I have not been to Texas Roadhouse in a very long time. We decided to come here for dinner, on a Friday night! Wait time was 45 minutes we did not mind waiting. We sat at the bar area . Only bad thing was they had other tables with kids at the bar area. We had garden salad , shrimp , chicken &steak with sweet potato. Great portions and price ! Drinks were good. Super welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment we sat down to the moment we left. She was attentive the entire time without being overbearing, and every recommendation she gave us? Been here twice! First time got the Country Fried Steak dish which was a lil too salty in my opinion. I remember wanting to like that, and as of this recent trip: ordered the Fillet Medallion (medium-style). The online waitlist helps soooo much so that we dont have to wait at the restaurant for over an hour as the wait could become that long for Texas Roadhouse. We recieved a text message when they were ready for us to check in at the front and from there they put you on a number and you wait for your hostess to see you to your table with your first basket of bread and cinnamon butter. The bread and cinnamon butter are unlimited and they are so addicting. The wait staff at this location are always super nice. And while waiting I always enjoy looking around at the cowboy in Texas themed lights and artwork. My favorite sides is usually the chili and the butter corn. The steak has been a mix so far. I usually order a medium rare and last time it was a little bit overcooked cell but this time they did the medium rare perfectly. I also tried the country Fried steak which was delicious but I will warn that it's a little bit on the too salty side so I was only able to eat half. I don't know if this is a consistent flavoring or just this one time. The chili is delicious and the reason why I made the comment about the salt for the country fried steak is because one time the chili was a bit on the salty side but this time was perfect. I also want to highlight how genuinely the staff wants to make your experience good at the restaurant. This last visit they didn't have a certain cut of steak but he was ready to offer other options. My daughter treated me to an early dinner. This is her first time here. I had been to Texas Road house before but in the East Coast. When we arrived, it was quite busy but got seated quickly and ordered our food. Our waiter was Ballerina, she is the sweetest!!! She's very nice, attentive and has great customer service etiquette. They have early diner specials! It is from Monday through Thursday 3pm to 5pm, Friday 11am to 5pm. $14.99 for selected entree with two sides. They also have a special on Wild West Wednesdays $17.99 for 8oz sirloin steak with two sides. We ended up getting the $14.99 deal. We choose the 6oz sirloin steak (medium) with two sides. We had the mash potatoes and green beans. They were soooo good! Great flavor and came out piping hot! The steak was cooked perfectly. We also had unsweetened tea and water; their water was so refreshing. It does not taste like tap water lol. I like that they chilled their glasses, definitely helps on a hot day! Ballerina gave us some rolls and peanuts to go. She's so precious. Plenty of parking, located in the same lot as Parkway Plaza, Aldi and Bestbuy. Lots of tables and seats. Family friendly restaurant. We beat the dinner rush by coming early but by the time we were ready to leave, around 6 it was pretty busy. Place was clean. We sat at the bar and to my surprise they had early dinner specials. Yay! We had the chicken Cesar's salad, fries and the steak with sweet potato. Drinks were good. It was pretty good but could have used a bit more dressing. Finally got to try this place out! I came with my family on a Sunday after shopping at the mall. We were lucky to get a good parking spot. Lucky again for no wait time. This restaurant is pretty big! I ended up liking the traditional beef gravy. My man got the dinner plate that had a steak, ribs, and he chose Mac and cheese for his side. This is the first time I didn't try any of his food so can't rate it. I was definitely getting stuffed. We both got fruit flavored lemonades and he also was ready with the next cup before we ran out. Overall, I really enjoyed this location. The manager I believe, also came and provided us a ticket for a free appetizer at our next visit because it was our first times not sure if they generally do that or if they really intended to make me have a better experience. Once seated by the host, you get a round of the most delicious & fluffy rolls with their special honey butter. Luckily, it's unlimited! Had a gals night out at Texas Roadhouse. We came early to avoid the long wait times. We weren't disappointed. We took advantage of the early bird specials and were seated within 10 minutes of arriving. The wait staff were great, food was good and the unlimited rolls were amazing. We got to witness someone celebrating their birthday which is always fun to watch. Seeing people waving their napkin in the air while riding a sawhorse. . The atmosphere is casual, a little loud which drowns out other peoples conversations. Great place for family gatherings and is affordable. I had the 6 oz sirloin with baked potato and a Caesar salad. I really don't write reviews very often, but after my experience last week, I honestly had to leave one! Our server Sarah was hands down the best server I've ever had at any restaurant. From the moment we sat down, Sarah immediately made our whole table feel like regulars. She really knew the whole menu inside and out! (and also made the most spot on recommendations, p.s. the t bone was absolutely incredible, just like she promised), I'm always hesitant to eat out with my family since my son has food allergies, so at one point, our order got a little complicated, but Sarah handled it without missing a beat! Not a single thing came out wrong. She even remembered that I asked for extra sauce without me having to ask twice! Most of the negative reviews that have it a second chance were impressed in the second time around. Me and my kids come here 2x/month because they absolutely love the food, once I found out you can check in through the app/website I was sold haha. This place is amazing! Texas roadhouse for my birthday dinner. Usually, I have the prime rib, it's excellent here, but I wanted to try something different tonight, so I got the combo with a ribeye and ribs. Beef ribs aren't my favorite, but I figured I'd try some of these. I ordered my steak with some mushrooms and blue cheese crumbles on top. Everything was delicious. The ribs were OK, they could use a little more sauce than my opinion, they're not quite as tasty as baby backs., But pork ribs are my favorites. These were fall off the bone tender. He had some shiner buck this time so I had myself a nice Texas Beer. Usually, I only drink Shiner Bock and Corona, everything turned out great, the ribeye was superb and cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed the bread and our steaks. The porterhouse t-bone was surprisingly flavorful and tender for the price, plus I loved the variety of side options. The reason for the 3 star review was the bathroom. There must have been a chemical spill or something in the women's room, because the fumes were so strong that I genuinely couldn't breathe and I instantly got a headache. An issue like that is extremely dangerous, and could trigger an asthma attack or worse. Either the staff need to be more aware of the situation, or the bathrooms are in desperate need of better ventilation. However, I greatly appreciate the hostess's quick response when I notified her of the situation. Overall, the experience was nice, thanks to our server and the food. read more

The last four times I've gone, they've run out before 8pm. That's frustrating when that's specifically what you came for. It feels like something that should be planned better, especially during peak dinner hours. I've also had a few issues with to-go orders. There have been multiple times where items were missing -- extra sauces I requested weren't included, and once I ordered five entrées but only received four pieces of bread, so not everyone got one. She was very attentive on spot on with the spacing of our meal, salad first and then our meal. I ordered a 6oz. Filet rare, and it was superb. You really didn't need a knife to cut it. We were taken to a comfy booth and explained how everything worked, the menu, and some recommendations. The fried pickle chips were one of our server's favorites and has now become one of ours! Okay. Man this seems to happen to us more than I would think is usual but it is what it is. We ordered ribeye and. Filet. Both med rare. The ribeye came out rare side of medium rare and the filet was rare, rare...like cool in the center. It took us a few minutes to find our server and after we told him a manager. Came out and apologized and asked how it needed to be done. He took the steak back to be cooked a bit more. During this time a very nice lady said was the manager and apologized profusely. She quizzed me on my steak (it was ok) and said they would bring my dining partners steak out in a few. Of course by now the turning of dinner was way off and the vibe was dead. We were about 38 minutes in by now. When his steak came back out it was still on the rare side but seemed edible. Two bites in, though, and they said, "It tastes boiled." I had a small bite and it was virtually tasteless and there was no sear on the filet at all. One more bite in and my dinnng partner gave up. It was just not going to work. The odd thing is they the manager predicted this exact scenario. She was very nice and she did take $15 off the bill. Service recovery was five star. Food was 2-star at best maybe less. Ordered the 16 oz prime rib medium rare and received a rare or almost raw cap on the prime rib. Sent it back for the correct temperature and they brought back the same steak and just ran it through. Au jus and threw it on their salamander to cook a little longer... The steak was and now very salty and still poorly cooked and not tender due to the high temperature of the salamander... I brought it to the managers attention and he brought me out another piece of prime rib that they put on the salamander again which made it over cooked and tough....I paid the bill and left the meal on the table. Came in this evening about 7pm to celebrate my bday with a nice steak. I've come here numerous times in the past and the food is always on point as well as the service. Tonight's experience was definitely worthy of praise. Kay was our server tonight and she was super polite, very helpful and patient as we had a little girl debating what she wanted. We ordered her Mac and cheese and a hot dog and were told it would be our first, for whatever reason it wasn't and we were ok with it....wasn't anything that bothered the evening at all as my daughter was watching videos on my phone to distract her. Kay apologized for her food not coming out and we said it was ok and after checking on us again to make sure we didn't need anything she mentioned her manager had taken it off the check which was way more than we had expected. Manager Carrie came by to speak to us and apologize for the late food and we talked about our daughters going back to school and her children's experiences in school, made us feel like more than "just a customer" the service and hospitality given to us tonight by both Kay and Carrie were on another level.
