeyes either! I suppose what was just a quick gas stop and bathroom stop ended up with my family and I having lunch there. There was lots of space for quite a lot of people to just sit back and relax before heading out again. I would suggest to anyone that they SHOULD come here for their stop before coming anywhere else. They had every accommodation which made it quite nice. I thought it kind of felt like a mini mall as there are quite a lot of food stalls and a place to buy trinkets, medicine, snacks and hygiene products. read more

My first stop at this place. My grandson wanted taco bell and needed to use the restroom. First off in their defense this was the day after Christmas so it may be a bad review. The bathroom was not only deplorable but I think it would fit in the category of a major threat to health. The bathroom was large with multiple urinals and toilet stalls. Most of the urinals were plugged and over flowing. We did find one stall that did not have feces on the seat or stainless steel plumbing fixtures of the toilet. There was feces on the floor but my grandson could step around that. Only one sink worked. No paper towels, no trash cans. I about puked. read more
