I came to this location around 6:20a, on foot. Knocking on the drive thru window, the young lady worker came to the window (looking as though I was disturbing them- no greeting or anything, just a dry "Yea"). I said "Good morning, may I place an order with you(I'm still standing outside- the doors were locked and I'm driving a big truck)?" She replied and trying to find a valid reason for her to continue with whatever task she was doing, "we're still waiting on our fries to cook, so the lobby isn't open." Ma'am what?!? How did you know I wanted fries? Are you not open for breakfast? Does this sign say lobby and drive up open time of M-F 6a, Sa-Su 7a? If I were in a car would you have serviced me? This place rarely has business and if they do get business, it's because they're the closest location. I'm cool on this staff and location!! And if this is the service they're delivering, it could mean that the food quality matches too. Seeing the previous reviews Idk how they're still open. Those 3-4 star review has to be people related or friends of the manager/owner, because the 1 stars reviews are consistently stating horrible service. This location was a ghost town and I can see and understand why!! This is the second time I've tried ordering from here and the food is barely warm and not fresh!! I ordered the two crossanwich deal and a large hash brown which came out to almost $12 and not even a minute or two after I left for work and started eating the food, it was barely warm!! Now I've had Burger King enough to know that when the foods fresh it's steaming hot out of the bag and tastes way better!! I called and spoke to this manager girl and she gave me more lame excuses and said I don't know what to tell you and even suggested bringing the food back to be heated up!! I explained that I'm at work and that's not even possible and that I'm a type 1 diabetic and had to eat some of it. Moral of this story is that this location was a ghost town and I was the only customer there at the time and there are no acceptable excuses to me as to why this food is not hot and fresh!!! The manager girl also mentioned that you have to request it hot and fresh off the broiler, but why should I as a paying customer even have to do that?! Horrible customer service. I went there with my 6 year old to buy a shake and a bottle water. My daughter needed to use the restroom very bad. We went to the restroom first and it was locked. When I went to the staff member she said that we needed to buy something before she could use the restroom. There was a line. !! My daughter was screaming and twirling stating that she really needed to go really bad. I asked the lady please let me use the restroom we are here to buy some thing but please let me use the restroom first she really needs to got. She said the policy is "you buy some thing and then you can use the restroom otherwise you cannot use the restroom" . I was so upset and frustrated at seeing how much my daughter was suffering and crying. I took her and went out of there!! This was so embarrassing and frustrating experience. The chicken sandwiches were very dry the fries were warm and the pop machine only had about 2 flavors available I was not happy with the meal nor the service. Oh wow, I am about to do what I try never to do. A one star! Fortunately for them, I can't go any lower than that. But we will see what the review does for them and again I have to be just honest and not beat around the bush just to make them look good. I came in for a breakfast sandwich, I usually go through drive thru but decided, nah I need to just come in and check them out. Picture it, 7:00 am and just a few customers in the establishment. You know, the ones who live in the area or are on their way to work and decide to stop by and grab a bite or two. But I digress. . . . . . . I noticed that when I asked for the restroom to wash my hands, the young lady said: Are you sure you want to use it? NO, Of course I don't, I just asked because I like to get reactions, NOW LET ME GO WASH MY HANDS! Really! So I continue to the restroom and noticed perched in some of the chairs, a few homeless folk just minding their own business. Of course I am one to help anyone who asked for food and that's just me. But one guy asked for $5 (really, you don't need loose change) and when I offered to buy him a breakfast sandwich meal, he said "NO thank you, I just want the cash." Ummmmm No! So any who, I went to wash my hands and a homeless man was in his skivvies (underwear) and was actually bathing! Oh LAWD NO! I quickly left the restroom and another one was filling up his water bottle. This is definitely the last straw, I'm outta here and refuse to be part of an establishment that lets patrons witness these shenanigans and the workers KNOW about it? Crazy drive thru entrance. I say at the order menu for a good 2 minutes without even being greeted. I really hate this neighborhood. It took a really long time to get just 2 whoppers and a cinnabon. I ordered 2 and they only had 1 ready, so they comped me it. Which was nice. The lady at the drive through was very nice, but for the long wait, it was a bit nuts. Also I don't too much care for Burger King food, but I had a coupon and was looking for a cheap lunch. The whoppers were standard. The cinnabon was ice cold. I love Burger King. There impossible whopper is awesome, but this location has been awful. The last three times I got food from here it was horrible. It seems like they're just careless there. Today I ordered what I always do: impossible whopper meal and I spit it out the second I tasted it. It's super burnt, cut in half, and tastes like mop water. Who even thought serving this was acceptable. Last time the fries were all burnt. And the time before that a few months ago I was disgusted when I saw what seemed to be like a piece of towel or sponge was fried in my onion rings. Burger King used to be my fav fast food place. Went there for the 2nd & LAST time last night to get the Impossible Whopper & AGAIN received the meat patty instead of the Impossible burger. The last time I went through Drive Through, I called them immediately after to get my money refunded. This time I walked in to order in hopes they would get it right in person & I am leaving reviews and reaching out to BK directly instead of calling the location. My body can't process meat properly, so essentially the few bites I quickly had before realizing something was horribly wrong made me ill, gave me abdominal pain last night, I have diarrhea & am still belching up meat taste this afternoon. Wednesday May 26th. 6:45pm, I went through the drive thru. Is asked to add a Hershey's Pie at the window. The woman told us that they can't add anything at the window. I live in the neighborhood. I knew it was a lie the second it came out of her mouth. She knew we were upset so she didn't hand us our receipt. I asked for the receipt, she gave us someone else's. My buddy went in to grab the pie and I asked him to make sure he got our receipt. This is a super easy job. To be this careless and lazy about customer service is ridiculous. read more

This review is kind of biased since I'm rating it off the coupon booklets and the value menu. I was quite disappointed at the new bacon burger they had since it seems to be enough to feed a ten year old with no problem. The pros is that it was fresh and hot. They try to limit the lines at the drive-thru though. The other items on the menu is pretty good too, such as the taco. This is strictly a breakfast report: I generally spot at BK before i head in for summer camp because its the closest fast place to get breakfast before work. Now while they aren't the best, they have the formula down to a degree - crossaint, sauage, egg, cheese. Not hard to mess up, is it? Plus they offer french toast sticks for a dollar, but you do better going with the sandwich and hashbrown combo. Sometimes they try to get too fancy and put as much meat as possible on one sandwich...seriously people, you don't need every type of pig on one sandwich. orange juice...not a good option. While its good, its comes in small boxes so its gone before you know it. I do like the little hashbrown thingies....as far as their new idea of the bacon wrap (which is basically some sort of cheese sauce, hashbrowns, eggs and bacon) make sure they dont forget the bacon, its happens alot, which is bad since its the main ingredient in a bacon wrap. read more

This place always gets my order wrong. They need to retrain their staff. Once I had to go back because they gave me the wrong order. When I told them they had an attitude with me.
