Takes awhile because it's made to order. I got a gluten free pizza and enjoyed the amount of cheese and toppings. My daughter got the club sandwich and really liked it! Thick fluffy bread and tasty filling. I did add a pic of myself next to the bathroom stall so you can see how short the walls are. We swooped into town right before closing and these guys were sweet enough to make us a pizza a few mins after closing. After a long drive from out of town it was super appreciated, and they did so with smiles on their faces. The pizza was absolutely delicious with pillowy pan crust that totally hit the spot. Great pizza! We stopped in here on the way home from our vacation on the coast and liked everything. Really nice crust and flavor overall. Service was staggered as the pizza was coming out, but I would say it's in the average range for getting a pizza cooked and out to a table. My kids had fun wandering around and guessing what the symbols were on the wooden carving at the top of the wall in the back room. Their guess was brands for cattle. Anyone know? read more

The building an ambience was fine. The food was not that great. It tasted pretty dull for the amount of money that you pay for it and the cheese tasted odd. The service was pretty bad. It took about 15-20 minutes for our appetizers to be given to us. It took around 35 minutes for a thin crust pizza to be delivered to us and they had left it out. Very slow service. I am giving it a three because I feel bad giving anything under a three. read more

This spot is sooooo much better than the "other" place I reviewed in this town! The number one reason for the 5 stars is because of the lady I dealt, whom with was warming and welcoming. She offered some conversation that made me laugh. This was much needed because almost everyone else we've dealt with in this town has been VERY condescending and rude, as if out of towners aren't welcome here. She alone made this a better stay while we continue on our journey home. Now for the food... plain and simple, the pizza was very good. We got a "half and half" pan pizza and an order of spicy wings, both were delicious. The pizza was thick and tasted as if it were home made. The wings were good but not amazing. On a side note, we ran into an incredibly inspiring older gentleman, who should and could make most of us consider what we value in this life. He's stuck here until at least Monday with a broke down vehicle. He's on his way to meet up with his longtime wife for their high school reunion. He's stuck in this hot place that severely lacks nice people, where the air is filled with smoke and ashes are covering everything, and away from his wife, with a broken down vehicle... yet he's walking up and down the road from his hotel to get his pizza, while wearing a big grin and cracking jokes with everyone he crosses paths with. We could all stand to find some more happiness and friendliness (despite what might be bringing us down in life) in our lives these days. Had a personal pizza that tasted good. I am more of a hand tossed thin crust slightly burnt, but to each is own. Wait staff and possible owner were wonderfully friendly. Places like these are why living in a small town can't be beat. read more

The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly, funny, helpful and easy to talk to. Very good place to go in Burns, Oregon. Dad and I stopped in Burns on our way to Eugene and there were not many options. We walked to a few places and walked in this place and it seemed nice to try. Dad and I got a calzone each and 10 wings. Everything was really good! The calzone was very cheesy and delicious. Only thing I didn't like was that the marinara to dip the calzone in was cold. It is very reasonably priced and I would go again if I am ever back in the area. Highly recommend. read more

Came to Burns for a wrestling tournament and clearly no one told the restaurants. Ended up stopping at Figaros to get some pizza. Surprisingly the sit down area was closed, but we were hungry and decided to just take out. When I walked in the guy on the phone behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask, but when the girl from the back came forward she asked me if I had a mask, which I didn't. I asked her if she had one that I could wear and she said no. She then asked me to step outside to take my order. I was so mad I couldn't read the menu, I ended up ordering a couple of pizzas, only to cancel my order five minutes later, I just couldn't bring myself to spend money somewhere so covid crazy. Was stuck in Burns, Or for a night and needed food. Asked the front desk about options for delivery. Figaro's was about it. I called and ordered a 12-item deep dish pizza without green peppers (technically an 11-item pizza) and was told there was a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. I was ok with that. After 90 minutes I called, as the delivery person hadn't arrived and it was getting close to closing time. The young lady assured me that the delivery was on its way. 30 minutes later it arrived. Wow! The pizza was still very hot when it arrived. After letting it cool down I got down to business. Was one of the best pizzas I'd had in years. Free toppings, very good crust. read more

Maybe their original or thin crust pizzas are better but their "sicilian pan" was IMO totally undercooked. Floppy and yellow. I like my crust more hard and brown. Cheese seemed fine. Meat was fine but could have been a little more plentiful. I woulda given em a 4 if the crust was good and had a bit more toppings. Woulda given them a 3 if they'd met one of the previous two requirements. But I really think they're a 2: undercooked and uninspired toppings. read more

Great service! Food was good, but nothing spectacular. Had a lunch special calzone with sausage & mushroom. Looked a bit on the small size, but was just right to fill me up. Kids all had personal pizzas & they were happy. Hubby had a chicken club sandwich. Bread was superb, but the Dijon mustard was a bit spicy for his taste (not much of a mustard guy). Wish I could give it 0 stars. Use to be good, but the whole "fresh" on the box is only on the box. Got an extra large meat lovers pizza with a side of food poisoning. Had to throw away over half the pizza. The rest of it ended up in the toilet because it went right through me. I work for a local hotel and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. read more
