Service was very friendly and polite. Carlos made my day just by being polite and smiling ! I would have given 5 stars for him, but only 4 Stars because the zucchini was delicious but the fries were sub par. Oily and not crispy at all. Dining area was clean. read more

Carlos the manager rocks in service! 2nd time here where they are out of pickles. That's twice no pickles. AT A BURGER JOINT. Inexcusable. Franchise QA better step up and remedy this. read more

Carl's Jr - Burgers Near Me - Arvin, California

not a whole lot I can say with it being Carl's Jr, but it is the little things and the basics that matter and as long as it's done right, then it's perfect. fresh lettuce and tomatoes not soggy or wilty or old. meat was fresh even the fries were perfectly tasting. I love Carl's and it's simple but basic. the service was great and i'm impressed the gentleman was wearing a hairnet so that tells me they take food and safety standard serious. didn't go inside to see the ambiance but parking was great and wide. "if it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face" read more

We were on a road trip, and needed some breakfast before 9 am. Everything else was pretty much closed. My husband and I both enjoy Carl's, so we were fine with it. Service was quick and ambiance was busy, since it was the only place at the stop that was open aside from McDonalds. I had a lettuce wrapped double cheeseburger and my husband had a double Famous Star. We shared onion rings. Everything was great. The bathrooms were also very clean. I'd stop here again if I had to. read more

Stopped by to have a quick late lunch after gassing up and heading home. Ordered through the drive-thru there was no one there. I've always enjoyed their hand breaded chicken tenders so I ordered that 3pc only. I ordered my daughter the chicken nugget happy meal and ordered a famous star meal for my husband. After paying I got my drinks and I was told to park just straight ahead because the chicken tenders would take 3 mins. Not sure why I was told to park when there were literally no cars. Just alittle after 7 mins had passed someone came out and brought our food to us. The chicken tenders were hot fresh out the fryer. A bit disappointed that they didn't give us the ranch sauce that I had requested for my tenders and for my daughter's star nuggets. Especially since they weren't busy don't really understand why most fast food places always forget the sauce! read more

Cashier was friendly and food came out fast, staff is overall friendly great service :)

Standard Carl's Jr. setup inside. Yellows and red with gray interior. Ordered the guacamole bacon burger single combo, vanilla shake, three piece chicken nuggets. Shake was up first, followed shortly by the rest of the meal. The crew seemed to have communication issues. Pleased overall with service and quality of the food. Staff picked up our meal at the table. read more

Probably the best Carl's Jr I stopped by and dined in at! Very clean; quiet since we're on the way North and the staff are patient and friendly. The bathroom is super clean too, We decided to dine in and give the car a break from our long trip. The food is good for the price and comes out quickly. Fries are top tier, fresh and crunchy. Would definitely come back to this location for my road trips read more

OMG! The nicest Manager, Carlos, was so hospitable and on the ball at this stop on my long drive. It is so unusual and appreciated when you go to a place that people seem happy to help. Bonus: The bathrooms were super clean and that is a major plus on a roadtrip. French fries and a giant drink will keep me going. read more

Rude, rude, rude. Never again. I know this type of location mainly sees road-trip traffic rather than repeat customers, but that should never be an excuse for poor service. My husband's fries sat on the pass so long they were cold, so we asked for a fresh, hot order. While waiting, I stood there and watched at least seven orders of fries go out. I asked if I could please have just one order, and was told there were "other customers ahead of me." Cold food, dismissive service, and zero effort to fix a simple mistake. Completely unacceptable. read more

Drove by for something quick. The manager here is amazing. Very friendly and wonderful service! Thank you

I don't stop by Carl's Jr. often, but I've been to this location about three times, and every visit has been great. The workers are incredibly friendly and polite, which is honestly surprising and makes me want to keep coming back. The food is always fast and hot, never cold. I can honestly say this is the best Carl's Jr. I've been to, all thanks to their excellent service. Highly recommend! read more

Service is Exceptional. Who'd of thought it'd be this good at a fast food restaurant? I know I didn't, Gurpaul T!!!! Best time date.

Wow it's been awhile since I've had Carl's Jr. I have been missing out. This fast food spot is 2nd to only in-n-out with quality burgers. They truly hit the spot especially when you are on the road. While other fast food places have had massive price increases, carls has also stayed about the same. I love dipping their big double cheeseburgers in the Buffalo sauce as well to add a little spice. Damn good burgers. read more

Dropped by as a quick eat. Manager Carlos and staff were super friendly! Both had a very positive and friendly demeanor . Carlos was so attentive you'd think you passed by a sit down family restaurant instead of a fast food restaurant. Manger Carlos even walked the floor asking clients if everything was ok and they needed more condiments. The floor and tables were clean. The music was at a good volume and family friendly. The food was good and warm. Will most definitely come back and eat here for future trips. read more

Great service !!! Came around to ask if we needed anything else after being served our food. Restrooms were clean tables. overall just neat

First time at this location (long time customer of the chain) last week. Good location among many other stores and gas stations for a traveler to stop. My sister and I were the only our way home and a Famous Cheese with fries hit the spot! The interior was mostly clean and in need of a little updating. The walls had some nice local images which was nice. The man (manager?) that took our order and served us was very pleasant. The drive-the was really busy but our order was not delayed in getting to us sitting inside in the nice air conditioning on a very hot day. The burger was tasty as expected even when a it was a little hastily put together. The onion rings and fries were great. read more

Recently in life I have not come to expect a lot from people. Apathetic order takers and bothered staff have worn me down but WOW! What a difference here! The absolute BEST service, friendly staff and super clean establishment. Greeted with a smile and friendly hello. Heard we were going to split a shake for our kids and when we picked up the order he had split it into individual cups for them with their own whipped cream! Honestly this experience has given me new hope I only wish I could have caught his name. Thank you for the great lunch! read more

Seriously the best fast food establishment I have eaten at in a long time. Was greeted when I came in and my order was taken right away by a really great cashier whose name I unfortunately did not get. Dining room was very clean, an employee mopped it two times while my family ate. Restrooms were also very, very clean which is surprising for a restaurant off a busy highway. As we left staffed thanked us for coming. Excellent customer service!! read more

Friendly service and large, clean bathrooms. That was about it as the burgers were subpar even by fast food standards (eg. their "Angus" beef burger was dry to the point it reminded me of jerky). read more

Had a bacon & cheese egg biscuit. It was super salty and left a yucky aftertaste in my mouth.

$16.59 for a medium 5 piece chicken strips. Overcooked, basically chicken jerky. Only give you one ranch and 3 packets if ketchup.
