I thought I would be able to eat the 12 wing order by myself, but I could only finish 8. I ordered a small carrot stick side w blue cheese and a 6 pk of breadsticks. These breadsticks are the absolute BEST ever from anywhere. They always have been. I had forgotten how good they are. They beat Olive Garden by a mile. Soft and buttery. All my food arrived warm. I ordered garlic parm wings and I wanted to try the lemon pepper sauce and sweet chili sauce - .75 cents each. I was very happy w everything. My order came to $31 and some change. So stupid, I've picked the fry option a few times and never get them, but finally called in and found out it's an Uber option but the store can't fulfill it due to their set up. I've been to plenty of epic wings aka the original" wings n things " this has been by far my favorite location. This is my sons and i go to location. The service is always amazing, the employees are always generous, kind, and check in on their guest. and when my son ask for something they treat him as a guest and not just a lil kid. which in truly appreciate since we usually dine in. but there is a couple times ive door dash my orders when we don't want to get out the house and i can say they go above and beyond accommodating my special request. The chicken strips were nothing special - tasted like Costco bulk strips we could have made at home. The puddle of sauce was merely hot not tasty - anyone can pour a glob of hot sauce on a plate - I expected something that didn't taste like it came from a drive thru packet. Epic is a good, tried and true wings joint. They are always ready get you whatever you want and have it ready a decent time. (Excluding holidays of course) love the bread sticks. In my opinion everyone copied those beautiful doughy garlic bread sticks. Maybe olive garden put on the streets first, but bread sticks and wings are a match made in heaven.. if I eat breadsticks at olive garden I don't eat my ontray. At EW , I balance the two. Trash!!!!!!! I spent $45 on strips and 6 bone in wings and a drink through delivery. I got my meals with no drink. My 6 wings were burnt, dry and over cooked to the point where the meat was drawn up and the bone was exposed on a few pieces. I called to complain and the manager said come in we will remake them! Well I took pictures of the wings before I gave them back to make sure they didn't try to re-drop the same ones. They did just what I thought and it was the same wings. So I went back in and talked to manager. Her exact words were This is how our wings look usually they just looked the same. Then I brought the pictures up and showed her that I know these are the same wings. The first picture is the remade wings supposedly that I got that they tried to trick someone which they were super watery than what they used to be. So it's no telling what they did to them!!!! I told him I placed the order with a women with that name . He simply turned around and asked the cooks if there's an Ashely that works there . Someone said yes she's here . Then he tells me she's cleaning the bathroom. I nicely asked if he can get her to come out so I could thank her in person . This gentleman brushed me off , chuckled & said no, there's nothing I can do since she's cleaning in the bathroom. At this point I was not getting the same service I got over the phone . Didn't understand what was so funny about that . As I was leaving , I saw a girl sitting outside in a uniform. I came up to her apologized for interrupting a conversation she was having with a customer and asked if she can pass out the shout out . She smiled and said thank you I am Ashley , and that we made her night . Overall , we didn't appreciate being lied to when asking for a specific person . Want to mention is that the delivery service sucks Uber eats Instacart. All them BS programs are horrible. They don't do backgrounds on any of the drivers and the integrity of most of them are zero.
