Came into Crafted Greens for the first time and wasn't totally sure what to expect, but it ended up being such a great experience. It's a walk-up, order and pay first kind of place, then you grab a seat, which was super easy and casual. The person taking my order was incredibly nice and patient while I figured everything out. Honestly, all the food I saw coming out looked amazing, which made it even harder to choose. They have plenty of seating both inside and outside, including a really nice covered patio, which I loved. The service really stood out to me. Even though you order up front, the servers were very attentive and came by multiple times to check on us and offer drink refills, which you don't always get in this type of setup. I ordered the steak plate with mushrooms and mashed potatoes, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The mushrooms were especially good. The only small thing was I wish the food had been a little hotter when it came out, but the taste definitely made up for it. My only other note is I wish they had unflavored iced tea. All the options were flavored, and since I'm not a soda drinker, that would've been nice to have. Overall, such a great first visit. Great food, great service, and a really comfortable atmosphere. I have been coming here for the past few years and today I conducted business at UPS store near Crafted Greens and decided to go get a late lunch. Parking wasn't bad today. I was able to get a parking spot right in front. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by 2-3 staff. There was no line and I placed my order of the Tuscan Salmon sandwich, chips and carrot cake. I always add white cheddar and request that my salmon be prepared well done. I love that the food here is cooked to order! I went and sat down waiting for my order and decided to look at the loads of food that has been precooked but once you order it it reheated on the flat grill. I've enjoyed their food due to the mass variety of healthy fixings. We're greeted as soon as we walked in the door. A young lady behind the register was very informative and helpful with the recommendation. I liked this chilled vibes atmosphere inside and outside dining. We tried a few different dishes and sides. We enjoyed our food and received great service. What I really like about this place is the quality of the food. The greens are organic, they cook with olive oil and avocado oil and the food is very good. The serving sizes are generous. Burger was great, salad and the sautéed mushrooms all very tasty. Although the flavor of the food here isn't out of this world, I rate it a 4 b/c you can make some pretty healthy options and plenty of it. The staff were really kind and quick for service. Wow what a great experience. We came here for lunch as a family of four with two kids. The portions were large, fresh food, great quality and healthy. To top it off, service was phenomenal and not at all expected. They offered to refill our drinks, picked up our plates and even offered a free cookie to the kids when we were about to leave. Crafted Greens is a great healthy American food restaurant with many different options to choose from. I found this place on the Yelp Top 100 list and knew I had to try it. When you walk in you can see the food being freshly made in front of you. There are a variety of options including salads, flatbreads, sandwiches, and plates. It is pretty similar to restaurants like TenderGreens and Lemonade but I like this place much better. Its more of a fast casual than a sit-down. You order upfront and they bring the food out to you. The workers are nice and helpful. I ended up getting the salmon plate with roasted potatoes and Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were roasted well with a nice balsamic vinaigrette over it which was tasty. Potatoes were well seasoned and enjoyable. The highlight for me has to be the salmon. The flavor was great but the texture was out of this world. It has an amazing crust on both sides but was still nice and soft in the middle. It even had a nice crunch to it. There are way too many things on the menu that I need to come back for and try and I'm excited to see what else they have! Parking in this plaza was not a good time. This place is legit - It's no surprise to me that they made Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat in the US list (which is how I came across them). Quality ingredients, wide menu selection, and fair prices. Just overall solid, healthy food choices. I have dined in, ordered take out, and even catered for large groups a couple of times & the staff is consistently timely and friendly. I've tried many items on the menu but always seem to come back to their steak plate with various sides. You really can't go wrong in my opinion. The food is on the pricier side but most of it was really good. Our food came out quickly so we hardly spent any time waiting. I got the chimichurri steak sandwich w/avocado and it came with their house made chips. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and the steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The chips had a good crunch to them but not much flavor, although i'm never a big fan of these chips no matter where I get them from. My caesar salad was yummy though and the croutons tasted house made. I also really appreciated how many flavors of Olipop they had available, as someone who's trying to cut back on regular soda. The food is excellent and the ambience is that of a small restaurant. The girl that brought our food to us when it was ready was very upbeat very pleasant and a very sweet girl. We got the food home. It was still hot. It was excellent tasting. The chips are always fresh crispy my cheeseburger like I said was very hot still. My wife's turkey sandwich was fresh and we loved both our meals. Came here on a Saturday at open. There were a lot of employees inside and all seemed to be friendly and helpful. I decided to get the steak plate (medium rare) with mashed potatoes and balsamic Brussels sprouts and a bowl of tomato basil soup. My boyfriend got the spicy Asian salad with steak, his cousin got the chimichurri steak sandwich, and his sister got the chicken plate with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Really big portions! Great deal for the price. The steak was really tender and yummy. The mashed potatoes were super creamy and the Brussels sprouts were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and sweet and savory all around. The soup was alright, not very strong tomato flavor but good enough. I wouldn't get it again but their soup of the day sounded good. We sat outside and were checked on occasionally even though you sit yourself. This is a great spot for a quick, healthy-ish, and easy lunch!
