The Fatso Burger was exactly what you want from a classic Chicago-style burger, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly messy in the best way possible. The Char Dog had that signature snap with great char flavor that elevated every bite. The Italian Beef was outstanding, especially dipped. The beef was tender and smooth, soaking up all that rich jus without becoming overly soggy, making for a satisfying and comforting sandwich. The surprise fried shrimp were also delicious, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and a great addition to an already impressive meal. Definitely would try the shrimp po' boy next time. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and the food came out quickly and made to order. Beyond the food, the friendly service really stood out. The recommendations were spot on and helped make the experience memorable. Such a tasty cheese sauce. Loved dipping my fries in it. Great combo! Char Dog- This dog was delicious! Great char, great toppings. My only beef would be the bun. It definitely could have been more soft/steamed and fresh. It held up pretty well, but there were a couple bites where it broke and flaked apart. Hate when that happens. Once I got my order I headed into the indoor seating area which I found to be clean and neat -but smaller than the typical sitting area at a full size Cane's.
