When I walked in, the employee didn't acknowledge me. After standing there for a moment, I noticed a self‑order screen near the counter, identical to their online ordering interface. Once I placed my order, the employee immediately began preparing my food. The only interaction I received was when he called my name to pick it up. I ordered the small Original Cheesesteak meal. The bread was the highlight: soft, fresh, and exactly what you'd expect from real Philly bread. Unfortunately, the rest of the sandwich didn't live up to the hype. The meat had very little flavor, and the vegetables and minimal cheese overwhelmed what little taste there was. The "small" size is roughly an 8-inch sub. I also tried the Wisconsin cheese curds. They were made with white cheddar and tasted almost identical to what you'd get at Culver's -- nothing special. The combo totaled $22.66, which felt steep for a meal that left a lot to be desired.
