Customer Service SUCKS. As soon as my order was going to be taken, the worker made a grotesque face and rolled her eyes asking "what do you want" and then I proceeded to order. We got our order, ate, and had leftovers so I went to go ask for a small bag and she sighed, rolled her eyes again and made a "what the heck" hand signal. If asking for a small bag is such a problem you guys are better off going to a better location. The girl had red hair and was very rude. Trust. read more

I personally thought Jack N the Box was 24hr inside and out. Although I decided to go through drive through and it took longer than ONE HOUR to get to my food. I tried to go inside and the response I got was "we are only taking drive through". This service SUCKS! I never leave reviews until of was this bad. read more

We stopped by here on our way back home. It's no where near our house but I'm glad we stopped. Emma and another young lady were working and they were both so polite. Our order was fresh and hot and bagged to make it easier for me to verify the order. If we ever come back this way we will be stopping by here. Thank you foe the great service!!!!! read more

There jack in the box drive thru service sucks they should really think about who they are putting to take drive through orders. 08/15/20 @11:45am. It was a lady and she did not understand nothing I was telling her and told me they could not do order combos in small. I've been there before and I'm sure they can. Bad Experience in drive through. Didn't get order right. Forgot to give me large fries that I asked for on the side.

This is a great choice to go have lunch with friends, but with my experiences going there they always seem to forget about the ingredients in my food. For example my burger was a bbq bacon double cheese burger & once i got home and opened up my burger there was no bacon.... One of my friends ordered curly fries and they ended up giving him regular fries instead. This happened about 3 times in our lunches there. Other times service is slow & they're drinks are sour. I hope we can improve this place for the better good of lamont . read more
