Spent 5 dollars for small cup of iced vanilla coffee. Still waited after 10 minutes . Coffee wasn't good.

First thing I notice, no "value menu", bummer! Next thing I notice, the prices, like a restaurant in any airport, are higher then you'd expect. Captive audience, right? Screw it, I'm here so I might as well get some grub for the road (they know they gotcha!). I see something "new", the Philly Italian Chicken sandwich ($4.82 w/tax). Hmm, OK I try that! Now I have to say this Burger King was not exactly "hoppin". The two young guys working there were almost fighting over who got to take my order, LOL. I then watched guy #2 as he put my sandwich together, while asking guy #1 "what do I do next". They hand me my food, I get in my truck and back on the road. I unwrap and start eating. The taste is OK with peppers and cheese-whiz, or whatever liquid cheesy type stuff they put on it, however, it's practically cold! OK to be far it's luke warm, even though he put it in the microwave for a short time, it was NOT hot enough! Overall: If you are here and you're starving, I'm sure it will be fine. But hopefully they'll get it right the next time. read more

For a Burger King I was pretty disappointed. The place is inside a T/A Truckstop. It was pretty dirty in the dining area. They did not honor the promotions that corp advertises in their ads. Service was slow based on the number of customers and the fries were cold when we did get them. I would choose another place next time. Could have been a lot better! read more

I know, what is a foodie doing at BK?! The only reason I went to BK was because I was on a road trip up North. I heard they now make VEGGIE BURGERS- that only took them like 60 years! It was delicious (they use Morning Star patties) and it was nice to be able to stop where MEAT eaters frequent and get something for myself! But yeah...I am NOT a fast food person! Fast friendly service, restaurant was clean. Bonus I noticed strips of below windows with about 2 outlets per table for recharging phones, or other electronic devices. Always helpful! read more

Burgers almost twice as expensive as usual and cold as a bonus. Guess there was a reason there was no one in the drive-thru. No advertised shakes on hand. We love Whopper Juniors, but these were not up to snuff. Mildly rude folks running drive thru. Coming close to closing time. All we needed was two cups of water and they refused us told us, the registers were down. That's just lazy. And the rude lady threw her hands in the air as if she was pissed off like WE did something wrong. I get it it's late. No one wants to be out at midnight, but YOU signed into the company, and YOU agreed to work late shifts. We didn't ask for any food. We needed two measly cups of water. Shameful. read more

Drive thru order, with very bad service!! With the exception of tony, he was initially taking our order and was very nice, but another employee on the headset interrupted him and started asking us what we wanted, rushing us and talking over us. Located among other fast food companies in a mall like scenario, except it's at a gas station on the 5. Not that I'm complaining too much. It certainly gets the job done quickly and gets you back on the road as soon as possible. I hadn't had Burger King in a very long while and I remember why now. Sitting there, eating mediocre food lighted by depressing fluorescent lighting can be kind of a downer. Get in, and get on your way! read more

Stopped here during a drive from LA to SF. Ordered french fries and requested them fresh and hot. On the outside they were fresh and hot but on the inside they were freezer burned and dry and powdery. Absolute garbage. Why oh why would you serve old freezer burned french fries to customers!? read more

I can't believe the cashier working there at 8:05 on 9/17/16 screwed up my order. He was a gentleman that did not know what he was doing. I told him sausage croissant 3 times. As he's charging my CC, I asked him if he got my order correctly since he kept saying sausage biscuit. For some reason, the receipt says Maria but it was definitely a gentleman that rung up my order. I should have checked my order when I was there. And of course there isn't a number on the dang receipt. Please check your order when you are there! read more

I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged! They had cars backed up waiting for food in the parking lot with only three people working. A couple was also at the counter waiting for a chicken sandwich they had been shorted in the drive thru. Horribly managed, worst customer service. Hire more people!!!!! read more
