Just visited this location after work today. Time was 11:28pm. I went into the lobby because sometimes the drive thru moves a little slow and I was pleasantly surprised. There were a total of 7 people on shift. Two were working the drive thru, one was doing mobile order, one on the fries, 1 on the line, 1 cleaning and 1 manager who come to the front and was also partaking in the cleaning duties. With that many team members, they had the drive thru moving! And mobile orders were being pumped out fast. My order came out in a speedy 5 minutes. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Sandwich and honestly it's super good. It was fresh, hot & my fries were delicious. I also got nuggies cause you know you can't stop at Wendy's and not get nuggies. The space was very clean, no sticky floors, the straws and napkins were stocked. Granted it was almost midnight and there was no one eating at the tables. One more thing to note, there was a diverse staff which always gets points from me. Hispanics, Caucasian, Asian, & African American so it was nice to see. I don't know where the negative reviews come from- I often visit this location but only using the drive thru & my food is always great. Did a mobile order for convenience and when i got to the window the staff told me i had to go back in the line because you can't just drive threw the drive threw an tell them i have an order! On March 27, 2021 went through drive thru. Apparently some confusion since car in front of me cut the line (2 drive thrus) and got in front of us. Wendys hands the guy in front of us our bag of food (since it's in a large white bag) and his normal order. He took off like a bat out of hell. Now it's our turn at the window and the employee says I handed you your mobile order. I turn and look at my wife and look back at the employee and told her I ate it in 5 seconds. Food for 5 people. Told her she Fowler up and handed our mobile takeout order to the speed demon. Had to wait In The handicapped parking for about 15 minutes before they brought out our food. On July 16, 2021 Absolutely the worst service and unprofessional demeanor from a Wendy's staff member. Ordered mobile order and was given the wrong order. Was given wrong food (2nd time this year!!). And then the kicker - I was accused of taking food that wasn't ours???!!! Told 1st employee that we are missing food. Employee tells us to wait in handicap spot. NOTE: I Did not check 1st bag given with the incorrect food The the 2nd Idiot employee comes out and accuses us of taking food. I was perplexed, I did not open every sandwich from 1st bag to see it was not our food. She belittled my kids for realizing that lemonade is yellow and not pink (since they handed us strawberry lemonade and not Pineapple Mango lemonade). Oh yes was scolded and told that mobile orders come in white to-go bags not simply the brown Wendy's bags. AVOID THIS WENDYS AT ALL COSTS!!!!! AVOID THE CHILI. It literally was a crushed hamburger with the same onions. I asked for onion in my chili. Just two days ago - it was the best tasting chili - today it tasted like a crushed hamburger microwaved. I will drive more than 5 miles away to go to the next closest Wendy's since this one is possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. On several occasions ordering a large fries will never get you a large fries since they don't fill up the container. See picture attached. Same thing with the drinks why should I pay extra for something if I'm going to get a smaller size since they don't want to fill up the containers. I will at least say the sandwiches are fine. I decided to give them one more try. Because I was in a rush. And yet again from the pictures I've attached you can see it is still the same problem. So I decided to answer the survey on the back of the receipt. I quickly get a reply from the manager asking me for my contact information and tells me he's sorry my fries are not full. I also noticed in the email I'm attached from corporate that they told him to contact me and resolve this matter and for him before closing out this issue to make sure to fix the problem. But it's been 2 months and he hasn't contacted me. Which only goes towards other reviews mentioning on this page of the bad customer service. As you can see from the attached pictures the fries and the sodas are definitely nowhere near full and you do not get what you paid for. If I can give this zero Stars I would. I saved the money by going someplace else even though it cost me more money in gas to drive far away. If I'm in a rush I definitely steer away from here and go to McDonald's or anything else nearby. Because you always get something less than what you paid for. I'm going to assume that he closed out the issue with corporate saying that it resolved the matter and probably didn't bother. I haven't been to the physical location but I have attempted to order from here on grubhub about 7 times throughout the past 2 years. I say attempted because 6 out of the 7 times, after waiting nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive (I live about a mile from this location), the Wendy's location will cancel my order. The one time I did get my food, the order took about an hour and a half to arrive -- my driver waited an hour to pick up the food -- and I got the completely wrong order. I don't fault the driver because it had one of those protective seals so the only way to confirm the order is correct by looking at the receipt. The receipt had the correct items on it with my name but when I opened the bag nothing I ordered was in there and what was there was cold. I did try to give this location a chance by ordering multiple times at different times throughout the past 2 years hoping it would get better but it's only gotten worse. Tbh I'm kind of shocked it's still open. I'm not sure what's up with this particular Wendy's but I will at least give them the benefit of the doubt and just assume that maybe they're consistently short staffed or maybe it's not being well managed? I would say if you want Wendy's, try and go to a different location because you might have better luck. read more

They took 32 minutes to prepare a Dave's Single with no bun, then messed the order up and falsified that there was no such thing as a curbside pickup. So I had to walk inside sick to retrieve my order. I was told by the cashier that her manager told her that there was no such thing as a curbside pickup. This was clearly untrue since the mobile app gave that option AND there were parking spots marked mobile pickup where I was parked. Everytime i go to this location, there are a bunch of rude employees. On my last visit Destiny was giving me an attitude because she forgot to give me one of my burgers. In the past, Destiny and other employees have aggressively accused my pregnant wife of trying to steal a burger.
