Quality of food has rapidly declined. Usually it's got crusty bread and over or under toasted. Hardly ever get what was ordered. Nasty slimy tomatoes and other stuff. Wait till broadway deli opens, go there instead. read more

This is our local Subway and we would rather drive two hours away to get a sandwich than eat here. The ingredients is NEVER fresh and always has some funky taste, the sandwiches are never portioned right or built correctly. Had to drive back to return my sandwich and even though they remade it (which I appreciated) they questioned me like I was lying instead of just taking my word for it and having decent customer service. Very irritating, so we will not be wasting our money here anymore. Also the entrance and parking lot could damage cars. The owner definitely needs to redo the parking lot for safety precautions and liability reasons. read more

Stopped in on Friday for a sandwich while traveling to Bend. That evening I started throwing up until 3am. I got the turkey/ham sandwich but the wife just got the ham. The turkey looked a little discolored but I thought it was nothing. Unfortunately I've been sick with food poisoning ever since Friday at 8pm. I called and they apologized but my weekend is now misery. I'd just avoid this place so you won't have to pay for a violent bout with poisoning. Walked into what I thought resembled a flea market when I was told it was a subway... literally the filthiest restaurant I've ever walked into. I should of turnaround and stepped out. Continued on with ordering a sandwich when I realized how brown all the veggies were... slimy brown cucumbers anyone? If I could give Subway here in Burns a minus 0 I definitely would. The place was not clean at all. The food containers were dirty and not rotated, the microwave was disgusting, the glass cases and corners of the cold cases were dirty. The veggies were not fresh, I wouldn't even know about the meat and cheese as they were being hidden by some kind of metal cover. I could go on, but I am limited on words here. But one thing I can say is...If I was a health inspector I would close the doors on this business until they brought it back up to code. read more

Wow talk about fast and efficient service... the guys working tonight were in the zone and cranking those subs out. They were even smiling and chatting with customers as they did. The sandwiches tasted so good. Bread was very fresh despite being near closing time. This by far is one of best subways I have been to. read more

This place has really gone down hill. Hardly any bread, (only three choices) they were out of several condiments, it looked like the containers had not been cleaned or rotated in a while, and the floors and tables could have used a cleaning. One of the guys working there was very pleasant (new worker), but the person doing the training could definitely use some help with PR. read more

When we walked in, they were sweeping and mopping to keep things nice and clean. The staff were friendly and quick. When we had a problem with our order, the manager bent over backwards to make it up to us. I was very impressed and grateful for such good service. I really appreciate the effort made to not cross contaminate the gluten free bread. I've had pizza places who offer gf crust but throw it down on the same surface they put regular crust and bake it in the oven in the same place as the regular crust pizza. Believe me, for those of us with an allergy to wheat, that really means a gut ache. But these servers were well trained, the sandwich was delicious, and big kudos to management. Thank you! Went there to grab lunch, noticed a new boy was working, he was taking his time but was very nice. However a girl, named Madison was very rude and took sandwiches from him because he was going slow. In front of EVERYONE a younger bigger man, possible manager asked him if he knew how to start the sandwiches and instead of trying to help and teach him like one should, yelled "Jesus" in front of customers. This seemed like this kids first job, i truly feel sorry for him and hope consequences come to both Madison and that man. read more

We stopped here for dinner tonight, a different guy and a girl waited on me and they were both SO friendly. The subs were perfect yet again and we're sitting here fat and happy! Stopped at this Subway on a road trip. The place was DIRTY. Hair all over the floors and rugs, and it was quite early in the day. The man who was making the food was also handling the money. He did put on gloves before he handled the food, but he put his grimy hands all over the outside of the gloves before he put them on, and he didn't wash his hands before he did that. That does NOTHING! We left. Yuck. I guess people probably eat there because of the limited options in the area. read more

This has to be the worst Subway I have ever been too (and I have been to a ton - love them). First of all, there were 4 people working (2 of them doing nothing). Place wasn't busy - I got my philly cheese heated, but as it sat there on the counter waiting for the next employee to finish it - It went cold. I was so disappointed in this Subway! Seemed to skimp on the toppings. Worse of all a supervisor was heard speaking down to an employee. Womens restroom wouldn't flush and no soap provided. They do however have a nice grass area to sit outside and enjoy the weather. read more

Like most of the Subway's in Oregon, this location offered gluten free bread. We ordered two sandwiches (one gf, the other regular) and the employee told he needed to make the gluten free one first to avoid cross contamination. The bread is kept in sealed bags in the back so its not mixed with the rest of the bread. The employee cleaned the surfaces and used a special knife for any cutting. Very nice to have a sandwich instead of a salad for a change. read more

A cut above what a lot of Subways seem to have become, that is inefficient and slow. Stopped here later morning on a Saturday and literally 2 mins. after I arrived the place got swamped with customers. Unlike some Subways I've visited recently, this one had 3 people working for the lunch rush and boy were they efficient! They moved a line of people at least 12 deep through very quickly. Great customer service, it was just excellent. I attempted to make a phone order, however no one answered. When I went in, apparently their phone wasn't operating, and they only do the online app orders. So next time I went, I used the online and when I got there, they had everything just as I'd ordered!
