This Subway restaurant took the place of a Fazoli's restaurant and I couldn't be more happy about this change. I love eating at Subway because it's quick and a healthy choice if you're in a hurry (unlike Fazoli's). This restaurant is located on a prime location near a shopping strip and highway 270. It's easy to get to it no matter which direction you're coming from and it has plenty of parking available. The restaurant itself is larger than the average Subway restaurant. The restaurant has tons of indoor and outdoor sitting. Inside they have a neat sitting area centered around a fire place which I had never seen before in a Subway restaurant. They also offer outdoor seating that is located both in the front and back of the restaurant. If you like eating outside I would suggest the back side where you will find more privacy and less street noise. Overall, this new Subway is great by all standards as far as Subway restaurants go. It looked clean and the staff was friendly. I see myself stopping here regularly. In my opinion there can never be too many Subway restaurants in the world. Enjoy!!

They don't except coupons in this location they should have a sign. Also the lady kept wiping her nose with the plastic glove on the cuff.

Or I've just been lucky. I did not expect to give this five stars, or to enjoy it quite as much as I did. I mean, it's a sandwich shop. Grinders used to be scattered around Columbus, and this might be the only one left. I used to go to the one by me all the time. This happened to be nearby today, and so I stopped in out of nostalgia. And it was pretty much what I remember. But a peak experience. Service was great, fast and friendly. The menu is pretty much the same as it always was. Lobster bisque was one of the soups of the day and I didn't expect it to be great quality, but it sounded good, and I got my usual club sub. Soup and drink, and bread for the soup (you could choose crackers) were up almost immediately. Sandwich took about 10 minutes, but that's of course because it's being toasted. The soup was fine, nothing special, strong sherry odor, lots of tiny bits of lobster. Pleasant enough, and served with a chunk of good bread. And they serve it piping hot in its own little crock with a metal spoon. Don't throw those in the trash. The sandwich was as good as I remember, maybe better. Good bread, loads of meat, tomatoes, and a honey mustard spread. I got a 6 inch and it seemed longer than that, although maybe my estimation skills are off... It was very tasty. Held together pretty well. I was stuffed. They have lots of salads, that is, pasta salad or potato salad, etc. They are always good, but I didn't have any room with the soup. The place was clean, it was steady at 1 PM but not packed. Plenty of parking in the big mall lot. I really enjoyed it. And as far as sandwich shops go, this is about as good as it gets.

It is obviously so well run and it seems to have 8 amazing 19 year olds doing so. Truly impressive every time I come, which is getting oftener.

They were decked out for Halloween and decorated on a whole other level than any other place (other than a haunted house). The service was okay. The guy at the front desk was friendly, but seemed to not provide direction. I had to ask if we could sit down or if it was a takeout restaurant only. The pizza also took over 30 minutes to prepare which I felt was a long time for two personal pan sized pizzas. The pepperoni was really greasy and something we wouldn't order again. But the grilled chicken was awesome. It was surprisingly flavorful and perfectly cookies, it complemented the white pizza and fresh tomatoes well. I'd definitely go back and order this one again. Overall I'd say the experience was good, but for the price and service I felt more was desired. I wish they were more upfront that it's less of a sit down restaurant and more self-serve type of style.

The inside and outside was filled with customers, some waiting for their order and some waiting to place their order. I had one mission: the cookie milk latte. I saw it online and knew I needed to try it. Housemade sugar cookies steeped in milk and strained, then used in a delicious latte? Sign me up. It took a while for our turn to order, but there was a small sign at the register stating no hot drinks could be made, which was a bummer for my husband because he's a hot drink fanatic. He hastily ordered an ube latte, something I definitely would have ordered if I wasn't getting the cookie milk latte. The shop itself was quite cute, but they aren't kidding about it being a "to go" cafe. There were a few seating options, but we didn't want to take up too much space. They warned us that the wait would be around 30 minutes for our drinks, and we were okay with that- we had already come all this way to try it. I'm not kidding you when I say I downed my cookie milk latte in like 5 minutes. It was beyond delicious. My husband's ube latte wasn't as great. It wasn't super sweet and didn't really have much ube flavor. Overall, I really enjoyed my drink and hope they have more fun specialties like this one!
