I went here on 4/20/25 at 1pm (there was only one employee present) and paid $14.29 for a foot long roast beef that has 4 full slices of roast beef. I called and asked if this was policy. She said there were 8 slices but stacked, which is not true. RIP OFF!!! My other photo shows the amount of pickles and black olives I received when I selected the "more" option. 11/9/25 around 4pm i purchased a 6-inch sandwich. i was in a hurry and employee (only 1 working) knew that. charged me $15.04. i asked for the receipt (he tossed it in the trash immediately) he looked confused when i asked. i then said, "it's in the trash should be right on top". he took out 3 different receipts, he then said "sorry i can't find it" again knew i was in a hurry. i then left the store. will be stopping this transaction thru my bank, calling the manager of that store. i live 18 miles away or would be driving out to talk to manager. watch what they charge you. these kids play dumb all the while probably ripping off the store.. SO, I just called the store the manager was very nice and explained that they are not going to be carrying the flatbread (which is what I wanted but didn't get) they are now switching to the wraps and they WILL BE THAT PRICE FOR A 6 INCH. The young lady working the day I visited made one very good rotisserie chicken spinach wrap. It's funny, because they call their rotisserie chicken, rotisserie chicken type, probably because it's not coming off the rotisserie on the premise, I would of assume. Anyways the wrap came on a spinach wrap with pretty much all the fixing, except pepperoncinis. It was chicken, lettuce, spinach, onions, tomatoes, provolone cheese, pickles, and only oil and vinegar. It was one hefty wrap and it tasted quite good. It was probably one of the best things I have eaten at Subway in a long time. The chicken was warmed so it was tender and had a good moisture level. Tasty healthy wrap and friendly service, but of of course I am a fan of this particular location. read more

Hate to post over a fast food place but just posting so someone in charge sees it since apparently no one there is. My fiancé went to get a sandwich, he got yelled at for grabbing two cups when he was charged for two drinks, was given the sandwich and left. When I bit into it, it tasted really off and I realized they put TUNA instead of TURKEY. Two very very different things, and I am thankful I'm not allergic to fish. He took it back and they said they didn't have a manager to give him a refund. They took the sandwich back but gave him no money or gift card or anything. They said he had to go back tomorrow to get one. Ridiculous. P.S. They did offer to remake the sandwich, however, after biting into tuna instead of turkey I just lost my appetite and didn't really trust there to not be another mistake after such a big one. read more

I spoke to the manager about his store. I thought the young man I was speaking with, as ordering my sandwich, was the owner and was perplexed when he told me he was the manager. The pride and work ethic this young man has is one of pride of ownership. I explained to him that I pass 3 or more Subways in my neghibor hood to come to his store. This store is very clean, the counter where the food is prepared is always spotless as it is behind the scene. This young man brings back the term Sandwich artist of old. Whomever owns this store is very lucky to have this young man running his store. He is an asset to your operation and I am sure your sales and profits for this location show this young mans pride and work ethic. This Gentleman should be helped or funded so he could have his own store and be a operator for Subway. read more

Today I ordered a spinach wrap and asked for it to be heated. By the time I got home my food was soggy and the wrap was melted to the paper. I returned to the store and waited over 15 minutes just to get a refund. Also the people working one had no mask and the other had no gloves when handling food. read more

Horrible! They refused to honor the online deals that they have. Online says that they are a participating location. They canceled order twice before letting me know why. They said that "We dont honor online coupons" even though online they clearly do. Staff was rude and gave me dirty looks. They made me wait before saying anything about the order being canceled. My husband , who is disbled in a power wheelchair in order to shop, went to this subway which we've gone to for many years. We've noticed recently that the quality has gone downhill! He ordered meatball sandwich and chicken teriyaki. Brought it home for late lunch. So I unwrapped the soggy paper meatball one, (his sandwich) the bread was burnt black around the side part of the bread, all around! The inside of the sanwhich was a mess! My sanwhich, was a bit better, but had few burnt areas. The inside of the sandwiches were skimpy on ingredients, and messy! This is terrible serving customers food like this then charging $22.00 for it! Seems the employees need more training or get new people that know what they are doing! I feel bad for leaving a 1 star review because one employee deserves 5 stars but the employee that finished my sandwich was exceptionally rude. I only get two veggies on my sandwich, one of them being spinach which I like a lot of because it pretty much makes my sandwich... this person put the littlest amount of spinach on and said that was all I could have. As far as I remember the veggies are free and meaning as all I ask for are spinach and banana peppers I figure asking for extra spinach shouldn't be a problem. I've never been told I can't have more. I also like the garlic aioli...I was told they have none. Thankfully the other employee got me some. On top of that the mayo and mustard was just splattered all over the middle of the sandwich. I've been to a lot of Subways in my time and this one rates right at the top if not the top. You go in and the staff is very friendly and eager to help you. They make the extra effort to make sure you get what you want on your sandwich. I've stopped there a couple of times in the last two weeks because I have some property in El Cajon, and each time the store never fails to deliver on their food. The vegtables are fresh and the store is very clean. Its in a little strip mall on the corner of chase and Avocado. Have been going to this Subway location for years, but will no longer buy from there again. We like Subway because its a quick easy dinner after long day at work. Last night I arrived and was greeted rudely ,they were out of my favorite bread, I asked if they were going to bake more and the guy said "come in earlier if you want it , it's very popular!" I asked his name, wouldn't tell me, asked to speak with manager, co-worker standing right there claimed to be him, I asked him also his name wouldn't provide it either. Right! UPDATE: I didn't have extra time to drive to another location and wanted a sandwich. Jackie helped us and WOW! Our sandwiches were made perfectly. There was no need to ask for anything extra, she offered! She was friendly, really seemed to want to be there. That's good customer service. Always had a smile. If Jackie is there I will return. How can subway mess up a sandwich? Easy, go to this location and see. We have been going here for 17 years. Over time the staff is getting worse and worse. Felt very disrespected when I went in there today. There was only girl in the front with silver hair and I was the only customer in there. She didn't acknowledge me when I walked in and waited at the front for about 7 minutes. She didn't ask me what I wanted to order that entire time. She was making sandwiches for an online order but didn't seem to care that there was customer in the front waiting. She stood around waiting for the sandwich to finish in the toaster without saying a word to me. I was in a rush and was very disappointed. I left without buying anything and my time was wasted. I go to the subway all the time because the service is so great. I look forward to seeing Chad and Jennifer, I met Chad about five months ago, I came in and I had been having a bad day, and his upbeat attitude helped turn that around for me, Then just recently I had met Jennifer about the last four times I came in and she is just as upbeat as Chad they bring so much happiness and joy to the world you are very blessed to have such loving compassionate workers, because of these two I will constantly be going back to the subway. This was absolutely the nicest subway I've ever been in. I thought the vegetable area was beautiful. Everything was cut and organized. Trays were full. It was clean and very fresh. I was there during lunch on a Saturday. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and had top notch service.
