I like that they keep fresh flowers on the table.The inside is clean but entering chick fila at this location can be tricky. Some sketchy folks outside the entrance can be intimidating. Been there for several times and it was quite a good experience. I always order chicken sandwich and French fries for myself and it always tastes good as hell. Meat is cooked properly and not overcooked or burnt. And I like the way staff treats customers. They're always nice and friendly and can help you with your choice. It didn't take much time to get my order as they were managed to do it very quickly. It's a nice option for everyone looking for something to grab a bite while in the area because their sandwiches are really nice and tasty. And last but not least they strictly follow all quarantine guidelines and recommendations and wear masks and gloves. What's not to love about a good Chick-fil-A sandwich for the hungry college student? Despite my disagreements with their management's beliefs, having discretionary dollars to use on an on-campus eatery really fuels little to no complaints from me. I've never really had Chick-fil-A until they opened on campus and since then, I've had some great meals here. This express location gets the job done. You want a good spicy chicken sandwich or some of their nuggets? You got it. Craving that hardy milkshake? No problem. Personally, I like to dress up my burger and get the Polynesian sauce to dip. You'll love it just the same. The management here is also very nice and bubbly. I've always had good interactions with the workers so props to them for being able to crank out so many orders in such a small amount of time. I didn't see a sign for sauce options and the server named them so quickly that I just picked the last one since that was the only name I caught. Must be a busy location. I got here 10minutes before close and the staff didn't acknowledge me for at least a minute standing in front of the register because they were too busy looking at their phones. This is the worst chick fil a that I have ever been to. I used to live in Atlanta so I have visited a number of them. I usually try to stop by in the morning bc I pass by when I drop my son off at school. Every time that I go my biscuit is hard. On my last visit the biscuit was totally inedible, I had to end up throwing it away. I've learned my lesson and will not be returning. Honestly, I don't know how this Chick-fil-A does it. They always get your order out ASAP despite the obnoxiously long line and pretty much 100% of the time it's correct. Plus, they always give you extra sauce if you ask and they don't get mad about it which is awesome. Very true to the Chick-fil-A brand we all know service is always super important. This location is no difference as they work with intensity to get everyone served while having a pleasant experience. Shout out for my cashier Robyn for giving me such amazing service with a smile. The only downfall is because this is an express location they don't have the option for you to use chick-fil-A rewards or member coupons. I stopped by after dropping off a return at Amazon. I purchased 2 meals, one frozen lemonade and an oreo shake at 12:26 PM. We found a table that was not cleaned very well , wiped it the best we could and started to enjoy our meal while swatting at pesky gnats that were attacking our food. One flew in my frozen lemonade drink that I took three sips of prior to the gnat invasion. I put a paper towel over the top of the container so she could see the gnat and asked her to replace the drink. She advised that she needed to discuss this with her manager who came out and told me that I must have ordered the drink a while ago because it was melting, and she had no control over bugs flying in drinks. I pointed out that we ordered the meal at 12:26, it took time to get it and the gnat invasion occurred at 12:45 at their table! She informed me that the tables do not belong to them and she would not replace the $2.10 drink. I left shaking my head because I had to get back to my car across the street because my meter was going to run out at 12:51. You do the math and decide if I ordered that drink "a while ago". read more

Employees were very friendly and was moving at a great speed even with the line being pretty long. It only took about 10 mins to order and receive the food which is surprising for campus fast food. The food also looks appetizing although the spicy chick Fil a sandwich doesn't look as red as the menu. read more
