Jacky's is always busy, the environment of the this place still same from what I can remember and they still move fast. The space was very clean, no sticky floors, the straws and napkins were stocked. Granted it was almost midnight and there was no one eating at the tables. One more thing to note, there was a diverse staff which always gets points from me. Hispanics, Caucasian, Asian, & African American so it was nice to see. I don't know where the negative reviews come from- I often visit this location but only using the drive thru & my food is always great.
