The night shift on March 12, 6:30 pm did a horrible job on my sandwich! My husband went to this location, where we have gotten lunch on many occasions, to get me a Cali club. I wanted extra lettuce, tomatoes, spinach and cucumber, I did not get. There was no Swiss cheese , no bacon and no avocado put on like was advertised. The multigrain bread was very hard and stale. Gobs of mayo leaking. The whole sandwich was a mess. I was tired after working all day or I would have taken it back and asked for a refund! Who is the manager! Who is the manager! The owner of this store is a crook. Don't spend your hard earned dollars here. They are listed on the app as a participating location for the BOGO but once you order and pay- this store will cancel the order . Instead of them picking up the phone to contact the consumer to let them know the manager won't honor the deal , they will allow you to drive to the store just to give ya the news there. I have not been to this Subway for a while, but I was pleasantly surprised! This Subway it was so clean and I had the best help from Desirey. She had the best customer service so very helpful with a smile she helped me and my fiancé with the new menu and ordering on the app. we were pleasantly surprised, and she was helped by Juliana I highly recommend this tester store with fresh cut meats. We were so pleased this is when we leave with a smile after tipping over 20% she was grateful and made my day not everybody is happy at their job. I have visited at least 5 different Subway's in San Diego County in the past year and this one is by far my favorite! I feel the sandwiches are prepared much better than most of the other locations. Horrible i will never even eat at another subway again. Whoever owns this store is a cheap skate. Went in with a normal coupon I have always used at other stores for a foot log deal that came in the mail. Asked for a chicken bacon ranch and when I was gonna pay i presented the coupon and the lady said the owner would not except it for this sandwich. I asked are you sure it's normal and she replied other stores do but he doesn't. So Instead of 9 dollars she wanted 15$. My family and I were going to a sporting event and wanted to pick up sandwiches to take with us. I received an email from Subway with a promotional code for buy one get one free. I ordered it on the Subway app and entered my code and my card was charged. I received a confirmation email that it was ready for pick up. I arrived there and gave them my name. The employees told me that they did not make my sandwiches because they will not honor the BOGO. I let them know that my order was placed with THEIR code and that their store was listed as a participating store. She told me she will make the sandwiches, but will charge me for 2 (I had ordered 4 on the app). She called the owner and came back to me and said the owner confirmed they will not honor the coupon. I said I wanted my money back and the employee said I would get it next week as this was a Sunday. She gave me the number of the owner and I called him while at the store. He was super rude and said that Subway forces him to participate in their promotion and he refuses to honor it. I let him know that it is not my fault that they advertise it and I did everything correct on my end and he needs to honor my original order. He said it is the "principle" and will not do it. He told me I would have my money back in the morning. I have checked my bank account and NO money has been refunded to me. Please do NOT order from this location! The owner is a crook and has no customer service skills. He has NO business owning any franchise if he can't follow their guidelines. His employees are not any better! I have everything documented with receipts and emails from Subway. I will not stop here with this review and will be blasting this all over social media plus filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

I've gone to this location before, but this is almost extra sad....I placed a doordash order in the morning for a later delivery, plenty time ahead, no excuses. This Subway went ahead and cancelled my lunch order for no apparent reason. I have done many orders with doordash and other places, but this is the very first time that I've had an order cancelled for no reason. While we had some incredible experiences here in the past, our most recent visit was horrible, the employee name Desiree was very rude and she seemed to be irritated before we even ordered our food. Came here last Wednesday night and ordered a 6in sub and a drink. I was greeted right away and there was one customer ahead of me. I noticed right away the employee (forgot her name) was very courteous and attentive. She finished with that customer and asked what I would like. Im pretty picky when it comes to my sandwich, and was very pleased with how patient she was with me. You really dont see that with a lot of Subway restaurants. I ordered my 6in sub and a small drink and ate it there. As I watched the two employee's interaction with continuing customers, I was pleasantly suprised to watched the consistency of amazing customer service they were providing. I got a Turkey Sub here that was absolutely delicious and the workers were very professional . I got home to my house miles away and was panic stricken because I had left my wallet and it was full of cash(hundreds of dollars) in this place .I drove back over and was in shock when the girl put it aside in safe keeeping and not a nickel was missing from the place.It was amazed at there honest as they could of easily stolen all the money and lied.Thank you Subway. Okay after a failed attempt at another Subway to get lunch for a family of five we were able to be helped at this location. We tried to pay for our $45 lunch with $100 bill at another location and were asked to get change someplace else. We came here and were helped here and they even had ripe avocados! I know who would have thought? The manage helped us and was very friendly as were her staff. She even took the time to label each of our sandwiches. She is doing a great job & I hope she continues to do so. My faith in Subway has been restored. read more

The sandwich was good but the customer service needs a lot of work. It turned out that I didn't complete my order on the app which was no big deal to me, it really doesn't take that long to make a sandwich so I did not have a problem waiting, but the ladies behind the counter proceeded to explain the app in a rude way for like 5 minutes as if I was a child that made some huge mistake. Overreact much?! After asking them what the big deal was they finally stopped talking about it but at that point I wanted to just leave the store without the food. Never going back to that location. Not really a Subway fan, but the grandkids were hungry and they wanted Subways. Long line but moved quickly...I get to the front and manager Desiree announces that their computer was down and they would only accept cash. A few people left, and I walked 50 yards to an ATM...got the cash, got back in line and ordered. When I got to the register to pay, Desiree apologized for the inconvenience. Yum. They really have this down pat. You get excellent service and excellent food in such a fast and convenient way. I'm really impressed by the training the employees get at this location. I couldn't get better service at some fancy sit-down place. They also take the time to make sure they always have the bread I really like - 9-grain oat, that a lot of other subways seem to run out of by late afternoon. Even during rush hours, this is one of the most efficient Subways I've ever been to. Kudos to the proprietor! read more
