This place is horrible can't ever get their orders right. Show up at the window and they have a shake ready when I didn't order one. Out of toys in the kids meal? How do I get a refund? Oh you have to go online and talk to a dumb robot. What a pain! Then my kids meal was missing the drink. This location has a bunch of amateurs that run and own it! Quality never gets better and only goes downhill. BK sucks and needs to take lessons from the pro - McDonalds read more

Food tasted disgusting i've been to many other locations but this one looks so dirty and disgusting. 6+ workers and instead of working they are all talking with each other and touching on each other. Out of almost all drinks and they didn't even have ketchup. The lettuce in my burger was all dark and old. Fries were so salty. read more

My mom went there and left realizing she may have left her wallet at Burger King. She spoke to Evi who found it and have it to her. No money was taken. I was so impressed by this that I had to post an amazing job to Evi who showed that she had excellent customer service being so honest and helpful to my mom. I hope that management there could give her praise for really helping out! read more

We put in an order at the burger King on 75 and Ashland. The order was processed on the application but never entered the system at the location. We waited over 30 min and the order never appeared so we left. Upon arrival at home we noticed that we were charged for an order that we never received. Burger King only offered a 5.00 credit for their mistake and our inconvenience This is truly unacceptable and rude mj read more

It is all about customer service handled by foolish employee. I drove to this Burger King for lunch. The door was locked. Customers at the door said it might be closed for criminal investigation. So, I walked to the near by restaurant instead. When I came back, the parking lot entrance was blocked by the employee's own vehicles. Complained to the manager. What I found out was they did it to let us know the parking lot is only for their customers. This is a location inside a strip mall. There has no reason to do that. read more

Honestly came here for a free whopper for national burger day. Only the drive through is open which is understandable. The drive through line was long and slow with cars piling behind me. We get to order and she says I'm sorry, our system is down so we are not taking that coupon. Bullshit. So I didnt order anything and I'm stuck idling in my car because the drive through has concrete barriers and there are a bunch of cars in front of me. Bullshit customer service! read more

Every time, all the time no shakes the machine is down or no from drinks. Also tonight was a first can I get a double cheeseburger. I'm sorry we ran out of small bread for the small sandwiches. Wth?! the fries taste of bitter 30-times-recycled peanut oil, the coca cola freestyle machine was out of every flavor and 95% of the sodas, which is honestly pretty impressive, overall a bad first impression read more

They really need to change who they have taking orders at the drive through and in general. There is a lady working here that looks like Urcella from the little mermaid that never understands anything anyone says and has gotten my order wrong numerous times because she says she can't find the button to press or she just doesn't know how to read the menu. One time she told me she didn't know what button to press The sign our front says 24 hours, it is not open 24 hours read more

24 hours my ass... If... And I stress the word "if"... Anyone even answers at the drive thru after the inside is closed, they will usually start the order with "sorry, we're out of burgers". But usually there is nobody around to take an order. I've given up. read more

This Burger King is absolutely horrible. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Their ice cream machine was down. I asked for ice cream and they charged me then proceeded to tell me the machine was down and there was nothing they could do. My spicy chicken sandwich was burnt and hard as a rock. My husbands coke was flat and had no syrup. It was a terrible experience. Will never go again. read more

I ordered an impossible burger on Friday and I think they gave me real meat. I've had terrible stomach pain since then. I have been unable to work for the past 3 days I'm in so much pain. read more

The newly renovated Burger Kings isn't too bad! Right now they have a $4 for 5 deal it comes with bacon cheeseburger, five piece chicken nuggets, fries or onion rings, and a beverage. It's pretty good and they also have $4 for 2 sandwich deal and the long Cheeseburger is killer! I am not usually a fan of Burger kings but their deals are a steal right now if you want to eat cheap and feed the kiddos fast and easy. It's 5 minutes from my house so It's hard not to go for the deals. read more

Not the greatest Burger King but the reason it's notable to me is it has plenty of parking and a bathroom that you don't need a key or to get buzzed in. So basically besides the typical food you usually get from a Burger King this place is most valuable to me as an easily accessible toilet in an emergency. read more

Burger King - Run of the mill bk - Fast Food Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I'm a bit surprised that there is no listing for this business (At least none that I could find on here). I don't want to give them a bad review, but exactly how difficult is it to get someone's order right? I can go to the McDonald's in Pilsen and sit through the insanely busy drive thru for 20+ Min while STILL getting my order correct as requested. This place is not nearly as busy, so what is the problem? First day I asked for a meal with onion rings and a diet coke. They give me fries and a regular coke and of course I should have checked before leaving the drive thru. A couple days later, I specifically requested "No Lettuce & cheese" on a sandwich. They added the cheese, but the sandwich still had lettuce on it! It has always been a hit or miss with this franchise and it seems to be more 'miss' lately. I know its fast food, but that's no excuse for getting someone's order wrong twice in three days. read more

I am so done going to Burger King restaurants. This is not a gossip. I am going to tell the world. BK 3141 S Ashland Chicago IL 60608, lost a customer. I will start going to McDonalds. BK has a false advertisement on their web page and commercials. It say 2 for 5.00 mix or match King Collection, the sandwiches should have been the chooses of a Big King, New Mushroom & Swiss Big King, Chicken Big King also includes Original Chicken Sandwich & Big Fish Sandwich I went to BK last night through the drive through. They informed me they didn't have that two for five special no more. The website and commercials say different. I had to order two Rodeo Burgers. I called the store, I thought I was mistreated. The phone rang ten times, someone picked up and hung-up. I called corporate they told me that's the deal at certain restaurants only. Your web page or commercial didn't say to only some stores false advertisement. I'm going to go to McDonalds now. They have the Big Macs 2 for 5.00 read more

The fact that your 24hours and I pull up at 1230 at nite and you say your out of Everything on the menu which iPhone is hard to believe and yet another car pulls up right after me and you serve them I don't know if it's just a racial thing against white people or what but to tell somebody that you're out of food and you're not taking orders at 12:30 at night and then two other cars pull up in place orders is a little ridiculous I'll deathly be filing a corporate complaint and the manager of this night wish I could give no stars read more

This is a 24 hour BK with reliably excellent service. The wait times in the drive thru are also always short-they are quick! And now they have those super awesome Coca Cola fountain machines in their dine in area where you can create interesting beverages like peach Sprite or raspberry ginger ale. The dining area doesn't have any available outlets, but it does have free wifi and interesting people watching, if you are into that sort of thing. Overall? Best BK I know of in this part of the city. read more

I absolutely had to share because of the customer service this morning. When I pulled up to the drive through window, the woman serving me never turned around even taking my cash station card with her back turned. Giving my card back the same way, along with my cini mini's next. I'm in AWWW!!! I tried to call the manager but the phone just keeps ringing. Customer is an absolute must for me. I hope this woman wasn't the manager because she kept talking to 2 of her co workers throughout this experience. So sad!!!! read more

For the longest time this place could NEVER get an order right so I stopped going. Recently, I craved some of their fries and went back. Good news, they got the order right and the staff was very friendly (even complimented me on my shirt) and quick. Bad news, their food really is not great even by fast food standards. The fries are still good, but everything else I got was not. This isn't something that this specific location can change but still should be included in the review. However, the food is also dirt cheap so you really get what you pay for. If you need a quick and cheap meal and don't care for quality then this is a great stop. Otherwise, I'd avoid it. read more

I'm not sure what's happening ... there's a guy in there cleaning... But not answering the drive-through does that mean no 24 hours?

This review isn't for the food. I mean if you mess up fast food you should reconsider where you want to work. This review is for the employees. I have yet to meet a decent employee working here. They always have an attitude. read more

Terrible! The staff looks like zombies, no smile no greeting. There was no..."welcome to Burger King, how may we help you today?" Simply terrible service, no ketchup to be found. The soda machine was filthy and loaded with bacteria. I will never ever go back! Oh! And if you want a shushie? They will sell it to you, with the machine broken. Orders wrong and fries cold. I usually go to this Burger because the one on Archer and Western is TERRIBLE. Yesterday was the first time I ordered after 8:30 p.m. All they had to drink was ginger ale and root beer.
