First off the gas prices were great, love the quality of Costco gas. What we did not like is the whole set up of the gas station. Most of the lines you have to go through the parking spaces to get to them making the last 3 pumps more packed as those are the only easy ones to get to. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the pump to fill up. As we were leaving we seen 3 workers standing at the booth just chit chatting instead of trying to direct traffic to the open lanes to make it run smoother. They need to get it get it together and help make this place run so much better. read more

DO NOT GET THE COSTCO ANYWHERE VISA CARD!!!!!!! It's a trap!!!!! " Very high interest rates and hidden fees" this is your first and final warning! If you're trying to save on gas, get a gas card you can save $.20-$.50 per gallon depending on which card you apply for. Bigger city chaperone meat. Prices are not always the cheapest at Costco. Sometimes the quality sucks. A line to get out sometimes they need a wider exit with more employees. Some employees move like they have been touched in the head. read more

Costco Gasoline - Saturday 10:45AM - Gas Stations Near Me - Bakersfield, California

Depending on time and day, that will play a huge role in how your experience will be. When super busy just come with patience, and people are moving as fast as they can. The prices (I believe) are the lowest you can get while still getting good quality gas. The attendant is always walking back and forth helping you with anything you need. The gas hoses have a good pull, so you can use any pump without worrying what side your tank is on. Patience is key read more

So i really needed to do this review i know i know it's just a gas station but for me it's different...For one this is the only gas i put in my purple beast i've tried others and to tell you the truth my car acted funny it likes this gas!! Anyway Love it or hate it it's the damn cheapest price for premium that's not shit gas you can get. Now i have a little bit different relationship with this particular location I was T boned last September 20th right after pulling out of the pump area to the main drive out between the parking lots. I was actually on my way to my sons wedding rehearsal which he missed as well because he had to come and be with me until the tow truck arrived 6 hours later!! It was a heartbreaking, terrifying experience for me and my 17 year old the guy was a fucking uninsured idiot speeding through the parking lot and hit me hard yea he caused 30k in damage in a damn parking lot!! After i gathered myself i got out and yelled and wanted to beat the shit out of that guy!! This is where the amazing gas attendant employees and management of this particular Costco come in. The gas attendant ran over i'm assuming one to make sure we were all alive and 2 to stop me from murdering this guy!!! LOL yea i was that bad whilst crying uncontrollably might i add i'm sure everyone watching thought i was just gonna need to be taken via straight jacket from that scene Hahaha!!! I had only had my car for 3 months at that time!!! Yes i can look back and laugh now but it's taken a long time to be able to do that. These employees were so caring and made sure all witnesses gave their info to the police etc..they brought us water and took care of us. They also made sure to let me know they had the accident on camera and gave me a copy of it. Now to this day and yea my dumb ass doesn't know the names of these beautiful people but the faces those faces i will never forget!!! When i pull in to get gas one attendant in particular whom remembers what happened always comes to check on me and pump my gas if i'm not already doing so i want to a Thank him and everyone else here just for really stepping up in a really devastating situation....Hah i have to say even recently when a dumb ass impatient bitch couldn't wait for me to sanitize my hands and for the guy ahead of me to finish....she was honking and yelling at me like a stupid crazy bitch literally wouldn't move and was 2 inches away from my bumper!!! the attendant came and guided me out Oh i wanted to kick her ass too LOL....I still get a panic attack when driving through this parking lot and am insanely paranoid with all of the idiots driving through here but these employees and how they treat me helps make it a little easier for me....I'll never forget their kindness :) read more

Not as busy as other locations I have been to and even if theres a long line, your turn will come up pretty fast. Its kept clean and theres always someone on site to take care of your needs if you need assistance. Gas price is cheaper than any other places like almost every other Costco gasoline locations. read more

I accidentally threw my debit card and Costco card away this morning while getting gas and I went to go check and the NICEST young man worker helped me find it in the trash!!! He was such an angel!! read more

Great prices, but long lines reminiscent of the California gas rationing lines in the 70's. 20+ minutes to get gas is painful. Well, if you are use to Costco gas stations in other states, where they put in more pumps? But sure that was a space consideration. Other grip is these older pumps can't read my mag strip. Works every where else!!! Guess that's the price for being price conscious :-) read more

Costco Gasoline - Always a long line at Costco Gas - Gas Stations Near Me - Bakersfield, California

Costco Gasoline means good prices and long lines. Lol! I think most of us are filled our cars with Costco gasoline at least a few times by now if you're a Costco member. Why? The main reason for me is the prices. I don't appreciate the long lines. But I do think that I can trade some of my time for money saving! Of course, I believe that the gas station in Costco is selling good quality gasoline too. This gas station is a little farther apart from the Costco store with two gas pumps per line only. The line is as long as all the Costco gas stations. The facility is clean and the employee on duty is attentive. The gasoline in California is getting more and more expensive whenever I fill up my cars. I think I'll always look for Costco Gasoline on Yelp! Try to save a few bucks when I needed gasoline for my cars. read more

I would wait in a long long line for this gas. On a road trip from NorCal to San Diego, this is the cheapest gas I've encountered. Thank god for Costco! I always seem to arrive at a good time with minimal waiting, which is a plus! read more

I really like the pricing like any other but I am always scared to go there due to big lines . But the system is fast and furious. Weekends are bad due to big lines but still accommodate many cars . Will I go there again absolutely. Will I hate going there absolutely read more

Love this location for getting gas as it doesn't have the lines like the Rosedale location. Only draw back is there's no diesel at this location. This is always clean and easy to use pumps, but as you know it's for members only. There's also an attendant on staff if ever you have an issue or if your disabled and need service. read more

I have been using the gasoline that Costco sells and have never had a problem with the fuel injectors getting clogged. When I was using Sams gasoline I had constant problems with quality and fuel injectors problems. I'm a true believer they sell the best quality gasoline. read more

I love coming here to get gas! They have good quality gas for a good price. I feel so safe and I've never had anyone walk up to me while getting gas here. I can't say the same about other places though. I will continue coming here to get gas! read more

Costco Gasoline - Gas pump - Gas Stations Near Me - Bakersfield, California

We love Costco Gas and will try, if possible, to only get gas from Costco. To keep my car at a good standing, it highly recommends that I put Premium grade and top tier gas. Both of which are provided by Costco gas. On top of that, they are always 20-30 cents cheaper than the other gas stations in town. Win-win for this gal! read more

Costco has the best gasoline prices anywhere they are but this Costco is special. I have never had to wait for an available gas pump there - not once! Anyone who has gotten Costco gas anywhere else knows that to get the great prices they offer, you have to wait. Not here. The attendants are friendly and available - often I see other costumers having trouble negotiating use of the membership and/or charge card and those folks are always Johnny on the spot and helpful. What more can you ask for? read more

I do not frequent this Costco branch as often as their Rosedale location. Normally, I will not stop here for gas because the lines are usually long. If the lines aren't long, then I will stop. Quality gasoline at some of the lowest prices in town is hard to pass up! Just make sure you have your Costco card with you. Would be awful to wait in line then find out you cannot pump because you have no Costco card. read more

Costco Gasoline - Got to be a Costco member! - Gas Stations Near Me - Bakersfield, California

This is my favorite spot for fuel. The prices are the best in town. I am always in and out of this spot. I know what you are thinking...how the hell are you in and out of Costco gas?!?!? I got when they open. I put a lot of miles down adding to my carbon footprint. Putting down mileage requires me to leave early. So I have the rotation set up where I stop in here in the morning and grab my fuel. I would recommend stopping in during the morning. It is a breeze in and out. If you wait until the afternoon, get ready to camp out waiting for that awesome mix tape to drop. Those lines make you burn a gallon of gas waiting to get through. I will say that the savings that I have saved by using Costco fuel is worth the price of membership. Plus how often do you need a life time supply of toilet paper....always! read more

Good prices for gas here, as do all Costcos. Good to know for those of us passing through Bakersfield on the 99 and thinking it is time for a fill up. The draw for me? It is not far off the freeway, perhaps a mile, and the lines are far better than other Costcos in the area. read more

How much are we really saving when factoring in cost of membership plus wait time? I drove past ARCO with $3.79/gallon and no wait for a 27 minute wait in line here for $3.59/gallon? I LOST money here today. read more

Cheapest gas option around. That means something these days. There's often a line but it moves

Always love the costco gas... thanks for being everywhere. Love the bathrooms near by, lol

Usually $.75 - $1.00 cheaper than anywhere else and good quality Diesel/Gasoline. Worth the (sometimes) long lines.

This is the best place for gas! The prices beat anyone! Also they added a fuel cleaner that makes my car fly! No bogging down! Best time to come is about an hour after they open. Don't come on a Sunday unless your desperate. People are cranky unless your doing your Yelp reviews! Santa Brian Ho Ho Ho! read more

We've had great experiences at various Costco Gas locations in California from Elk Grove, South Sac, Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, Woodland, Lodi, Vacaville, Gilroy, Santa Rosa, Carlsbad, Bakersfield, Las Vegas, NV. Our only complaint would probably be sometimes long lines but other than that nothing else. read more

whenever possible - buy from Costco - lowest price in the area. - can be long lines.

Cheapest gas in town and very clean and organized. Attendant always tries to help and make conversation with customers .

Costco Gas is quick and it's cheap. Those are certainly the two most important things I think about when I'm searching for gas stations. Is it the cheapest in town? Well, no, but it's certainly in the running. Yesterday the price was $3.93/gallon at Costco, $4.09 at Chevron, and $3.87 at Arco, so you see it's definitely on the cheaper side. Be prepared because the lines are always long at this location. The good news is that the line moves relatively quickly. The hoses are long enough to reach either side of your car, so you don't have to worry about which side your tank is on, and they are special fast flow hoses to deliver the gas to you quickly and get you back out on the road. You must be a Costco member and you must have your membership card with you to purchase gas. You can use your American Express Card, most debit cards, and Costco Cash Cards to pay. Unfortunately, they do not accept cash or other credit cards. Also be aware that if you are using your debit card they will put a $100 pre-authorization hold on it while you are filling your tank; this should be released by your bank within minutes, but there is some fine print that says this process can take several hours, also. There are no restrooms and there is no convenience store; your convenience is in the fact you get your gas both quickly and cheaply. Did you hear that? The gas is quick AND it's cheap. We have a winner. FYI The daily gas price is displayed on a sandwich board at the main entrance to the Costco warehouse. read more

While I wish there were more locations in town other than these two who can beat a perk to your membership with gas at lower than average prices??? Sometimes the lines can be long especially before a holiday weekend but the plus is their pumps can reach no matter what side your tank is on. The employee walking around is always friendly and helpful. Overall I won't go too far out of my way but since it's not far from me I will go to fill up and save some money. read more

It's fast, easy, and cheap! What's not to like? Also the hoses are long enough to reach both sides of the vehicle. Just like the warehouse they only take debit and American Express, no cash though. this gas station in no frills, you pay, fill up, and leave. no snacks or drinks and no bathroom. but thats why its quick. read more
