Jacky's is always busy, the environment of the this place still same from what I can remember and they still move fast. From the moment you walk in to when you're walking out with food in hand, it's about five minutes. That's one of the things I've always loved, they respect your time but never rush the quality. With that many team members, they had the drive thru moving! And mobile orders were being pumped out fast. My order came out in a speedy 5 minutes. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Sandwich and honestly it's super good. It was fresh, hot & my fries were delicious. I also got nuggies cause you know you can't stop at Wendy's and not get nuggies. The space was very clean, no sticky floors, the straws and napkins were stocked. Granted it was almost midnight and there was no one eating at the tables. One more thing to note, there was a diverse staff which always gets points from me. Hispanics, Caucasian, Asian, & African American so it was nice to see. I don't know where the negative reviews come from- I often visit this location but only using the drive thru & my food is always great.
