I placed an order on the app and let them know I was there for pickup. They immediately began making it and checked in if I needed anything while I waited. Our sandwiches were fresh, made correctly, and tasted good as usual!

I walked into the store expecting my sandwich to at least be started or ready, but instead I stood there watching an entire family walk in, place their orders, and receive their sandwiches before my online order was even made. I genuinely don't understand the point of ordering online if walk-in customers are going to be prioritized anyway. I could've just ordered at the counter and probably gotten my food faster. There was no communication, no explanation, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. If you're going to offer online ordering, actually honor the orders in the order they come in. Extremely frustrating experience and definitely not what I expect from Jersey Mike's.

Most eateries near the courthouse have closed down so Potbelly's was PACKED. It took the better part of my jury duty selection lunch to procure food. Also, I was pretty disappointed to see there was no fountain machine, and all the carbonated drinks were almost $3.50. That's highway robbery in a food dessert, not cool. Otherwise, I placed an order for a pick 2 - I ordered a hammie, no cheese and broccoli cheddar soup, plus purchased an overpriced Coke Zero. The food was prepared quickly by the production line of Potbelly employees, and payment was easy. I sat in the venue to quickly eat before heading back to the courthouse. I was pleased to find relatively clean tables and I used the restroom which was also very clean. I'd eat here again next time I have jury duty selection or serve on a jury. I'd just bring my own drink and try to get to Potbelly's ASAP before the other jurors, lol.

I visit this Five Guys regularly, and this was my first time being helped by Mylai H. She asked all…read morethe required questions and mentioned the promotions, but the overall interaction just felt off. Her tone seemed rushed, and she didn't come across as very friendly or personable. There wasn't anyone else in the restaurant at the time, although I understand there may have been pickup or online orders that needed attention. Even with that in mind, I felt like I was being rushed through the ordering process rather than welcomed as a customer. One of the reasons I keep coming back to this location is because the staff is usually upbeat, engaging, and makes the experience enjoyable, so this visit stood out for the wrong reasons. I'm not saying she was rude, but there was definitely a lack of warmth and customer engagement. My suggestion would be to remind staff that while it's important to ask about add-ons, promotions, and other menu items, the delivery matters just as much. I also don't like when they take your order with gloves on. You have to pay close attention and make sure they change them, which should be a rule. Before you take an order discard gloves. Customers can tell when those questions are being asked because they're part of the job versus when they're being asked with genuine enthusiasm and good customer service. A positive attitude and friendly energy can make a big difference in the overall experience, and unfortunately, that seemed to be missing during this visit.
